Automotive department is usually on point with quick and exceptional service. The produce department was in poor condition with rotten strawberries this last visit. The freeosk is nice. Clean bathrooms usually. Friendly and helpful staff all around.

Biggest Wal-Mart Ive ever visited, so far. Decent in cleanliness and organization. Self-Checkout was organized and well managed in keeping traffic flowing to get folks to check out effectively. Impressed, which is difficult for me to say about most places especially, Wal-Mart.

Bought 4 tires mounted and balanced. Great experience, helpful staff and a fair price with no surprises. Definitely recommend

Walmart is always a hit or miss. Today was great. Got in and out with no problem. Found some good clearance and everything I went in there for. No line for check out and the associate at the self check out was friendly.

I love Walmart because it has everything that I need, and everything that I look for, and everything that I want. Plus I get a discount, because I am an employee also. If you wanted to get a hot meal, go to the deli. You want to get grass-fed steaks, go to the meat section. If you need fresh veggies and fruits, no end in the produce section. If, while you are doing this, you need to get your car worked on come see my crew and I. If you dont feel like walking around the store because youre physically unable, or just playing lazy oh, you can call ahead online to get an order placed do re Commerce section. But you should take advantage of getting a little exercise in walking around the store, there is new management, and he means business. The store is spectacularly clean, and mr. Basilio is making an impact. We also like to keep the parking area cleaner than a Churchs parking lot.

This is the worst experience I have had with a store in a super long time. To find a person who cares, and one who listens is not the walmart way. As long as you are just purchasing, and have no problems it is great. The minute you have to think and use common sense they are lost.Your cashier did not do her job. It took me over a week. And 5 hours to resolve the problem. Not once would a person think past no, you must be the criminal. When all said and done your store was 100% wrong. You rang up, received 100.00 and did not activate the card. As soon as they saw that it should of been resolved. I was made to jump through hoops with glee. I felt that I was the criminal.

Walmart should give you a discount for having to work for them when you shop there. The self check out was a good idea and I do like using it on occasion, but when thats the ONLY option well then that is just WALMART taking advantage of the consumer...

As usual the service was excellent. Marcella did such a fantastic job. Made things so quick and easy as she was super friendly. My only complaint is that the store was out of quite a few what I would term as normal items. I even took three days to finish this order to see if things would come back in stock. But they did not. Things like jalapenos, yellow or zucchini squash. There were several other items that I cant think of right now but they were regular items that you would expect to see in a grocery store. Especially after three days. But the app is so easy to use and I always get very good service here. I highly recommend it

So much out of stock but a decent walmart. Whoever put the cleaning supplies near the food in this layout though needs to rethink it.

Ive noticed at my recent trips to the store, that they no longer have staff wiping down the buggies when you go in the door. Nor was I able to locate the wipes to be able to wipe the buggy down myself.

Walmart is Walmart! Pretty consistent and really pretty good with a few exceptions. This was not 1 of them. Pre-covid, Id have said, theyre always there when you need them 24/7 but not anymore! I wonder if theyll ever get back to being open all night? I miss that!

OK Walmart. Large but cluttered. Generally busy but has a decent amount of inventory depending on the season. Its the only one around so limited in stock and options but has enough selection for all needs.

This place is you worst shopping experience. Long story short. I had an employee bow up on me and run at me like he was going to hit me. I got 3 managers involved 1 of them told me that I didnt have to shop there. Im adding a photo of her. Beware shopping here. They also make you self checkout unless you want to wait in line at the only register with a cashier out of like 30 . Even on a Saturday night! Save yourself the trouble and go to Target.

Titusville Walmart. A place to spend $150 on a battery, but they can’t even take 5 minutes to install. Why? Because they were going to lunch, and couldn’t fit me in. Why ? Because they’re closing at 3pm(I got there at 10:45am). Making a tow truck come out to install a battery in my dead car. Thank god I have awesome roadside assistance

I am not a huge fan of going into Walmart. Nothing about the store itself but its just not my thing. But I do on a regular basis order groceries from the app and then drive to pick them up. They have delivery but Im not sure they deliver as far out as I am but Im going to check that out also. My experience with the pickup orders has been excellent. The staff is very friendly and they work quickly. I know this has become more popular so I have had to wait one time. The other times it was a breeze, in and out in no time. Its nice to see so many young people caring about their work ethic. And I have as of yet to come across someone who didnt care. Very friendly, very efficient and I will go back again and again.

