While driving on I95 we got a nail in our tire. We pulled into the Tire Plus. Amber was great. She was able to get us in and out and back in the road in a very short time. The technician Tyler did a great job. Repaired the tire quickly. Great service. Extremely nice and professional.

I went to get my alternator fixed & that was done successfully which I’m grateful for. Only thing is when I turned my car back on, my radio wasn’t working. I told Austin inside the building & he completely blew up at me as if I was accusing him of messing up my vehicle. All I was telling him was something must have went wrong. Sure enough they went back under my hood & my radio worked again. I hope someone will talk with him about that because he has zero patience for customer concerns & got very defensive even after I explained I wasnt blaming him. Overall an okay experience but I don’t know if I’m comfortable coming back.

The little girl behind the counter doesnt speak the truth and the tec are tire and oil tec dont let them do anything else. You let them do technical work youll be sorry.not Professional Not at all.

This place was great! We got approved for their credit card and got 4 brand new tires put on our truck. The service was honest and the pruce was right! Look how good our truck looks now and it rides even better!

Employees not wearing masks but sign says customers must wear a mask. REALLY??!! No shields at front counter...no sanitary measures at all. they were not busy, one car in the bay, but I had to wait almost 20 minutes just to tell me they couldnt fix my tire with nail. Will not be back!

The Titusville, FL Tires Plus location offers excellent service & value. The quality of their tires, parts & labor is excellent. The Mgr, Walt & Service Advisor, Dee are both knowledgeable & trustworthy. They never recommend unnecessary work & they make certain their prices are always competitive. They replaced my front & rear brakes at a price that was 40% less than the Toyota Dealership. Their technicians are also well trained & very thorough.

I purchased tires and alignment at this location a few years ago. In July I started having a slow leak in a tire but no time to get it looked at as many medical appts. No matter how busy they are or the extreme heat weve had they immediately come out and check my tires and adjust pressure if needed. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I was going to make an appt last week but air pressure was great - isnt that the way it works....

Very pleased with the service. They were honest and the deals were great. Tires Plus was a blessing. Plus I qualified for a six months good as cash card and was able to get 4 brand new Firestone Destination tires. The deals just kept coming. Would recommend them to everyone.

I just want to say how much I appreciate Dee at Tires Plus in Titusville, FL! I found myself in a difficult situation, being widowed, short on funds because of the pandemic shut down and needing to replace two tires before a blow out. She found a package that best fit my needs and budget and helped me save in other ways. Its so difficult to know who you can trust in these situations and I left there feeling well taken care of. I highly recommend Tires Plus in Titusville! :-)

Every time I come in this place they try to sell me on something I don’t need. I bought 4 new tires. When I came home my spare tire has a bad valve stem when it was fine before. I had to go get replacement parts to fix their mess up. If you don’t know better they’ll scam you.

I came here for an alignment and control arm. Fixed a long running isssue with my car. Drives great now. They were honest, fixed the problem well and my car.A worked it out with me, didnt feel like I was getting ripped off. Dropped it off Monday and had her back Monday afternoon. Not bad 🤔

I will never go to this store again. I needed a simple patch for a tire and they said it couldnt be done. There is a tire store close by that was able to repair it. I guess Tires Plus just doesnt want to bother to help a future costumer. Never again, will not recommend.

Super awesome! Squeezed us in with our own new tires, checked our alignment an when the dealer messed up (New smyrna Chevy) Anthony and Daniel were the pair to go to here at Tires plus! They were wonderful and did such a thorough job!!! The tires ride as smooth as butter, no bounce at all for the first time in months !!! (No thanks to NSChevy) Thank you guys so so much!!! Will be back for all of our work needs!!!

Would not come here again..go if its your last resort.came here 3-10-20. Had 2 new tires and recomended alignment .came back today after scheduled 10 am appt..for alignment and..new tire losing air.. Explained to attendant every 6 or 8 weeks i neex to inflate same tire about 10 pds of air .with a condecending and plain out miserable attitude i was told..well we will look at it.i said its maybe a faulty valve stem.and was quickly corrected that its probably a hole and i will be charged for the repair.at that second i didnt even want to be there...i told her.. You know what you may be right but you also may not and should stand behind your work until. Theres another explanation.i said if its anything i need to pay for please dont fix it...meanwhile she had to correctly input as my last receipt came with a strangers name and addresss attached to my service..i asked to have that corrected ..she did..after sitting in the waiting room for 41 minutes waiting to have my car taken into the shop ...its still in the parking lot...i approached the desk and told the man to cancel my appt. I cannot wait any longer...the customer service is deplorable..i am in cust svc for 30 years and my head would be on a stick if i treated our customers like this..i will not return to tiresplus .i work hard for my money.. I scheduled an alignment at the honda dealer on my way home.. The alignment at tiresplus would be $99 at the dealer its 109$ .and i bet they will be very happy to work on my car..::UPDATE..at the dealer... The alignement is actually only $89.

