HORRIBLE. I received a box of what looked like brownies and cheesecakes I say Looked like because they were so demolished and looked like they have been rolling around in the back of the drivers car all day. This was a surprise for Bosses Day so I know the staff member that sent these spent a good amount of money on them. I have called multiple times and no one answers the phone. There is an automated phone system that says, someone is on the phone every time I call. I have left multiple messages and no one returns my call. I have reported this to corporate and all I want is my staff member to be reimbursed her money.

Placed order for same day delivery at 10:24 am I received a call from a gentleman since i had called to confirm delivery an no one would pick up the phone. Gentlemen ask how he could help me i explain my order an estimate of time it be delivered he assured me between 2-4 pm today it be delivered. At 1:14 pm i get a call from a kid at store rude zero customer service an states it’s too late to delivery my order an he will cancel my order of 100$ An just hangs up on me i called corporate office only to be assured how sorry they are but that doesnt solve the horrible customer service false advertisement no wonder this place has so many negative reviews we shall see if refund actually goes through cause it still hasnt

Absolutely the worst Edible Arrangements store that I’ve ever dealt with. Spent over $100.00 for a beautiful arraignment. They delivered a disgusting fruit, I can’t even call it an arrangement. It looked like fruit put together by a 5 year old. I’ve called them several times. They don’t answer their phone. I’ve left several messages and they won’t return my calls. I ordered the arrangement from Maryland to Thousand Oaks, CA for my in-laws that suffered a sudden death in their family. Stay away! I will never use them again!

Ordered a platter and a chocolate covered apple for a client that was sick. Ordered the $7.00 card and when I didnt hear from the client I assumed something and so I called and left a message for the store to call me to see if it was delivered no one returned my call. I see on Facebook my client asking who sent the arrangement there was no card! So I just left another message for a refund for the card but can’t do anything about the embarrassment of not knowing who sent it. She posted a photo of the gift and it looked like it lacked definitely didn’t look like the photo online. Never again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! ABSOLUTELY UNSATISFIED! I ordered a Mother’s Day basket to be delivered and literally the day of delivery I track order and it was canceled. No communication, no email, no one at the store to talk to. By far worst service and yet they still charged me! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW IF THERE IS A CHANGE TO THEIR ORDER!

Order from this location if you want your recipient to not receive all items ordered, if you like dealing with bad customer service (never able to contact anyone) to try and figure out where the rest of your order is or to try and obtain a refund for whatever was not delivered. I ended up having to file a complaint, and we are now on 2 days from filing complaint and still have not been contacted by anyone, nor can I get anyone on the phone due to them being on the phone and unable to take messages (recorded messages). I paid $100+ for a birthday gift to my sister for her not to receive it in its entirety or to even know who sent them to her. I even noted online I wanted card and specific message enclosed that was also never sent. My fight to continue to get a refund continues. Im dealing with corporate now. If you can, contact SIMI VALLEY location, they answer their phones and are willing and helpful to take care of your needs. This location gets a 1 star only because this site makes me select one to leave this review.

Horrible store and customer service. I placed an order on December 19 for a December 22 delivery. On December 21 I received an email confirmation. When the product didn’t arrive I went back to my email. I clicked on the track your order link where it said your money has been refunded. No explanation. No email telling me. No phone call. Nothing. Now the Xmas gift isn’t arriving. Never use this location. The worst!

With 2 weeks advance notice, I ordered a delivery for a Birthday gift. The delivery was not successful due in part to the fact that they are contracting their deliveries to Door Dash, yet Edible Arrangements sent me an email saying that it was successful. In addition, I learned later that even if it had been delivered, the order was incomplete because the store was out of Birthday balloons. Yet, I was not informed of this until long after the delivery would have been completed, and I think I should have been given the option to substitute something else for the missing balloons. The store was very friendly on the phone and arranged a refund quickly and without complaint, and I have ordered from this store before and had a very good experience. I think that when everything goes well, it goes very well, but when something goes wrong, it goes very wrong. I think its a crapshoot whether you have a good experience or not.

I am not the one to write a review or such, how ever my experience with this business was so pleasant I simply had too.The young man on the phone by the name of Osmar was very much patient and helpful with my requesting order, always making sure to make me feel accommodated and valued. I may not be the easiest customer yet they never lost the chirp in their voice. My niece in Mount Holly, New Jersey was very happy with her fruit basket!Thank you thank you.!!!!!

I was at this shopping mall location visiting the Conejo Valley Art Museum when I saw the Edible Arrangements Shop. I wanted to get a little something for my wife to celebrate getting home from her last day of work to start summer vacation.The woman I spoke with was fabulous. 5 stars! Very happy with her. She even gave my son a chocolate dipped strawberry to take with him!But the prices here are just so high. It was a nice treat but I’m still kind of regretting spending that kind of money on a small box of dipped fruit (one of the most affordable options). They do BEAUTIFUL work... I just wish their prices were more reasonable.But if you’re at peace with their prices and are just choosing which one to visit, by all means go here and you’ll get great service!

LOCATIONS @ 385 Carmen Dr, Camarillo, CA 93010I place an order of fruit arrangement for my sisters birthday. The delivery and service was great. The bad part was the Fruit Arrangement. It look really fresh and nice the day of delivery BUT the next morning the arrangement got ROTTEN. Been inside of the refrigerator and less that 24 hrs the fruit got mold. I was really shame when I got a phone call from my sister and told me what had happen. Im really disappointed because I was a customer for a long time. My previews order will always last 1 wk. BUT this one last less that 24 hrs and I paid over $100. I send a message to the manager with the picture and she didnt do anything. They dont care about their customers.

I placed my order this the morning, I was able to pick it up 3 hours later. The fruit was fresh and the chocolate was crisp and crunchy The staff was very friendly, and I was offered a sample while they got my basket. My order was correct, and the information on the card was accurate. When I delivered my basket, everyone was very impressed at how pretty it was. I will definitely order from them again.P.S. They are located next to the theater.

I put in order a few days ago for valentines and I just got a call from the manager indicating that my order was not delivered.I been a customer since a few years ago so very poor delivery services and disappointed the fact she just offer to deliver my order on another day instead of offering my refund along with delivering the order which was about over a few $100 dollars and not only that order was place on time I just don’t get the services that was provided with no updates last time I ever place in order with this company!
