Conejo Valley fencing gave us the most competitive estimates around, as a matter of fact the best price around, they even hauled away a double chain link fence and wood fence included with the estimate. Everyone else wanted me to haul away and dump the old stuff. Jay the sales man, ended up having to come here twice because of change of plans and was professional the whole time. (Let me tell you though, Covid has caused delays in supply chain on everything, it took a few weeks for the job to get started. Believe me go anywhere and order something for your household there about a 4 to 6 week wait on almost everything.) Well today it was finally done, when the crew came I thought it be a 2 - 3 day job easily. Boy was I wrong! They did domo, fence, and gate all in one day and in a very sufficient manner. I didnt catch the crews names but boy did they surprise me.. Many Thanks Conejo valley fencing, our neighbor is very happy with it too!

Jay the representative arrived on time. He was respectful and represented the company in a professional manner. The fence we had was broken and torn up badly. He took time to survey all that needed to be done. Jay was cordial and made suggestions in accordance with our concerns and our needs. There were two workers sent to start the initial installation. They worked quietly all day. Jay and the workers observed safe distancing practice when speaking with me and wore masks. Old wood was carted away and an extra old door fence that I had! The areas in back were cleaned up before they left.The next day four other workers came to do the fence job. I was unaware that there would be other workers there but Jay the representative came by and introduced me to them. They worked in the heat all day without complaint and seemed very concerned about the quality of their installation. At the end of the day, although quite tired, the head coordinator in charge took me around, and showed my husband and I everything that had been done. I was initially nervous about men working in the back but these were very respectful people and so it was a great experience!

I am very happy with the company and the fence they installed in my backyard.I want to start from saying that my fence was not easy to install and after meeting with several contractors (some even never showed up) I decided to go with Conejo Valley Fencing.Installers were on time, finished as it was promised, were very detailed and patient. I am not a picky customer but I like to know from the beginning what to expect. So before they started they answered all my questions, explained what would be done.I will definitely recommend this company to everyone and I attach my fence picture for your review!Thank you Conejo Valley!

I do not feel good writing this complaint as its not the type of person that I am. I am beyond disappointed with every aspect of Conejo Valley Fencing. In mid-June I received a contract and quote from the company with promise to complete my job prior to July 4th. I went with this company over another local company with a better reputation because I thought the salesman was a nice guy, he guaranteed me the best of the best and he could meet my timeline of ASAP. When the company showed up to install the fence and gate (straight shot across my yard to protect my child from the pool area) the installers immediately noticed they didnt have enough material for the job by just eyeing it. They completed half of the fence, which looked good. They came back a few days later to install the other half. When they installed the other half, we were left with a 7 foot gap for 2 weeks because the salesman measured wrong. Mind you, the second half of the fence was also installed 5.5-7.5 inches off the ground (4 inches or below is code) so I had to make numerous phone calls to the front desk, the owner, and the sales person to manage them in order to get this fixed. Every time I called, nobody had my answers and they did not call me to update me when they were going to fix the giant gap defeating the purpose of the fence and gate completely or fix the 7 feet of missing fence. Every time I spoke with someone, they just wanted to blame each other. Its been 9 weeks today since I received my quote and the job is finally done. Yes, it looks good and Im beyond relieved that its finally done but the owner of the company said she lost money on the job and said she would not give me an additional discount because of that, a poor example of keeping your customer happy. I would not be writing this here today if I felt that I was valued as a customer and refunded for the time, the miscommunications and the errors that were made over the last 9 weeks.

Great company with wonderful customer service.

I schedule them to come give me an estimate and they didn’t show. I called them and they said they went to the wrong house and my neighbor told them they didn’t have time for the appointment and to come back later. He apologize and said they would come today by 1:30. Again they didn’t show up. The sales guy I was supposed to meet with name was Gustavo.

I hired Conejo Valley Fencing and had a good experience with them: Sale representative was very helpful and punctual, office was very responsive, installers were good trained and nice. They left the site clean and I am happy with my fence look.

I LOVE my new fence & I am beyond pleased with this Company! I sent them an email & they responded almost instantly. Joe Candido came by to give us the estimate. He was thorough & very professional!The workers were there a couple of days later to tear down my old block wall. They were excellent & again, very professional. It took them a day to do that & then the next crew showed up to erect the new fence. They were amazing! I never even saw them take a break. They worked constantly for a day & a half installing the new one. Quite honestly, I was surprised with the price they quoted. I felt like I got an excellent deal & I highly recommend this Company!

Speedy installation, no surprises. Price seemed reasonable and the administration part of the deal went smoothly.

We are very happy with our new wood privacy fence. Joe helped field a lot of our questions and helped us navigate all the options. They kept to their original cost estimates per linear foot even though our fence materials were more costly than the average fence. Also they were very accurate on the estimate of when they would start and how long the job would take to complete. Since we wanted to stain the fence ourselves they worked around our schedule and although it was a lot more staining steps than we anticipated we think it will last a long time. We were also impressed that when we brought up some issues that we were not happy with they came back to improve them. Many of our neighbors have walked by and complimented us on our fence and wanted to know who built it.

We are very happy with the entire process, from the initial visit by Joe to the final installation. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and quite helpful. They answered any and all of our questions and made the whole process easy. The fence is beautiful! We will be recommending Conejo Valley Fencing to family, friends and everyone else.UPDATE: Since then we tried to get a quote for another fence ( pre-covid) and did not get much, if any response. Joe is not there any longer (at least when we contacted them for the second fence). We do not recommend them any longer.

Joe the salesman and crew were very helpful in the design and construction of my custom fence. He could not be happier with the outcome. The price was fair.

Very professionalism and courteous. The representative Ken he fix my fence without asking for anything> So I gave him the job and I am very happy with their work . So hard to find a honest sub-contractor these days.
