Caliber collision are very trustworthy Professionals. Most of all they are on time.To me that is the most important .I recommend them very highly.
These guys are fricken AWESOME! Martin is the absolute MAN! not only did they take car of my primary issue but they also fixed a few things that were not part of the main damage. They were precisely on time with the exact date they would be done. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
While my family and I were on vacation in Idaho, we had the unfortunate experience of running into a moose at a fairly high rate of speed with my less-than-a-year-old Jeep Gladiator. The impact caused sever damage to the hood, front quarter panel, passenger rear door and rear quarter panel. I had a number of concerns with how the repairs would be done but mostly that whichever repair shop I went to would want to patch it up rather than replace many of the damaged parts. Also, this Gladiator is orange which is a very difficult color to get so I wanted the repairs to be perfect. Otherwise, I might have to sell it and try to find another one like it (not likely). I brought it to Caliber Collision initially to feel them out on what they would do to fix it. My service rep was very attentive to my concerns and explained in detail which parts they would repair and which would need replacing. He said all the things I wanted to hear so I went with them. The communication was excellent. I received regular and consistent updates on their progress and I never had to check in to find out what was happening. Halfway through, I did drop in to see the work on it and my service rep had no problem taking me into the shop to show me. I also got to meet the technician who was doing the actual work. They both represented the company well and made me feel like they wanted my truck to be as good as new just as much as I wanted. In the end, the truck looks outstanding. The body repairs were done the way I wanted them to be done, the paint was a perfect match, it was clean, and everything was put back together the way it was when I bought it. I would have no problem coming back to them in the future (I hope I dont have to). I would recommend them highly. Great work, Caliber.
Overall, the staff is amazing and communicated great. However, from the photo below, the work quality can be better.I picked my vehicle in the evening, dark and found this the next morning.While they did take it back and make it right, I should not have had to reach out back out to them. Definite quality inspection fail.

The staff and the agent that I dealt with directly, Martin was professional and very knowledgeable with what the process would be. I was side swiped en route to work (before 5am) on a Monday and able to drop off my car by 9:45am... I was told what my insurance covered, options for replacement parts and was even told what kind of questions to ask my insurance to make sure I could Lower the amount I had to pay out for my deductible!When they heard I had someone coming into town that weekend, the parts manager got a courier to bring in the replacement that day, so I was home with my car by Friday night.Thank you so much to the Greenberg Rd Caliber Collision Team!
There was a slight delay, but only because it took a little time to get a part. Otherwise I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of work, my car looks as great as it did pre-accident, and was clean and sanitary when I picked it up. I am very pleased with them and how everything turned out.
When a tree branch landed on my vehicles roof and other shops were booked out, I was able to get the repair done quickly at Caliber. They worked seamlessly with insurance, the rental car agency and even detailed the vehicle when I wasn’t initially happy with the swirl marks left front their polishing. They won me over completely!
They gave me a reasonable estimate, did not pack on extra work, and got the car back to me in excellent condition earlier than they first estimated.
This company is very professional and was such a pleasure to work with! I went in to get my rear bumper repaired after I was rear ended, and they took such great care of my car. They very much keep you in the loop of the things that are happening with your car, and when they believe your car will be finished. Mine actually was finished early!

While I didn’t come here for body work, these guys stepped in to help me out in a pinch without hesitation and didn’t even ask for anything in return. I rolled into their parking lot on a flat tire. They immediately pulled it in to their shop, filled the tire, and pointed out that the inner sidewall was compromised (which I never would have been able to see). They let me park in their lot for a few hours so I could run home and get a spare set of wheels and tires. They went above and beyond for someone who wasn’t even their customer. 5 stars all around.

