I recently purchased a set of earrings and a necklace to celebrate my sister’s graduation. I had a wonderful experience there mostly because of an employee named Pat. She was extremely friendly and professional as well. You could tell that she wasn’t just concerned about the transaction itself and was genuinely interested in the customer. She was willing to set aside however much time to accommodate us and we looked through so many options before we found the perfect one. I appreciate her help and wanted to dedicate this review towards her. She exhibited amazing customer service!
On a quick weekend getaway, we were looking for some keepsakes to celebrate our 1st year together. We ventured in this Kay’s and the staff was so nice & knowledgeable. She has taken off her bracelet since we left! You guys scored me major points!!! Thanks!!!
My military son and daughter-in-law have had nothing but heartache with the wedding ring he bought for his bride-to-be. Within a few weeks of having the ring, the diamond fell out. Long story short, this happened again and now after fixing the ring a third time with platinum, the ring stands higher than before and my daughter-in-law doesnt like it. Kay Jewelers will NOT take the ring back. Half of the 4+ months she has had the ring, it has been back with Kay to be fixed. Unless Kay makes this right with my son and daughter-in-law, I work in a very public domain and plan to let EVERYONE I know NEVER to shop at a Kay Jeweler!

The ring was bought in December. Mid January we brought it back because the prongs were loose. I got the ring back 2 week after the repair. My husband had purchased the Insurance on my ring when he bought it. A month and a half later the entire main stone and setting fell off. Because Im in the military my mom had to bring the ring once again to Kay jewelers. Shes employed and had to take time off of work to accomplish this. She expected to just drop the ring off and be on her way. That was not the case. She had to stay there while they were talking about the ring in the back room and took up her entire day while they figured out what to do. Kay jewelers made her feel so uncomfortable and they were treating her like she stole the diamond. All this is happening to my mom wile Im on base and cant really do anything about the situation. They told us we wouldnt get a answer on the ring for 4 to 6 weeks. MY WEDDING WAS IN TWO WEEKS!!!. So my mom and father-in-law called corporate and told them the situation. After that, they decided to gave us a replacement ring. One month later my replacement ring has a loose main Diamond and setting once again, and they are putting platinum in it so it supposedly wont happen again. They promised the ring was going to be back in the store on the 5th and did not actually get back to the store till the 10th.When I finally saw the ring with the platinum, it looked like a completely different ring! The before and after pictures are attached. Now it looks like the Eiffel Tower. I showed my husband and he was completely appalled and he would have never bought it if he had known this would have happened.I asked Kays if I can just return the ring because of all the hassle and I dont want to be accused of stealing another diamond. Not to mention the fact that I have owned the ring for 5 months and out of those 5 months its been at Kays getting fixed for a total of 2 and a half months(half the time Ive owned it). Then when I do get it fixed its a completely different ring.I most definitely will not be letting my mom anywhere near this establishment because I do not want her to have to go through anything like that ever again.I dont believe in their product anymore. They will not let me return the ring, so hopefully you wont see me on here again after they supposedly fix the now ugly ring again. Definitely dont recommend Kay jewelers to anyone who you care about. I have never been so disappointed in a product AND a company that sold it to me.Before all of the trouble with my Diamond ring I had purchased a rubber ring for my husband which was a size 9 from this Kay jewelers. To double check that it was the right size I asked the clerk to make sure that it was a size 9. She informed me that it was a size 9. Even said size 9 on the receipt. I sent it to my husband through the mail because he is stationed overseas. The ring was to big! He went to the nearest Kay jewelers and they told him that that was actually a size 10. He had to wait another two weeks for the new ring to come in the mail.At this point I dont know if it is Kay jewelers as a company or if it is this specific location.
I am extremely appreciative of the great customer service and friendly atmosphere that the store manager provides every time I go into the store. The staff is friendly, store is well organized and clean, and the store is conveniently located in the mall. 10/10 would recommend!
The guy sales person was clearly was discriminating me with the other white customers. If this is the customer service they have then I refuse to buy anything from this store. But the lady was really nice to me. Unfortunately she was busy with another customer so I left.
I wanted do find a present for my niece . Alyssa was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. She helped us to choose the perfect gift.

My fiancé and I went in to look at wedding bands. We were greeted by Alyssa who immediate helped us out. She was so wonderful! Her customer service was literally top notch. She was patient, kind, encouraging, and knowledgeable. She informed us she was new and so we were also able to work with the manager Nataevia as well.Nataevia had AMAZING customer service! was so incredibly helpful, resourceful, knowledgeable, intuitive, and warm. I was looking for a band with sapphires. Most jewelry stores don’t carry sapphires in the style I was looking for but Nataevia worked her magic so we would get a better idea of what a sapphire band would look like.Neither were not pushy but patient and attentive. They were both very personable and laughed a lot with us. Both made us feel very comfortable and cared for! They made us feel like our needs mattered and what we wanted would be attainable. 11/10 would recommend.Our overall experience was wonderful and I left with nothing I expected but everything I wanted!

My friends referred me to Kay Jewelers and honestly Kay Jewelers is going to be my main jeweler. John is an absolute professional and very sincere when it comes to his business. I love his support and volunteering for out reach which is very much reflected throughout his business. John looked our for my best interest when it came to buying an engagement ring and both my Fiancée and I are very happy. We will be back very soon :D
If I never had to do business with these people here ever again it would be TOO SOON. Kay is literally the WORST customer service in the entire world. Ive never been to a Kay and had great service. I thought this one was better because I have never had any issues with them before but then come in today and get the absolute WORST customer service from the lady in here who claims to be a store manager, HA! Ive dealt with a male in here before and he was always great with every service Ive had and then not to mention she goes and talks about me to the other worker who is with ANOTHER customer and have them all look at me while theyre talking. If they want to state company policy in my face then I think they should be training all of their employees on their policy because its different every time I come in here and see a different associate. Then we get it situated and the store manager proceeds to say please dont come back as were walking out & continues to talk about us to the other customers. However, my husband’s name was nowhere on the repair slip so they should not have even needed him to release the ring but apparently they did. Needless to say we will be contacting corporate regarding this store manager. If you want to call yourself a manager then you should probably act your age, which is clearly old enough to know that you dont react that way. By the way her name is Hammy Henderson. If I were you, Id completely take your business elsewhere and not even fall into the trap with this company.
Great looking store. Super friendly staff. I came in for a wedding band and couldn’t be happier with the service.Saw the one comment from a non customer... to be honest the play ground is literally 10 ft away from the store it’s really loud.

I was at the Oaks Mall today and heard one of your employees go off at the kids in the play area across from you. The employee was so rude and even called security because the kids were to loud. After watching her harass the family my husband and I (parents of five and frequent Kay jeweler shoppers) decided to buy my new diamond wedding ring from another jewelry store. We will not be returning.
