Had a great visit, plenty of parking, the store was clean, stocked well and one of the associates helped me find what I needed. They had multiple staff there stocking, and offered help.

Get there at around 5:58 and immediately they’re telling me they close at 6. i hate being one of those people so i always check what time places close. their google page says 10am-7pm which was updated from their business two days ago... one of the employees literally turned off the lights as i was in there, already getting checked out. the person checking me out didn’t say a single word to me, then gave me attitude when i asked to put in my phone number. could’ve waited two more minutes to start your closing procedure until everyone was out. not like there’s much to do to close the store anyway. update your hours if it’s a problem.

Dont believe half of these good reviews because I used to work at a sallys beauty and you could have family members and the worker themselves post one for the worker to get money... horrible customer service,they need to train better people and train them not to follow someone around like they are going to steal just because they have a purse or a backpack....Ive had this experience and seen them do it to other people like they arent sneaky...

I found what i was looking for after several minutes of looking. No one approached me to see if i needed assistance. There was a person to my left down the isle a little ways. I was almost ready to leave when i found what i was looking for. Very disappointed with the level of customer service. I felt like it was a self service store.

Very helpful this morning. Thank you. The store is closed due to the air quality from the fires. I stood in front of store, called. Told them what I wanted to purchase. They grabbed items, rang them up and then handed to me curbside pick-up. Thank you for your great customer service during not only the current pandemic, but the current situation with the fires!!!

Its 11:21am and their doors are closed! The people inside have been saying theyre going to open at 11 since this morning when theyre supposed to open but here are all their customers standing waiting outside and the lights still off. This isnt the first time this has happened either.

Horrible customer service. I just entered the store and neither the store manager nor her “new hire” even greeted me- a customer. I’m also confused on how they have a sign posted on the door: “Masks appreciated” yet neither the manager nor her employee had one on.

Must have hired new staff judging by the reviews because the lady who helped me yesterday was friendly, helpful and attentive. She up-sold the products their and has me going back today for face masks and lotions!Great service.My only complaint is the stock of synthetic hair in supply at the store. 3 colors? At least keep a healthy amount of blonde out with synthetic hair dye so you can please more clients (and sell more products)Other than that, bravo.

I always go here for my hair needs! The staff is knowledgeable, kind and always hopeful. I was there today to purchase hair dye and some other hair treatment supplies. The girl walked me through exactly what to do ensuring for the best turn out. They have a rewards program that you can sign up with at any time with your phone number and they also have great coupons on their website online.

The store itself is great. I just thought it was weird how the cashier asked the white woman for her Sally’s card and even offered her own, yet, me being a black woman, she offered me nothing but my total. Customer service definitely needs to be at the top of there list as well as up selling products.

I was a little frustrated by the attitude of the person behind the counter. Im not going to say she was rude, I dont think she did anything I could really say was wrong, it was just how bored and annoyed she seemed that I needed help with hair extensions.

Im surprised with all the positive reviews and with the fact that my negative review has been deleted for some reason.I stopped going to this particular location after I tried to return unused and sealed merchandise some with and some without a receipt (their policy allows that!) And was attacked by a lady at the cashier, who turned out to be the store manager.She started to put me down and say that they only could do an exchange for the same product. I told her that their policy was to offer store credit as well, per their website. She said no, you shouldve read the whole policy before coming.I was shocked with her aggressive and condescending attitude. Nevertheless, I remembered that there was the return policy on their receipts and turned over one of those that I had in my hands. Sure enough, it said that a store credit was an option.I showed it to her. She started raising her voice at me saying that, yes, it was correct, but they had to offer exchange first, which YOU dont seem to understand!!! (she literally was yelling at that point).I told her she never offered anything besides the exchange until I showed her their own return policy. She didnt respond and was red in the face and fuming with anger, while she was issuing the store credit.NEVER have I experienced such horrific and stressful customer service anywhere else.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Walked in with a $140 mess from the salon, and decided to go diy full blond, because it couldnt get much worse. The products suggested not only were effective, but saved my hair from totally frying.Definitely double up on product if youre not absolutely sure there will be enough to cover what youre wanting to do. Ive noticed Sallys everywhere give zero pressure to upsell, so you could end up with not enough. I grab double the amount and always end up using it all.Also, try the ion deep conditioning packets. Theyre worth the $2.50Overall super happy with their customer service and product suggestions. Thanks guys!

Guy there had my bestie buy the wrong products for the hair color he was trying to get and ending up with completly ruined hair. Thank goodness i was able to work some magic and fix it myself but we now dont ask for help, google provides better answers. Its not like any of the workers are professional hair stylists. But otherwise the hair products are really great. The only place besides sephora that carries brands that works on my hair.

I was told by a different emlpoyee the products to use, didnt turn out the way i wanted i ended up looking like rondal mcdonald from bleaching. I ended up at the wilsonville location and let me tell ya, the service there sucks bad! Rude, not helpful, and kust told me to go tot hw salon.. after i asked dir help just to lighten it so i dont have ti walk around with this ugly hair until i made time.. Still nothing. They both walked to the back and were giggling. I bet at my hair! But returned ro the Tigard location, and Ryan was so helpful!!!!!!! Hes awesome. Wilsonville locatiom sucks ass!

I was nervous about going in because I wasnt really sure what exactly what I needed and when I finally asked for help she was very short with me even seemed irritated that I had bothered her, and I work retail I know when your doing a project it sucks to get pulled away but without customers you dont get paid.. Was disappointed..