Brian and his team were very polite, taking the extra few moments to explain Covid precautions and making sure I was clear on repair details. My car was done early and looks great! It is so rare to work with a business that was this GREAT! Check in process and inspection of damage was outstanding, repair time was reasonable and I was kept up to date on everything from start to finish. Ben was AMAZING and the repairs were exactly as promised and expected.
This was the BEST experience I have had on Customer Service in yrs. Dropped of the car on Tuesday a.m., they had all the paperwork ready, had a few things explained, and the gentleman by the name of Ben, took me outside, just to review the damage again. I then showed him an area in the back of the car that I got bumped on, just the afternoon before, I asked him what it would cost to get fixed? He checked it out, gave me two options, and because it was a hit and run, I was going to have to pay it out of my own pocket. So, he said to me, we can buff the area out reay good, and it will be fine. So I told him OK and that would be at no charge for me. I was then taken back inside the office to wait on my Car rental. Enterprise Car Rental showed up within 10 minutes. The guy from Entdrprise took me to their office, got my rental and I was on my way. What great service from them to.Next day Wednesdsy got a text from Ben and he kept me up to date on the repair. On Thursday he text me again, letting me know that the car would not be ready until Monday. To my surprise, Ben text me on Friday around 515 pm, telling me that they got the car done,and it was ready for pick up. I then drove over to the shop, sure enough there was the car completely fixed, and it looked like NEW. Ben went out of his way to wait for me to get there and showed me the car, finished the paperwork, and within minutes I was again on my way home. Since Friday, I have already told 8 people about my experience and I got nothing else to say but, this gets a Five Star from me.Thank you so much Ben
Caliber Collision did an amazing job in fixing the dent on the quarter panel. They did an amazing body work and paint job, also cleaning the inside of my car. Now, it looks like new.A+
My rear hatch glass was completely shattered and the folks at Caliber Collision replaced it for me. They got a used part so it was a little less expensive (not that it really matters to me because my insurance covered it). They got it done faster than they initially told me which was a pleasant surprise. They even washed my car and filled the washer fluid before they returned the keys! And they offered to give me a ride home when I dropped my vehicle off for repairs. They were very friendly people!

I am so happy that Josh and his team took on this location. Caliber is top notch! As soon as I drove up and walked in I felt comfortable and knew I was going to be well cared for. They took the time to listen at exactly what I was looking for. Josh immediately went outside and assessed the issue. Fortunately it was small enough that it could be completed within a matter of moments. From the second I called to the moment I drove my car off the lot I was extremely satisfied. I feel like they literally went above and beyond but from hearing the phone calls they are receiving while I was waiting for less than 10 minutes this is a normal situation for them. I would highly recommend them on all levels. Hopefully we won’t need to but if we ever do in the future we will definitely come back here and have our friends and family as well. Im giving 5 stars for just the estimate, I have not had any work done yet. The estimator talked to me for 20 minutes about their process. Caliber is the largest collision repair.I would also like to say, Do Not use Leifs, you will regret it!

This place is the best of all places ever!! So unbelievably annoying to go to a body shop when your car gets side swiped. Even more annoying when you have to fix it out of pocket. Oh wait except this wonderful, amazing and extremely helpful company fixed a small piece of my car for FREE. That’s right just because they are so freaking great they fixed the small piece that fell off my car. If for whatever reason you have to go to a body shop GO HERE!!! They will take great care of you. I’ll never go anywhere else. This place is the BEES KNEES. I couldn’t say enough great things about this place.
Awesome customer service!! My front bumper had started coming off after I scraped it when backing out of my garage. I came in to this Abra location today and they put my bumper/screws and another part that had fallen off back in place without charging me for it. I was prepared to pay a couple hundred dollars for the labor but they did it all for free! Everyone that I encountered was friendly and helpful. Thank you all so much, I really appreciate you guys! This shop is beyond amazing! I had them repair my car after we were rear ended several years ago. I went back because of a rattling noise all this time later. They said our work is lifetime guaranteed. Let us look while you wait. They found that the noise was due to a faulty trailer hitch installation done after thier work, but they fixed it for free anyway while I waited and offered me cookies and popcorn. Seriously. I wouldnt go anywhere else after this experience. Great service!
I truly received a 5-star experience from Kadels. The whole time my truck was in their shop I was continually updated through whatever means I had chosen (in my case email and phone). They finished ahead of schedule and made the whole process clear and easy. The follow-up was thorough and sincere. Theyll be the first people I go to next time I need a body shop!
I worked with Ben at the Tigard, OR location and him and his team did a great job! The work was great and they cleaned inside my car too, which was unexpected but greatly appreciated! There was an additional issue with my car that I wasnt expecting, but Ben worked with me and was fantastic. If anything ever happens to my car in the future, I will go back for sure :)
I am very happy with the auto repair shop. All staff was professional and knowledgeable. My adjuster was Jordan and she did very close estimate. She txt every day on status of repair. I would highly recommend the Calber Collision in Lake Oswego.
Best experience so far! We can’t pay to get our car fixed yet and they totally understood. They kept it and made it road worthy at no cost. We will see how the repair goes, but so far they have been fantastic!!
Brought my car to Abra after an incident in which the other party was at fault. The staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to let me know about my cars progress in the shop. When I picked it up it was CLEAN inside and out, and the area that had been damaged looks brand new. They matched the paint perfectly and were able to fix the dents/scratches in my rear door without having to replace it. If anything happens again, I will definitely be a return customer.