Once again I am going to be brutally honest. I try not to shop there because it is one of the most disgusting stores around. Their prices are cheaper than publix and winn dixie which is why people always shop there. As the other stores raise prices so does Walmart. Keeps the prices below competition. The store and the bathrooms are disgusting. Dirty beyond belief. Most employees look like they slept in their clothes for weeks. Trying to get assistance from most employees is a joke. Apparently nobody knows where anything is or they just dont care. There is no sanitary standards. Bathrooms always have toilets and urinals out of order and are DISGUSTING. Employees coughing or sneezing into the air or in their hands then proceed to continue stocking products without washing hands. There are more employees and supervisors standing up front checking to see if your going to steal then lanes with cashiers. When leaving the store and someone yells at you and physically puts their hand on you to see your receipt you are not obligated to do so. Dont let them yell at you!! Get a lawyer. Management is ridiculous. Always check your receipt as they have a tendency to overcharge. Some prices on the shelves are a setup. When you checkout you are charged more then their listed price. When brought to their attention they will argue with you. Days will go by and Walmart will not fix the wrong prices. Its a setup because they know most people wont notice or check receipts. Bottom line as long as they continue to be cheaper then other stores all of the above doesnt matter to Walmart because people are so use to the above that they just dont care and Walmart knows this because there store is always packed. I could continue but there are only 24 hours in a day.

I cant for the life of me understand why there is never cashiers here. 25 cashier lanes but 3 open. Have to wait 15 mins just to check out. If I do a full grocery shopping do I get money off if I have to ring up and bag my own stuff???? There are more people trying to manage the self serve line then cashiers. Not including the 2 to 3 people watching the 3 cashiers. This is getting worse everytime I go

Went to get oil change and tire rotation. The lady that did my service didnt know what she was doing because when it came down to my tire rotation she was tightened my tires and told me she couldnt get them off. She said she was scared to try again. I went to another place and they got my tires right off with no problem.

My times at the walmart in Titusville is not to good..i am handicap and need a walmart scooter to get around..well for the last 6 months they have only 2 out of 12 that works...i cant get no one to bring me out one...and i hear they have a new district manager who wants to keep the cost down on walmarts behaft..i guess he gets a big bonus bye doing that..so now days i live in mims and i have to go to cocoa walmart to be able to go in..they have plenty of scooters

There is a large parking lot but its always over crowded, the prices are decent. The cashiers often have issues though with being unsocial, rude, or both but not always. Customer service is never a big help but I suppose thats normal for a Walmart? I order online once in a while for both pick up and delivery. With pickup I have actually paid for items that I didnt receive, my advice is as you put things away use your receipt to ensure you receive everything. (Sometimes they are out of stuff but they will email you that info and your not charged. That isnt what I am referring to.) Online for delivery of large Walmart store items is nothing but a hassle (some items arent sold by Walmart but by private parties not actually affiliated so be careful to read before you add to cart.) They use outside delivery services. Some of which will surpass your delivery date by weeks even though they have the item to deliver. But other than that it is convenient to be able to order and simply drive and pick up without getting out of your car and the store has most everything you could need.

What Happened Yesterday I am APPALLED I was pushed to the ground by someone while atleast 1 team Lead and 1 manager were presented and atleast 100 customers was asked to follow manager out of store and wait for Police. NOBODY REPEAT NOBODY follows the other Guy so all I get was a Police Report. I let it be known to all I am a 100% disabled Veteran and NOBODY followed Him I hold this store accountable

My experiences with the staff have been excellent. They have gone above and beyond to be helpful, especially the automotive department.The parking lot is difficult to navigate, and the pickup service has room for improvement in terms of convenience and out-of-stock items.

The cashier Zeniah was very rude to our family, which was funny because she was so nice to the previous guest before who looked like her... No greeting, no smile, nothing but slamming down our detergent, then takes forever to change her receipt paper and gives us a blank piece of paper instead of a receipt. This employee needs to either be fired or go back thru training and learn how to treat everyone with respect regardless of how they may look.

If you live between the this Wal-Mart and the nearest one on Colonial (near Alafaya), this Wal-Mart inTitusville ranks so much higher. It miss worth the drive. In the morning, before 8, this Titusville Walmart actually has multiple cashiers on checkout lanes. The carts are better and the people are friendlier. Only reason it doesnt rank 5 is they still stock shelves during the day instead of when they are closed. Social distancing is often impossible with 3 or 4 workers in a grocery lane. Safety for customers is Not Wal-Marts priority.

I had to return an item to the store. Faye was there at customer service. Shes always to quick and accurate. A positive attitude as well.

The employees ignore you when you come in stand around and complain mostly at the front doors. When stocking the knock you down to do their work or run you over like get out of my way. Walk around like zombies or in a group wont move no courtesy at all.

I am amazed at how much stuff they can fit into one store! I have found that there is nothing that they dont carry. They are making a good comeback from the shortages USA has gone thru from China not able to fill on orders stores had submitted at beginning of pandemic. I give them a solid 10 stars.

