My two favorite things about this store are the printing department and the clearance aisle for sale items. Ive switched all the printing of my brochures and advertising materials to this store because the printing department people are so helpful and do such a stellar job. There is an older woman who knows everything there is to know about paper (great guidance!). There is also a younger woman with dyed hair (Angela) who is my go-to person for printing. She has done a great job every single time Ive gone in. I HIGHLY recommend this store for printing needs, especially if you have last-minute brochures or flyers to print and cant take the time to order online.
Jon, Albert and Angela in the print center were amazing in helping my family with some pamphlets for my grandma’s service.Highly recommend them for your printing needs. Customer service was great even as they were slammed on a weekend. Thanks all!

Terrible customer service. 3 people waiting in line for copies. The only 3 people in the store. 4 people working. Only one person helping the actual customers. Others talking and not working.
I had a rough experience at this store, which was still absolutely ridiculous and a complete pain in the you know what. However, their corporate reached out to me and finally refunded the $10 in authorization fees their document printer had charged me and never returned itself.So Ive updated my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

I’ve had several large print jobs printed here. Mostly black-and-white copies. The last job that I had printed, the printing is barely acceptable. They needed a new toner cartridge and the copies are just dark enough that I am not going to take them back but I’m very disappointed in their work. Also, when I went in today they were five employees working and three people standing in line and it was unclear why we were just standing there. I waited a long time - like honestly 10 minutes I think. Anyway I think I’m going to start going to staples for my printing needs, at least the ink is dark and legible.
Im so happy I came here. Chris In the Printing department was so nice and helpful. Definitely coming back. Also, I received a txt an hour later saying my order was ready!
My fiance and I visited this place a few weeks ago to print our wedding save the dates. I wasnt completely happy with the outcome and they were more than happy to fix the problem. When trying to print word files as photos theres some maneuvering involved between the staff and my fiance they figured it out all with friendly service and professionalism.

Normally buy basic supplies at Office Depot Thousand Oaks and I decided to try them for computer repair on my older HP desktop. After waiting 15-20 minutes for assistance the only technician in the store looked at my HP and stated it could be the motherboard but a system restore might fix the problem. I was quoted $100 for a system restore and guaranteed if it did not fix my problem I would receive a 50% credit. Seemed a reasonable risk. Picked up my HP a few days later and it worked great for 1-day and then completely shut down. Took the unit back and was told they are not equipped to diagnose hardware problems, been good to know earlier.Let the unit for further diagnose with and was instructed to call them. Called Thursday and spoke with Nathan the store manager and after mentioning the 50% refund was told thats the first time Ive ever heard of that. Nathan promised to check with the original technician and call me back Monday. Tuesday I called, Nathan was gone for the day. explained the whole issue to someone else and was promised another callback. Finally I did receive the 50% refund and promptly went to BestBuy and purchased a new computer due to Office Depots complete lack of customer service to an existing customer in there store.
Jeremy was beyond helpful. He was able to find what I needed on the Office Depot website (as they didnt have it in the store) and have it shipped to my home. He was friendly and patient. Thanks Jeremy.

They need more employees with knowledge of their stocked products. An employee attempted to help me but at the end I searched the whole store and found the product that I needed.
This office Depot has good staff. Pretty typical otherwise but the people that have helped me have always done a good job.
They had what I was looking for and at a good price. I just walked in bought it and walked out. No problems.
The staff at the print/copy station is rude and dismissive, never printed my first order by the time promised. Will avoid this store. Too bad because the quality was OK and the online ordering is otherwise easy and efficient, but who wants to deal with unpleasant people if they can be avoided?

Its convenient if you dont want to wait for an online order, but Amazon is cheaper for ink cartridges.

Their service was ok, there were some who were energetic about their work and some who were lazy. It was just an ok place.
Worst Office Depot I have ever been too. Staff is always right and the customer is always wrong. They have zero respect for the customer. I emailed the store manager about my last trip and how I was treated, obviously he doesnt care how his store is managed. I have now had 2 experiences that left me highly unsatisfied. I tried giving them another chance but I will not be returning.

This is by far the worst location Office Depot has. They are very unhelpful and try their best to give you their 800 number so the location does not need to do their jobs. I called the 800 number and they told me my problem could be solved by the manager. However the manager named Patrick said the 800 number is not his boss. Patrick is the worst manager. I will never shop at office depot.

The prices have skyrocketed. Way too high.
Rude and no one knew what the sales were. Or where the sale items where located. One excuse I heard to a guest was we only have 3 employees working.
Staff here are very friendly and usually will let you take more than one of something if its on sale and one per customer, but various things often seem to be out of stock even if its supposedly in stock online.
No customer bathroom, as far as I could see.