Was recommended this shop from my insurance after minor car accident. My girlfriend took the car here for an estimate. I went back a week later to clarify what the estimate included as it did not seem to cover half of the repairs. They assured me that everything would be fixed even though the estimate did not include everything but I was not interested in trusting that everything would be fixed when they overlooked so much during the initial estimate. I did not have them do the repairs so I do not know if they do quality repairs or not.

Had to end up getting repairs done on our car twice in a short span, they were fast and friendly. I only wish their daily email updates were more useful, they were very generic. But well definitely be using them again.
This service is horrible. They painted a new bumper and tried to give it to me with a big scratch. After they painted the bumper again, they made 4 scratches on the left front fender (we painted than one recently). The fender was with new dirt on that place. We could not proof, that they did it, because I did not make photos. Their photos are blurry and not showing scratches at all. Moreover, they promised to do the work for 3 days, but did it more than a week. I only picked this shop, because it is the closest to my house. I used their services before when they had a different name and had exectly the same problems. Not sure, maybe they changed the name because of a lot of bad reviews.Avoid them as plague! Do not recommend this one to anybody.
Brought it back to perfection
I dropped off my car at lunch on Monday and drove away in the rental car they coordinated, then picked up my car at lunch on Wednesday at lunch. It was as good as new and CLEAN! I hope I dont get rear-ended again any time soon, but if I do I know who will fix my car. Awesome experience.

A tree branch hit my windshield. They had to take out my after market bluetooth to fix some internal repairs then didn’t reinstall it. They just left wires hanging in front of the dashboard. The windshield wasn’t the right fit and the trim wasn’t flush with the windshield. We asked them to fix it. Go to pick it up for the second time and the mic on my bluetooth isn’t working, the windshield wasn’t fixed AND we still found loose pieces of windshield glass in the car.
I brought my car to Kadels after a woman rear ended my car and literally made it look like an accordion. Kadels gave me prompt, friendly, speedy service and restored my car to perfect condition - you never would have known it was in an accident. Kadels is my first choice in body shops. I referred my husband there when a woman backed into his car in a parking lot and the service and work again was perfect!
Ive been very impressed with Abras work since they took over Kadels. Im an auto appraiser and normally see a lot of bad repairs from insurance company repair shops. But since Abra has taken over, Im very happy to say Ive seen very few bad repairs. Everyone is going to have a slip up once in a while, like minor blemish or debris in the Paint, but Ive inspected at least 40 vehicles from this shop in the past few months and the quality is much better than what Ive seen come from an independent shop that advertises that hes a consumer advocate on the radio all the time.

I went in to get a quote on a custom paint job for my truck. Apparently, they dont do paint jobs. Which is odd, since they are a paint and auto body shop. I was informed that all they do are repairs. Which just goes to prove to me that they make so much money bilking insurance companies for repairs that they cannot be bothered with a little thing like a $3K-$4k paint job. Fine. Ill take my business elsewhere. Thats a pathetic way to do business, in my opinion. Anyway, if youre looking for a paint job, dont try here.
Helped my girlfriend bring her car on here for some warranty work and paint touch-up. Some of their servicemen didnt listen to what was going on before jumping to conclusions and telling us we were lying. When we asked to talk to a new serviceman who was less rude, they handled it quickly. They failed to call us when they said that they would and we had to call to hear any news on the vehicle and remind them of their commitment. Also, there is poor communication between employees or divisions and no one seems to know what is going on without having to call someone else. There was also a new chip in the cars paint when we got it back. They were better when they were just Kadels.

The Quality of work is Top Notch at Abra Auto Bodys Tigard Location, These guys are great, Excellent overall A+ Experience, People can really make a huge Difference and Ben Kitchell did just that, The office staff in general is great but he went way above and beyond to impress this very tough Customer, Time and Money are both important to me and they did not waste either of mine, Taking pride in the work while remaining efficient is what these guys apparently do.
Ive had two of my vehicles repaired here. Interaction with insurance was seamless. Very helpful and communicative through entire process. I would go to them again.
Numerous paint imperfections. Reinstalled damaged part they charged for. Did not reinstall all the clips.These guys were bad. Two dozen paint imperfections, some raised due to dirt/dust, some shallow due to improper prep. They tried to wet polish it out, but they just left buff marks and had to repaint it. No big deal because I had to wait while for a new part to arrive after I noticed they did not replace a damaged fender trim (obvious tool marks from where they took it off AND THEN PUT BACK ON STILL DAMAGED)I thought that was the end of the story until a few days later I noticed the bumper was not sitting right, sure enough, they never installed 4 clips that hold it in place.Take your car somewhere else.

