We were new to Central Florida and needed a second car. John Dunn was very helpful without being pushy. We had a great test drive and tour of the area.The manager and John were awesome. Disappointed at what few cars they had available. The salesman asked us to keep checking back. The issue seems to be in the supply chain (microchips). I sure hope things get better soon. Our businesses are hurting.
I walked in yesterday afternoon. The entire time I felt like a guest on the red carpet. Never once did I feel pressured into buying anything.Ron was the employee who helped me (Hes pretty new there). I told him what I liked in a vehicle and he matched me with a few vehicles. He took me out to a lot and showed me the cars, And let me test drive the one I liked the most.I ended up coming back that evening to purchase the vehicle. After I submitted my credit application, they did the best they could to get me a fantastic APR. (My credit is garbage) But he worked hard to get me a price that I could afford for a nice 2017 Honda.Ive been too many dealerships but Ive never felt as comfortable as I had in this one. From here on out this is where I will be doing my vehicular shopping.Thank you Ron for fitting me with a car thats just AMAZING for my family.
Came in without an appointment but the service advisor Eric was polite courteous and greeted me. I told him my problem and he said that he could squeeze me in. That was good customer service! I looked around and found that this is a nice dealership. The staff inside are friendly and they acknowledge you and you pass by. Clean everywhere. The layout is easy to get around and easy to find where you want to go. So far so good. Ill know more about the care of servicing after they are done.The service was completed after a overnight stay due to not having the part on hand. The out the door finale price was on the upper high side. According to my Google search in regards to servicing my vehicle and comparing pricing with other Honda dealers which Google gives a high range and a low range on any type or service for your vehicle type and year. So I dropped one star from a 5 to a 4. If you have the opportunity you may want to shop around to see what other dealers charge for a specific service.
My complaints are more about the Honda CRV than the dealer.#1 Totally hate that the Idle Auto Stop / Start feature cant be disabled from the Set Up menu. ( Sitting fifth back in a right turn lane can become an experience)#2 The ECO mode is a total failure as far as I am concerned. It degrades the A.C. performance in general. Performance around hills becomes totally abysmal. On steep inclines, reluctantly moving forward. In reverse on steep inclines it almost fails to move the car and the transmission made scary noises. If the ECU can recognize the need for a down shift, it should be able to recognize the need to kick it out of the ECO mode.Luckily. .the ECO mode can be disabled . . . but I have never had to do that with my other cars. They got me where I needed to go without scaring me that they might fail .

I also had the pleasure of speaking with Eric who I informed him of some issues I was having with my Honda accord. He actually took the time to come out to my car and look at it for me. Called to schedule a service for my vehicle and was scheduled right away. All my questions were answered satisfactorily.
I brought a 2006 z4 completely online, Jim Wood was my salesman and to say he went above and beyond is an understatement. I am 50 and have brought many cars, this buying experience was the best i have ever had. Jim took the time to go over car for me to the point he took pictures of some very tiny marks on paint and sent them via text so I could see. I also did not realize the front and back BMW emblems where worn from time. Jim took it upon himself to order the replacements for me, I have never experience this level of honesty at any dealership. When I went and picked up car it was a 4 hour drive car was spotless ready to go, the car being a 2006 was brought as is and should be for the age. As I drove back home, I had issues with the headlights which i found out is common with z4. I never called because car was as is, also the dealership would have no way of knowing because the issue occurs from time to time, so I brought the car into my local dealer to get fix, here is the best part of my Ron Norris Honda/Jim Wood experience, Jim gave me a call later the same day i brought car in for repairs to ask how my drive home was I told him great and explained the headlight issue, he asked me to send him bill and he would see what he could do. At this point I was stunned, think about it I purchased a car as is, my experience with every other dealership is they would have said oh well. Not Jim Wood, he agreed to pay half the repair bill which for a BMW was very expensive. As I write this I still cant put to words what an amazing group of people work at RON NORRIS HONDA. If anyone reads this and is skeptical ask Jim for my number I would be happy to tell you about what a great dealership this is. Again I am 4 hours from this dealership and will use them every time I buy a car in the future.
I have never been to a car dealership before and I was so welcomed from the very beginning. All of the dealership staff was so helpful. Scott showed me the car I wanted in such a detailed personable showing. He showed me every inch of the vehicle before I test drove it. Customer service at this dealer in the service department is awful. The first time I was told that it would take about an hour and a half, I arrived a little more than an 1.5 hours later to pick up my car and was told it would be much longer. No phone call- no heads up. I decided that everyone gets a second chance and came back several months later for similar service. In the midst of COVID, I would expect gloves, mats and covering the steering wheel- something. None of that. The rep never would make eye contact while talking to me. He carries on conversations with a coworker and made phone calls while I stood there with no explanation or apologies. I will never go to this service department again.
I went to Ron Norris Honda and bought a 2021 pilot and I am very satisfied. The salesman was John Dunn and he was very professional and gave us a great deal. The whole dealership including Dave the sales managerand Mark Wilson the finance director were very easy to deal with.They have done everything they said they would do including finding the color I wanted at another dealership in the state and having it brought in the very next day.We are very glad we went to Ron Norris Honda to buy my car. We had purchased a Honda CRV the week before at space Coast Honda and we were treated terribly.What a contrast between the two dealerships! Ron Norris is a much more professional dealer and there is no flimflam. When I left Ron Norris Honda with my new car I felt very good. I have two local Honda dealerships close to my home. I chose to travel forty five minutes from my home because I was told by friends the travel is worth it. My salesman was Steve May, whom I have respect and I am so grateful to him. He treated me with the utmost respect and FAIRNESS. Steve May has too much integrity to give you insulting sales pitches. I really like this dealership. I could tell Steve May was sincere when he spoke of pride in his dealership and his colleges. I agree it appeared to me as a big family working in harmony. You dont have employees working for Ron Norris for 15, 20 and 40 years if they were a bad dealership. I must also say It was a pleasure speaking to Dave the sales manager and very nice man.