I like Tires Plus. Courtious service. Dont have to worry about my friend being taken advantage of when Im out of town. I trust they will take care of her the way they treated me.

Got the tires I needed. That was Good was supposed to but, could not get my AC service.DONT GO UNLESS YOU NEED THEM, They only have 2 mechanics now kind of stinks I still need to get my AC done.EVEN AN APPOINTMENT WILL NOT HELP YOU GET DONE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY, OR HAVE SOME PLACE TO SHOW...

Do not go here!!! I came for a simple plug in my tire. I have been here for almost 3 hours. The employees act like since they arent personally getting paid per vehicle that they couldnt care less!!! I will never come back to this location. Sad because girl at counter even informed me that they do not have a corporate number, could have easily offered customer service number. Guess that would take too much effort.

Its close to the house so its convenient. Have to watch the salespeople, the three times I bought tires there they tried the old bait-and-switch. Make sure you get an online estimate and bring it with you so you can debate the price with the sales manager. If they can take you for a few more dollars and they will!

Very good service, reasonable (not cheap) prices. Although the work expanded as they got into it, they kept me abreast by calling as they discovered things that needed attention. I had the opportunity to decide if they should proceed or not, so I appreciated their service and customer focus.

Try to avoid this place.. they said that I need to change the brakes front and rear.. however, after buying the rear one, the mechanic in another place showed me that its good and more than half! I even took a picture as a proof.. unfortunately, I cant upload it here..

Outstanding customer service on recent visit due to a nail in my tire. Mike and Daniel stayed after hours to get me back on the road. I am a long-time customer and will remain so.

Clean shop and nice people. I come here for tires for my wifes and my car. The only annoyance is when I come back to use the lifetime balance and rotation or the lifetime alignment they keep trying to sell me on other stuff I know doesnt really need to be fixed or done. I will keep coming back for tires though.

Misael was so helpful and provided excellent service and grear information. Though I was close to closing time the crew stayed after hours to finish. Unfortunately the new rims that I had ordered from Pep Boys had the wrong bolt pattern. Even though they put work into tires on the rims they did not charge me. I will be back with the correct rims and would not consider going anywhere else.

NICE CLEAN SHOP...SERVICE WAS FAST BUT I HAD AN APPT...MY MECHANIC WAS VERY NICE ....EVERYBODY THAT WORKED THERE HAD THEIR TEETH...THATS A PLUS IN FLORIDA.....

They do good work from what I see but they are overpriced. Pretty much all tire shops are though tires are one of the highest markups of anything. They are overpriced with their other work as well but as far as I can tell if you pretty good work

Made an appointment online, when I showed up at store they said they were to busy. Never called to notify me that the appointment canceled.

My girlfriend had a battery under warranty, they told her $90. to replace. I came up asked what the deal was price went to $45. Brought it to another shop they fully warrantied battery that wasnt even purchased from them. Ladies watch out.

Went in for an alignment, picked up the truck and the steering wheel was cocked to the right. Took it back and had no issues getting it fixed. Straight as an arrow now... thanks for honoring your work!!

They are on it there and I will always go there. I get oil changes and my tires there. Always walk away satisfied too.

Plenty of other places in Titusville to buy tires...avoid this place. I waited in line for 20 minutes. Then I was told they wouldnt honor the online quote I got. Even with an appointment, they refused the 59 minute guarantee they promote. At that point I left. Save yourself the time; dont go at all.

I made an appointment for 1pm & they finally put my car in the bay to install 4 tires at 2:21 pm. Not happy!!!! I asked when i got here at 12:50 pm it would be ready in a hour - hour & half. That leaves the 6 guys working 10 minutes to get car done! Not happening & will NEVER COME BACK OR REFER TO ANYBODY FOR TITUSVILLE LOCATION!!! POOR SERVICE!!!

If you ask for something to be done your car, check and make sure they have done it once they say your car is ready...3 different occasions i asked for the tire rotation that is supposed to be done with the oil change. Neither time it was done. Then they say oh well we didnt know..this place is a joke

We have used Tires Plus for 10 years,. In the past year, seems like management has changed, they now seem very overpriced, a year ago they replaced the bulb in one of our cars headlamps, charged us 24.00. today went to replace again, and now quoted 99 for both. When questioned why last time it was so cheap, their response was thats why those people dont work here anymore.In my eyes, if you are a loyal customer, they would find discounts for us, and always seemed to care about us. The few times we have used them since the newer management has taken over, they are rude, dishonest, I was quoted two different prices for the same repair in two months. Then they argued the first quote wasnt right, even though I had the print out....

