My car was starting to overheat. My first thought was it was a thermostat or a bad water pump. I knew it was leaking coolant but couldn’t determine where. I got to the shop early and Corey said I could keep the vehicle there and he would call me once he knew what was wrong. Nothing was said about a diagnosis fee. When I was called back, I was told there’s good news and bad news. Good news was the part was cheap ($99) bad news it was a dealer only part. I told Corey to go ahead with the job. Was quoted $397, but had no idea it was only a simple hose with a couple clips. This is a easy job. When they finished the job, I was told the total was $547. Almost $150 more. The defective hose is pictured and the completed work is also pictured. The shop did discount the parts 10% or $12 but I still paid $530. Lesson learned, I will not use a dishonest shop or would recommend this shady work. I was also told there was a small leak, but it would cost $2000 for them to figure out the leak. What a crooked shop. STAY AWAY….be warned

I love the customer service! I was able to get a ride from the garage home and back to the garage when my car was fixed. The price was fair and Corey went above and beyond.

These guys are top notch. Today I brought my Cadillac in as something was flapping underneath. I didnt have an appointment but was willing to make one. They got it right on the lift, diagnosed and fixed the issue and bid me a good day without any charge. Yes it was a quick easy fix, but this is how you retain your customers by treating them fairly. Ill definitely be back, this is where I go for care and maintenance. Thanks guys!

I usually do my own work on my vehicles so trusting anyone else is not what Im used to. I needed my timing chain changed and some minor parts changed. They were fair quick and extremely understanding about explaining the process. Today I needed to figure out why I could not get the spark plugs out myself and they graciously allowed me to use one of their tools for me to finish the job!! I love them!

Take it from someone who knows but there is NO dealership that can hold up to Premier Auto. They know how to do it right the FIRST TIME and they know how to treat their customers. Glod blessed Chris and Keith with patience as much as I called them to ask them questions about my truck. Top notch business and if you go to any dealership, consider yourself warned..... you will get screwed and end up having to fix more then needed to get fixed when you leave. Trust me, there are 2 that I am no longer allowed in due to me catching them making my truck worse.

I was having trouble with my clutch on my truck and gave Premier a call on the recommendation of my normal mechanic and they happily agreed to give it a look and see what the problem was. Turns out there was air in my line and they bled it a couple of times and got me up and running in short order. On top of that, they did a courtesy check and pointed out a few minor things but gave my little Ranger a pretty good bill of health for having nearly 500k miles on it.Between the friendly service and the courtesy check, I consider the folks at Premier to be people who understand that a good experience is vital to long term customer loyalty and word of mouth recommendations. Id happily recommend anyone I know to them as they not only fixed my problem, but seemed happy to have my business, unlike some dealership garages that I could name.Keep up the great work, Premier!Thanks.

These are great local guys that know there stuff. Family owned and operated they are very busy so they have work scheduled out a couple weeks due to being understaffed atm.

Daughter tried to change original plugs on her 2003 F150 and so much debris in the drivers side back two she couldnt get a socket on them. In the process, she knocked a vacuum hose loose. They replaced the last two spark plugs, fixed the vacuum hose and found 3 oil leaks which they also repaired. All this at a very reasonable price. They didnt have to lift the truck to do the requested repairs but they did so to make sure there wasnt any more hidden issues. Shes been driving it over 15 years being she got it in high school.

Chris and crew are great! Had some vibration issue in the car and they went above and beyond working to figure it out. Always pleasant and most important any honest group that takes care of their customers.