We found the car we were looking for on the Ron Norris website and called and arranged for a test drive. We met our salesman Richard at the dealership, took our test drive and arranged for the purchase quickly. Richard and the rest of the staff were very easy to deal with and we drove away with the car within 2 hours. Fairly quick for a car dealership, no pressure and we got the price we wanted.
If you ever want to see how pleasant and easy buying a Honda can be, just go to Ron Norris Honda. I couldnt decide which of three 2020 Accord trim levels I wanted, so Dave Thorson sat down with me and went over the differences between the three. We then test drove one of each to help narrow down my preference. Dave even gave me a detailed printout of the value of my trade and lowest price the the dealership could offer on each model (which was much lower than I expected in all three cases). He then advised me not to base my decision on the specific vehicles he had in stock since, if I preferred a color he didnt have on the lot, he would find one for me. The tree trims I considered were the EX 1.5t, the EX-L 1.5t, and the Sport 2.0t. Bottom line: There was no pressure to buy today. There was no need to fight/haggle over price. There was no attempt to upsell. Actually, after discussing how I plan to use the car and the features I considered to be important, Dave and I agreed that the best fit for me was actually the least expensive of the three. Im a happy customer!

UPDATE : They were friendly, kind & considerate. Had a good selection of GENTLY used autos, fair prices, great at reasonable length of time of call backs when we were discussing the vehicle I chose. I am still very happy with the purchase even after a month.UPDATE :I had to really take a LOT of time to think about how I wanted to explain and present this in a review. Still happy with how the initial sale went.BUT... On day 4 after the purchase I decided to take the car thru an automated car wash. The antenna was NOT the shark fin style that Hyundai changed over to a year or so after our model. It was the short pig tail style. Well apparently there were weakened areas in the attachment cover ( Im told that they do this due to sun & heat). It was RIPPED off the car in 2 big hunks. I called Norris to ask about having it replaced since it was NOT due to my negligence or actions.After 3 more DAYS of back & forth calls, I was finally told that THEY would be HAPPY to repair it AT MY EXPENSE and that the cheapest way for me to do this would be to purchase 1 from EBAY for ABOUT $80 + SHIPPING and THEY will ONLY CHARGE A SMALL FEE TO INSTALL IT.SO on top of NOT haggling at ALL about the price, we now need to pay for a unforseen by ANY of us damage that WE feel should have been covered by the Norris Store. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in this Response. We understand that after purchase any new repairs are at OUR expense, But this was a PRE EXISTING damage that EVEN the gentleman We spoke with on the phone ADMITTED that he learned from the Shop was the REASON Hyundai Switched to the Shark Fin style antennae. If such a small amount of $ to back up their reputation cant be considered then I am NOT sure WE nor our adult children would be shopping there or referring anyone to them.
I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car here. Steve went above and beyond! He not only emailed me Information about multiple cars before my initial arrival, but also ensured that I had a relaxing experience while in the show room, and to top it off he Bluetooth paired my phone and went into every detailed setting to program my car to my specifications before sending me off. Definitely will be visiting in the future for my maintenances because of all the great staff!

While service was acceptable, Was sitting at Ron Norris Honda in Titusville, Florida today. An employee walked through talking to another employee. They were talking about a coworker that was home with COVID-19, they were exposed to the virus and tested. Their tests have not come back yet they were saying and theyβre still at work. Thought they were supposed to be quarantine once exposed to the virus?? Not sure, but it would be a best practice if not. Most all employees at Ron Norris Honda weβre not wearing facemasks.οΏΌοΏΌοΏΌ Not sure if business was properly cleaned. Hope all customers are notified if another employee tests positive. They could be putting people at risk. The employee sharing the information was upset about how his test affects his job. What about all the customers jobs??
A couple months ago my mother purchased a car for her granddaughter (my niece). While the experience with the salesperson was not good, management / ownership was great. Just got our second cat from Ron Norris. Salesman Jim Wood is probably the BEST Ive ever dealt with. Not pushy, hes friendly but not smarmy. Only negative was the final processing to a bit of time but always seems to be the case.
I bought a used Honda a few months ago and had a good experience. I decided to try out the service center. I had an oil change done along with a tire rotation, then bought a couple of tires a few days later. The guys that helped me were ok at best. Their idea of detailing your car was a joke. It looked they ran it through a car wash and that was it. The only reason it was supposed to be detailed was because they had left greasy finger prints in the first place! Ive been to other Honda dealers for service before and this pales in comparison. Ron Norris offers little to no perks for buyers-such free car washes and such, unlike other Honda dealers. Their service should be a cut above the rest.
We did not buy a car at this time, however we did drive a few cars and would highly recommend sales person Steve. Hes very knowledgeable about cars and no pressure was given to purchase. I have decided to keep my Maxima at this time however in the future I will be back.

