Bought a pair of J&M shoes from factory online. After only 4 monthe the sole started to come apart from the shoe. By month 6 the seperation had gotten much worse. I emailed J&M, live chatted with customer service about the shoes, and no one got back to me. I am not new to J &M, seems their quality has definitely gone down and they do not seem to care about their customers. I would recommend looking at another brand of shoe before buying J&M shoes.

I had four pairs of shoes for a few years that had damage to the front tip or cracked sole. The manger replaced one pair and offered 20% off for another. With each shows value at $150 or higher, I expected more.

They seemed surprised that a black guy could buy $600 worth of shirts for some reason.
