We dealt with the Hyundai dealership and it was good and bad. We payed extra since there are few cars. Also make sure you know what you car should have equipment wise, we missed our model did not have power folding mirrors and there are MANY options that need to be adequately explained which our sales person rushed us through

Almost all brands available here. You can buy a Hyundai on one corner and a Rolls Royce on the other. Ive visited many dealers here and had a pleasant experience every time . I have yet to purchase a car however Ive been on multiple test drives. Ive been visiting this automall for a couple years now and would not hesitate to return as needed.

Nice location, lots around the neighborhood to see. Staff was very helpful, but it is a dealership. So accept youll pay high prices for repairs.

To be specific, I went to the auto mall in Thousand Oaks to go to Silver Star Cadillac. Originally purchased my automobile from them in February. I had originally gone to another Cadillac dealer in the San Fernando Valley but found their service department to be less than desirable. So, I returned to Silver Star to have the work done ( despite the distance)and have it done correctly. They isolated the problem, called and informed me of what the problem was, and indicated that there would be a slight delay in getting the part necessary. So far so good. Looking forward to getting my vehicle back. A loaner was provided.

Kenny in Parts Dept is great. Got the right item for me for good price AND helped me with a small problem. Took time and very pleasant. You CANNOT say that about the service manager. Kenny though was great

Went here to have our Hyundai serviced for a couple of minor recalls, service was great and everything was on time. We arrived about 10 minutes before our appointment time, checked our car in, and approximately 2 hrs later, which is what they had estimated, our car was ready to be picked up.They provide drop-off and pick-up service, we did not know this was available to us, but we will definitely be making use of it next time.

This place was a disaster. We didnt even get into a place to see a car. There was absolutely no parking....anywhere. The surface streets were packed, the dealerships had no parking. Thousand Oaks must be the new car shopping mecca, but we couldnt experience it.

I was sent to silver Star Chevy by Costco and theyre Auto purchase program. Unfortunately their sales manager told me that the vehicle I wanted was not on the list,Even though Costco assured me that it is on the list.Needless to say it didnt go very well and the sales manager was a total a hole and didnt like being called out on the fact that I was right and he was just scamming me.Save your time and money, go elsewhere unless you enjoy being lied to, cheated and stolen from.Even their general manager wasnt very nice.Costco contacted her to let her know what was going on she told them she would contact me and take care of the problem and never did.I called her and didnt even get a callback, just a rude bunch of people, Very Sad!I did buy a very nice vehicle at a really good price from Simi valley Chevrolet. You might want to try them.

Dont go to BMW. Their service is rancid, and they didnt even come up to me when i was looking for a car, I had to go up to the front desk to talk to anyone! Porche has really good staff.

Visited the Jeep dealership on a Saturday. Had a question for the service department and wanted to see a new Wrangler. It took about 30 mins to get someone available from service and they did not answer my question and did not seem like they wanted to help. We were not approached at all by a sales person even though there were 4 sales standing around talking. We had to flag down the one sales person that seemed to be working and they helped. Not a good experience.

Not bad. Sales people at Infiniti were nice and not overbearing. Would give 5 stars but we couldnt put a fair deal together.

I had a reservation for an oil change at DCH Ford and I got there on time, but had to wait a half hour just to check my car in. They said they would be done in one or two hours. I ended up waiting four hours. I also needed to be somewhat else before 5PM and barely made it there on time. The only thing that made it bearable was that they washed my car.

I have bought several Cars from there but like everywhere they start high. I was lucky on 3 out of 4 cars and got them 500 over cost . So 1 was a 2007 Civic SI in 2008 advertised for 18,900 only 3k miles when I test drove it I noticed as a mechanic myself, that this had a common SI problem the tach would not drop for a full 1-1-thousand meaning you could not shift and its a sports car. Well I got it for 12k otd then 2 days later took it to a friend at Acura and had them use their obd2 computer and ECU info. And reprogrammed the tach in under 30 minutes and I had a 25k$ car for 12 . But you have to fight tooth and nail. Before you go shopping anywhere you should know the low end of pricing.... As to not get ripped off and they make u feel like u won because you got more for your trade but paid more for the car. Just price check your automobiles, as thats your 2nd biggest purchase next to housing .. Good luck . If anyone knows a real hones place please post it up
