My boyfriend and I went to this location to buy a trailer. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had some issues with the trailer hitch he had installed in his SUV. The manager was so helpful he hung out with us and helped us look up YouTube videos to try and figure out how to run the wiring harness through the bottom of the SUV. Then when we decided to go get my SUV to bring the trailer home he left it unlocked for us so we could just whip in and get it! Thanks so much Bryce and all your awesome staff for a wonderful experience!

The store has what I need in regards to cat food and litter, but I never get greeted or asked if I need help by employees. Customer service could be much improved.

They know my mother and I by name, theyre all very open and friendly and when my mother had to have surgery they all signed and sent a card telling her to get better. The staff is just all around good and its an amazing company.

Great place to get all my supplies. We have a microfarm: chickens honey bees, maple syrup extra large garden, 2 acres to mow etc. Tractor Supply offers everything I need to keep us going. The store in Tiffin is Always friendly and Super helpful.

Didnt need much. Went right to it, bought it and out the door. Nice place to shop.

First trip to our local store and it was a crappy experience! Picked up a dog bed for our new puppy, paid for it and noticed i was charged 24.99 instead of 9.99. Went back in to inquire why. Checked the sign on the display, one side was 9.99, the other 24.99. They were all mixed up in sizes with several of the larger ones thrown in the cheaper bin. Out of probably 8-9 beds, most were the large size. (Small ones were buried on the bottom) Was just told sorry, nothing we can do. Once i arrived home I noticed they charged me a different price on a stuffed animal I bought for my daughter, $4.00 more than the tag read. Guess I will be looking elsewhere for my dog supplies from now on!

Good place for the farm life.

There are so many products here that are useful for so many reasons that almost everyone will find things they need and the quality of everything is very high.

There are things here you wont find elsewhere. Nice place to just look around and see what you can find. Not many staff working but they are helpful.
