Performed the requested service as expected. New shocks and alignment. Parts were ordered and arrived when stated. NO unexpected costs. Total cost was at a fair price. Work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. No issues with the service manager or the mechanic. Both helpful.

Owner (Jesse Wright of California) is unprofessional 100%.Lives in California and tries to manage a repair shop from there. Allows customers to be talked to rudely and allows them to be thrown out of the shop while their vehicle is inside the shop. I purchased a new set of tires, paid cash for the tires.. The JANITOR confused me with someone else constantly, yelled at me that I am not to be there, and was rude the whole time. As long as the owner is in California and trying to run a shop from there, it will never work. He thinks monitoring shop work over a camera security system is sufficient to an on site manager. He can have his PRETEND JANITOR want to be mechanic continue changing the oil, and cleaning the toilet. Jesse Wright is the owner, and he does not seem to care that people use him, steal from him, tell lies on his business. Instead he will turn around lie to his best employee, and then fire them with no notice and no legitimate reason.You have been warned this business has NO licensed ASE certified mechanic like he advertises he does, and he also does not have a real mechanic. He has the janitor working on cars, and the Banquette Hall lady running the office, neither have experience running a repair facility or working on cars.. Take your vehicle some where else. Do not be caught up in this shady business.

Went to have the oil changed on my car. Martin said they had no mechanic able to do that today, and he was not sure when they would have one. He said they have all been fired. Martin said he was the Property Maintenance Man, and he was filling in. His wife, was taking pictures of everything and speaking in Spanish, as to where I could not understand them.I will not be going back here till they hire people who speak English, and actually have a mechanic on site.

Staff are friendly, prices are unbeatable, the work is done in a timely matter and they go above and beyond expectations

Took my car in for new brakes and to fix exhaust problem. Two days later i get my car back then three days later back in shop and now im told Calibers are bad so then i get my car back and now the brakes go all the way to the floor due to them not bleeding the brakes. And for good measure i suppose i get my car back and the door panel and seat is covered in grease all this for the price of over $1400.00 Beware you have been warned about this place i wish people would take the time to write reviews. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! You will be sorry!! A very very disgruntled customer. Id give them less than 1 star but it wont let me.

Titusville Mall Auto center has the best mechanic in town Eric Tracy has helped countless people with messed up transmissions and engines and has done quality work for years and this area.

Took my car in for starting issues. $1000 later I still have the same starting issues.

They charged me $60 for an oil change. That’s the most I have ever paid by far. I’ll take some of the blame for not asking the price beforehand but wow! $60 is a little ridiculous just for an oil change. I won’t be coming back. They were nice enough though.

Martin, the mechanic, very rude and unprofessional. He spent more time complaining about his boss Jessi andtalking to his wife than working on my car. I guess he thinks no one else speaks spanish but him. By the time he was done it didnt even feel like anyone performed an oil change. I would not recommend this place unless you want to pay $50.00 for nothing.

Stay away from that place, took my truck there charged me 800 dollars and my truck runs worse than when I took it in, there a bunch of crooks