The experience with this dealership has been far better then I ever expected. They gave us a very good price for a new vehicle without haggling and a bunch of BS. there was no pressure from salespeople. They did not push a bunch of addons. I requested an estimate online and then my phone and email immediately started to go off with all the dealers that had the make and model I was looking for. Unfortunately, I live about a hour away from this dealership so I let John Dunn know I would not be traveling that far to purchase my next car. I was passing through and had issues with the car I had just bought that day from another dealership in Orlando. I already had the part that needed to be installed, and they did it for free! They fit me in even though they were booked for the day. And they did an inspection for free! They were so kind. Mohammed sat down with me and explained everything and showed me everything too! Service department was helpful and thorough. I came in to get an oil change, a diagnostic and a small light fix. They let me know the price of everything beforehand and when the diagnostic turned up additional work they came to me with what it was and the price in advance and were willing to do it right away. Everyone was very polite and friendly.They even washed my windshield and replaced the washer fluid!

I accidentally drove over part of a truck tire, while driving my relatives south to Fort Pierce. I could hear a problem with the car, but I couldnt see anything. I googled the closest Honda dealership and found this one. I told them I was taking all of us to a party, which was to begin in a few hours. They immediately put my Aunts car up on the hoist and removed a broken wind shield from the car. They were so nice and I could not believe this, did not charge us anything!!! They were able to salvage part of the shield and put it under our suitcases in the trunk.

Very disappointed in this place. I brought my Civic in for a leaking roof, they said it was the windshield. Upon leaving, I discovered a broken sun visor hanging down and obscuring my vision and a panel popped off the wall of my vehicle. No one here had a recommendation for a glass shop, so I used a national service. Windshield replaced, vehicle still leaks. I brought the vehicle back in, they had it for 8 hours and did a 45 minute test on it. They said they couldnt replicate the leak and did nothing. The technician was completely clueless. I asked what they would have done if it had leaked during the test, and got no answer. No one here has any suggestions on how to fix this. Im very upset that I spent hundreds of dollars on a replacement windshield that didnt fix the problem and no one here seems to care.Update: I was contacted and brought my vehicle in for a 3rd look. They were able to replicate the leak and hopefully fixed it for good. Only 4 stars because of the way the situation was initially handled and the fact that they would not replace the visor they broke.
Took my car in for a transmission service and air bag recall. Everyone from the service manager to the cashier was friendly and informative. The price was reasonable and the Saturday service appointment made this a positive experience.

Went to five dealerships about a red Honda Civic 2018 Coupe EX Turbo automatic, no one offered help to find one except for Ron Norris Honda. They gave me no pressure sales they found my car only one in the state of Florida called me when it arrived and I purchased it. Jim did a great job got me my car in record time.
They are very helpful. They dont use high pressure sakes tactics. Ive bought my last 3 cars here. Maggie is awesome

We called to see if they have EX, van and EX, Crv and left a message to Mr. Daves VM. 10 days, No call from them. Ron Hondas Receptionist, encouraged us to come and take a look around and see if they have these two vehicles.Maggie, was in the show room and to begin with had a attitude problem. She was very unprofessional and visibly upset, because about a month ago, my friend who is looking for his Second van, approached Ron Norris Honda and Maggie gave him a quote. But my friend bought the van from Space coast. She said, you got quote from me and bought it from space coast and I did all that work. Well, whoever gives best price will win the business. She also said, I dont like your friend!It keeps getting better and better....I had a conversation with a old tall guy, who has a office close to South entrance of the showroom. I said how are you and you know just in a casual conversation said, I am little tired from work, today. He condescendingly and arrogantly said, well, this is American way and walked away. Assuming people of color doesnt work is his problem! I really dont care of these kind of people!! He just proved his intelligence. (:We also, send an email to Ron Norris, well, No response.End of the story is my friend bought a Van and a CRV for his daughter from Space Coast. Also, our other friend is also looking to buy a van from Space coast in a week or so.

Looked at cars with Mike Kovacs a couple times. He was trying to get me to buy a car I wasnt really interested in. AFTER I declined to purchase the car he ran multiple loan applications in my name for $6,000 more than I would have had to borrow had I wanted the car, insuring that they all would be denied. So these denials are now on my credit report. Not a very reputable way of doing business, to say the least.
