The representatives were very helpful and patient while I dealt with Samsung. They accommodated me while my phone was sent back to the manufacturer and made sure we had the best deals when we purchased our phones. Each time we needed to make adjustments or changes they handled them effectively and efficiently. I recommend this Sprint store over any one Ive been to since switching to Sprint.

This is a horrible store. Was lied to. Was told that I would get service where I live. Had the phones for 2 hours if that and found out I had no service and took them back and they charged me a restocking fee. This place is a joke!!!!!!!

I dont remember the name of the lady that helped me out here but my Samsung Note 5 was having issues with connecting to my SIM Card and not connecting to Sprint but she helped me out not once but two times within an hour. She was nice and very helpful.
