Been going to Kay’s for over 14 years, and always had knowledgeable, friendly, customer service employees. Not today, they did not feel welcoming, felt as though we were an inconvenience to the male associate, one employee didn’t know what she was doing, and the other female employee was rude. Was planning on a big purchase, will drive to Orlando.

Had an amazing experience with Kay Jewelry in Titusville Fl. Greg and Chris assisted me and they were so helpful and friendly. They were knowledgeable and able to help me with my questions. I walked out with exactly what I wanted and its because they were willing to work with me and make things happen! Thank you so much for making my 8th Anniversary that much better.

I’m sorry but I spend a lot of money with Kay’s and every single time I come here the store is closed 1 hour for “lunch” seriously!? You open at 12 wasn’t lunch time before work hours? What is the point of never being opened? Must have been one hell of a bailout to be able to be closed more then you’re open.

I understand hours have to be modified because of Covid but when the store doesn’t open until 12pm and at 2:45Pm they take a lunch break until 3:45pm the store might as well stay closed.

First place we went to buy wedding rings and we hadnt planned on buying anything until we shopped more. Chris was really helpful and friendly and not pushy at all. He let us pick what we liked with no pressure and was very helpful when telling us our options as far as customization went.Honestly, the experience was a lot better than either of us were preparing for. We found rings we liked and decided to just buy them because the service we received was top notch and the jewelery was well-priced for our budget.Thank- you very much, Chris for giving us a personal touch and helping us fit some great rings into our budget.I would come back to Kay for other jewelry needs. They had a lot of nice stuff for both men and women.
I came here to have a battery replaced in my watch and also have 2 links removed from the wristband for a better fit. People were very friendly and accommodating. Even though I did agree to the price I felt it was outrageous at $77.00. The watch only cost $100 originally.
The assistant manager Courtney did a FANTASTIC job bringing my husbands band back to life after the machine used to size it left markings all over it. I was very upset after it was sized and took it back, was told I could exchange it but because of the finance plan I have on it, exchange was no longer an option. Only option I thought I had was to send it off and wait two weeks to get it back. Called later that night and said I would just come pick it up so we didnt have to wait. Went to pick it up this morning and she definitely made it as good as new, even though I was being an a-hole! Definitely appreciate that Courtney! 😍

I recently had my wedding ring sent out for reapplication of white gold and reshaping. When I got my ring back I noticed my ring had a couple of very tiny cracks in the band area. That following Saturday I went back to Kays. I showed them my ring. They immediately wanted to replace my ring with a new one. I was so happy. They gave me with first class treatment. Thank you so much. Saturday October 28th 2017 1015am.
We found the ring we wanted and were ready to give them our business after being in the store for literally FIVE minutes. The ring was on clearance. The entire pitch while we were sitting there was about the service package and how it didn’t matter which ring we purchased because we can service it for life. We wanted to buy it the package. But at the very end we find out they would not let us purchase a lifetime service package or add one on! Absolutely ridiculous. It was going to be the easiest money they ever made. Don’t pitch it to me then tell me you can’t sell me it when I’m trying to give you my money- there’s ALWAYS a way you can make it work but they wouldn’t.

SHOULD BE ZERO STARS: Visited Kays to buy a gift for my fiance. One salesperson was in the rear waiting on a customer, while a salesman near me was cleaning jewelry chatting with a female friend. He said be right with you and continued chatting and cleaning jewelry. The acquaintance stepped back as if to let him attend to my shopping needs, but he kept cleaning jewelry for several minutes, ignoring me. I eventually said I see you are too busy cleaning jewelry to wait on a paying customer, so Ill just leave! He said Have a good day!. Guess who will NEVER EVER SHOP AT ANY KAYS JEWELERS?
I was going to drop some serious money for an anniversary ring for my wife, but the woman I spoke to on the phone at 10:24AM on 1/13/2018 (in case you have records) had the biggest attitude problem when I tried to find the size of a ring I had resized. Cutting me off, giving me a nasty tone, contradicting and arguing with me about what she thought a little while ago meant. Ive worked in Customer Service before and you dont speak to a customer that way, ever. Ive had good experiences with most of your staff which is a shame because you did have a customer until I spoke with this woman.
Wish I could give no stars, waited forever to get my ring back that was shipped out and called to wonder when it was going to be back and Courtney picked up the phone and was a complete B**** and she ended up hanging the phone up on me. Wish I would’ve taken my business somewhere else.