They use recaps and charge full price. I went there and my tire separated only 2 miles, then I told them what happened, they very reluctantly replaced it..

Have been a customer here for 14 years and seen many management turnovers way back to when Keith was there up until recently Tom left. Always got good service at a fair price until now. Was given estimate of $1163 last week to replace stuts on my car, seemed outrageous so did some checking around and it was.I ended up doing them myself, 1st one took me a little less than an hour because I was cautious and learning, next ones took less than 20 min each. So even giving them benifit of doubt that it would take them 1:20 and they couldn’t get parts wholesale, they were going the be gouging me over $900 for an hour and 20 min of work.Long time customer no longer!!

Came in for a 10 minute oil change, end up waiting 3 hours for a 10 min oil change. Avoid this place if you need a quick oil change. Shame on you tires plus!!

Very clean and quick to get the job done

This is the 2nd. time that I use tires plus to install my new tires & Ballance them once they receive them from Tire Rack. I do not have any problem with the install and do not have to take it back.

Clean. Big waiting room, large tv. shopping mall and publix across the street. Fellas were very kind and helpful-- fast too. One hour to rotate tires and check all the basics for me.....

We needed the scheduled rotation of our tires earlear in the day we noticed that one of the tires had a screw in the tread. While the tires plus in Merrit Island did not explain the warranty clearly when they said it would be 70 dollarsdto repair. Seeing we had our grandon with they replaced the tire for zero cost. Outstanding customer service

Nice guys, but they wrecked my rims. I have a set of stock rims that have been professionally painted black. I got new tires and man did they destroy that paint job. I have chipping all over my rims now. Very disappointing. If you care about the way your car looks, dont go here.

So last week I took my car in cause it was making a weird grinding noise while breaking at idle speeds. They told me my calipers were bad and cause the pads to constantly grind into the rotors so I would need new rotors, calipers and break pads. They quoted me over $600 for this and $450 was for parts. So I had the work done and then this week my check engine light comes on in my other vehicle so I took it to them and they say I need to replace my fuel pump and tel me it’s gonna be $717. I asked how much was the parts and they tell me $438.99 so I tell them not to do the work and I’ll make a decision so I go get my car and get the print out for what they say needs preplaced with the prices. I search online and EVERYWHERE I CHECK SALES THAT EXACT PART WITH MATCHING PART NUMBER FOR $154.00!!!!So now I’m left wondering how much they ripped me off for my break job! So anytime you have anyone ESPECIALLY THESE PEOPLE ask how much in parts and ask for the parts numbers then do a simple google search and if it isn’t close to what shows up online then don’t accept the work! I called to complain to their corporate office so I am waiting to find out what the regional manager has to say. But customer service says “they will make it right “ but I doubt it

They always find something wrong with the car that will be hundreds of dollars to fix. Nebet the two same things wrong though. When I want an oil change, just give me an oil change. Stop trying to get more money out of me.

Not disappointing yet by this team

I will never take my personal vehicle to Tires Plus as their sense of urgency is non existant. I have no choice but to take my work vehicle there for standard services such as oil changes, tire rotations, windshield wipers etc. No matter what standard service I am getting, it takes between 3 and 4 hours to get in and out, even with an appointment. When I finally grow tired of waiting and call for a ride, I have to call and ask if my truck is finished. Yes they have my phone number. I know this service should not take even half the time as I have taken this same work truck under the same prepaid account to Valvoline Express in Winter Haven and be in and out, completely satisfied, in less than 30 minutes. Last month, I had the windshield wipers replaced at Tires Plus and on my way home to Winter Haven from Titusville, heavy rains began. Turned on the new wipers and the drivers side blade flew off. Seriously? We cant even install wiper blades correctly?? Seems like they are more concerned with reading the news paper and looking at the sales ads that making the customer happy.

Needed a tire. Didnt have an appointment. Walt squeezed me in and got it done. Thats what customer service is all about.

Had an alignment problem with tires wearing on the inside edges. Down the road at tire kingdom they wanted to replace the front shocks and do an aligment. My gmc savana had 45,000 miles on it. Cost of $450. Took it it to tire plus. When examined on the hoist the shocks had no leakage or damage. The mechanic Scott T. was great. He did the aligmnent for 90 bucks. Scott was very honest.

My repair is going to cost 500 ish. They offered the credit card. I had to decline right now. My car was there a week and they let me tow it. I only had to pay the diagnostic which currently is discounted to $10.

Took my car in to replace tires and walked out after 2 hours with a $2500 list of things that need to be done ASAP. Got a second opinion and the total was $1300 and half the items on the list from Tires Plus were either wrong or not needed at all. It would seem this is their normal course of business after talking to a few other people who had the same experience. I will never go here or Firestone again!