They never have enough scooters for the elderly or disabled. I noticed an elderly shopper leaving the store because of it.

They never have any elec carts to use I waited 45 min today and was leaving because I was having to sit in the hair salon since they took all the chairs and benches out when as we were driving out there was a man leaving and had a cart(they leave in the parking lot)I spend enough money every month at this store to buy a cart.My question is how did you get in the store in the first if you cant get get back to your car. I dont think Ive found a Walmart yet I havent liked lol but this one i personally love since its literally right by everything one might need. Theres restaurants across the street along w other shopping centers plus hotels close by. The store itself is always clean & very busy. I love the bakery there too, every year I order birthday cakes from here and theyve never disappointed me.

Horrible as always.Customer service only had one employee. I was 6th in line and it was almost 40 minutes before I had my single return processed.The rep credited a return to a gift card then LEFT THE COUNTER, opened a register and rang up other purchases for the lady with the gift card while the rest of us waited.Amazingly horrible.

Pharmacy always seems to have problems with medications and changing pharmaceutical companies. All medicines are not the same even if they are the same medicine. And some that are in authority can be very rude. Many people recognize this!

I love Walmart and would give them five stars if they had more than one registor with a cashier open at a time on a regular basis and it was easier to find an associate thats not too busy to help you when you need assistance. I can usually count on finding what I need when I go there. The restroom is normally very clean and well stocked with bathroom necessities. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful when you can find one available.

The store shelves are always empty and the isles are full of pallets with merch to be put on the shelves. You cant find any associate to ask questions to. When we went to check out the cashiers had no change and said you have to use a credit card or debit card. That is not good if you dont have either one. It is ashame you have to go through this to buy things you need. Something needs to be done or that store will go under.

Out of stock on a couple of things I wanted.

This is the Only Walmart we shop. Everything from meds to chicken food. Groceries to Garden. Love it! The staff will Show you where stuff is... Not just point and grunt. 😁

Super nice Wal-Mart. Store was clean and well stocked. Two associates helped me. Very friendly. I even found an obscure item that I didnt think Id be able to find. Only negative note was the chicken packages were slimy and stunk like rotten 🐱. Cashier gave me hand sanitizer and helped with the yuck. Everything else was great.

This place is going downhill fast. Only 1 register open!!!! There was a line of at least 5 to 7 people. I had a cart full of groceries. As well as the others and no one cares... Where is the manager?? Obviously not doing their job.

The isles are so full of boxes you can not get down them to get groceries. Not to mention the workers are rude and oblivious to where anything is when asked for an item. I will travel to another town to get better customer service and a more organized experience.

This store is the worst... Walmart shopping staff in the way, half the registers arent open. Out of stock all the time. Ordered a sussy baka cake. It was so sussy. This place is amazing, never in the course of human history has any store been this good and had such a good support. I would recommend any person nearby to come here. I have been here many times alone and with my family each time is better than the last. Thank you for providing one of the best experiences ever. Again I would recommend going here. The employees were very nice and helpful I just wish I could stay longer if I didn’t have to go home. If I didn’t have a job I would want to work here. To say it again amazing.

Terrible store. Terrible set up. Employees lead us to the opposite side of the store for an item we were looking for only to find out it was in an isle 2 over from where we were. Maybe if Christmas didnt take presidency over everything else in the store then employees would know where stuff is!

Love the people at the Walmart but wasnt very happy with the way the garden section was kept. I actually turned the hose on myself and started watering these plants! The plants and flowers were so sad and you could definitely tell!

Ive been using the pickup and delivery options as I hear they do not wear masks, I do not suggest using it as every order so far there is always 3-5 items out of stock even though it says its available on their website, simple items too, Im not even talking about toilet paper or high demand items. I do not know if it is their system that updates late or not, or if its because they dont know where the products are located as this store always under orders product way before covid began . The substitutions on the service is horrible. They also always have empty shelves. I canceled this service today and will be switching to instant cart or going to safer stores, Id rather pay the extra price at this point. I tried to call them today but it kept ringing and I swear someone hung up on me as I could hear someone before they did. This service has not improved since it began, too bad all they would have to do is have a better system to update product availability and better substitutions as it would have increased sales. Also I think is they stop treating their employees horribly, which I have witnessed on multiple occasions from shopping with this company, then costumers wouldnt have to feel the tail end of it.

Its Wal-Mart so it is what it is but it wasnt too crowded & you only need a face mask if you arent fully vaccinated. It was a pleasant visit at this particular location.

I always stop in every week to check out the fat quaters in sewing. It makes me feel like we are getting back to normal--i can find elastic and the coveted interfacing. It is the little things that make the world better--and feel hopeful. Keep the faith and continue to pray and keep on sewing.