I have had to take my cars to body shops multiple times and so far this shop was the worst. I am extremely disappointed in the service at this location, specially the attitude of employees. I will never return and also discourage my family and friends from going here. I took my car for estimate on 1/31/16 and decided to drop off on 2/10/16- person giving estimate took pictures and assured they would have required parts by 2/10/16- I dropped off the car as scheduled on early morning hours of 2/10/16 and acquired a rental car. Person taking care of my car- Mr John Reynolds assured me a return in 4 days. He said if needed any more parts to fix any internal damage not visible from outside- it would a couple of days more.on 2/11 he wrote me an email saying more parts are needed and completion would be 2/22/16. I emailed asking for more clarification but didnt get response. So I called that evening only to find Mr Reynolds irate by my call. His first sentence to me was I emailed you, now what do you need to know? - way to go to provide great customer service as advertized by you. He explained that more parts were ordered and I need to wait till they came in and installed. I asked whether it s possible to hold off repaid until parts show up and then I could bring my car back in. His response was that the car was already in the shop and I must wait till 2/22/16 and that I must use the rental car till then, He made all these decisions unilaterally - never once he thought of the expenses and inconvenience this would cause for myself and my family - I only have partial rental coverage through my auto insurance. Plus my car is a hybrid while the rental was a gas guzzler .I decided to wait till 2/22/16- given no other options. In the meantime Mr Reynolds sent me 2 more emails with updates and the same completion date.on 2/22/16 I received no response or update so I called around 4 pm - only to find Mr Reynolds off work / probably sick. After talking with the facility manager Mr. Ronney- what a surprise-- 1 of the parts was yet to be installed and I have to wait 1 more day. He promised the car would be ready next morning. I waited till 10.30 next morning and called again. I was told that it would be done by 2 pm.So I show up at 2.30pm, make the payment and Mr. Reynolds is still sick. So I am helped by another gentleman- a Mr. David. He hands me the keys and shows me to my car. After a quick handshake he goes back to his work. I observe the car to find that the front licence plate frame is missing. I go back and inquire. Mr David checked with the tech and then informed me that the frame was broken and was discarded. If I wish I should contact my insurance company to file another claim - ok.. how does a license plate frame on the center of the bumper breaks as a result of a minor damage to left side of the bumper. I drove the car for several days after the damage and the frame was definitely not broken.. I decided it was not significant enough for me to waste my time with David- so I went to the car. One more surprise-- car wont start now. The battery was dead. SO I went back in to ask Mr David about it. He checked with the tech again and said that it was fine that morning. Perhaps it s not holding the charge and that he would charge it overnight and that he would call for a rental car for me so I can go back home and come back again next morning. -- I am astonished at the lack of care and respect towards customers by these people. I got angry at that point and expressed it clearly that it was not an acceptable option. Mr David s response -- then what do you want me to do - I cannot charge the battery right away- it takes time. So I asked whether he could get me another battery and that AAA usually has a turn around of 15 minutes to get you a battery, it does not need overnight. He reluctantly agreed adding that he s not sure how much time it would take. may be 1 hour may be 3. I insisted on another battery.
The Kadels at Tigard has a great team, the manager and estimator, Mike & Garrett, are both very patience and helpful. A small car accident causing an ugly dent on my Mercedes. I drove the car there and the rental car was sitting available for me. When I had doubt and wanted to repair the car by changing the scheduled appointment, Kadel offered another appointment with flexibility. The second time I dropped the car and the rental car was also ready in front of me. I did not have to spend more than five minutes checking in and out before leaving the garage. When I got my car that day the repair was so perfect and it is just a like a brand new one. The work was not only focus on the part which has the dent but I feel the whole body has been fixed. They must have treated the right color and the tone through out the body. When I got question and trouble about the other cars ; I drove my car back and they are willing to examine the problem with me. I will definitely go back and request them to do some touch up work on the new scratches in the future. Thanks Kadels at Tigard, You are great!
