Felt I was treated rudely after I was interrupted and “ma’amed” by her because they don’t have what I needed and I didn’t want to be pushed into something that wasn’t what I needed. I’m in a transition after a challenging event in my life and just moved back to the area. Last thing I wanted was a bunch of nosey questions and to be put under someone else’s judgment. Disliked the feeling.

Dozens of hens and fowl are pinned up in boxes stacked on one another. They have no room, are in the dark and in a hot room. SHAME ON YOU. The clerk coughed all over me while I paid for my merchandise. Did not have a mask on, did not cover her mouth and was only 3 feet away. It seemed intentional. I won’t be going back to this place.

I get my cat food and bedding there. Its always the same quality product at the same fair price. Im not sure how anyone could rate anything but 5 stars. Its just a feed store. And to you Nancy my advice is to respond to those one star reviews and roast them good! Not sure if you read these or not but well done!

The woman that runs the business is very informative and friendly. We recently purchased 4 chicks from Brevard Feed and Seed and she has helped us make sure we are providing the correct care and nutrition. Her prices are good and I like supporting her business before other near by companies.

This place is awesome! Best deals for most types of pet food, including buying bulk hay for Guinea pigs, even! They sell pet shots for animals, and load your vehicle for you! The staff is amazing, and service is always great. The owner is very knowledgeable for almost every animal alive. Shell go out of her way to help you find what you need!

Very well stocked with seasonal goods and even had those little extras Ive been meaning to buy for months but couldnt find the right ones.I was calling around looking for Hay but when Id get to the store I called, oh sorry we wont have Hay for weeks However, when I called Nancy at Brevard Feed & Seed, Were not gonna run out-we have 3 Semis of Coastal You made my day Thank you! Horrible!Walked in and saw wayyy too maybe chickens to a crate which turned me a little off. We began to leave when a woman asked if she could help with anything we explained that we were looking for a headstall but couldn’t find what we were looking for (picky kid lol) the woman nah nah nah to me very rudely and gave a look. I was shocked by this behavior! Very rude and unprofessional! Won’t be trying there again!

Brevard Feed & Seed is a well-stocked, family- run farm supply store that can handle all of your pet, livestock and grass needs. Nancy is the owner and she knows her business very well! Friendly place, the type of store that back in the day you would go there to get all the local news! I visit often!

The wife and I went in to this feed store and was very impressed by the owner who took the time to explain the answers to my questions even though they were about to close.....its like an Ace Hardware ..............friendly................professional........and a very clean store......HIGHLY recommended.

Great little small business. The people are always friendly and eager to help and see what you need. We rent hay every year for a hay ride for Christmas light viewing.

They are really nice and have fair prices on the hay and feed we need. If we happen to get a bail of timmy with weeds, they are happy to replace it. They are one of the only places around which carries quality Oxbow rabbit feed. Our bunnies wont eat anything else!

I leave with a smile every time i come here.

I went to Brevard feed store August 1 to get some supplies. The owner was very rude and short to me, did not want to wait on me at all. I am a return and regular customer. She was talking with a woman who had some children with her. They were standing in front of the register talking for a A whole hour, not purchasing anything. I was trying to purchase the things that I need. I couldn’t find an item, asked her to help me several times. She kept saying let me finish helping this customer first who never ended up buying anything anyway. Even my girlfriend asked her to help us. She just did not want to help us and acted like I was annoying her. We were there for a whole hour just trying to buy two items. I literally had to climb over the children and around the woman just to pay for the items. Then she made me wait after I paid for the big bag of shavings I bought and Paid for. So we’re standing there waiting and waiting and wondering where my shavings were, after at least 20 minutes she finally said oh the boy has them outside he’s waiting for you. It would’ve been nice to at least tell me. She knows It’s an hour drive from my house just to this feed store. Believe me if I didn’t need this stuff so bad and I knew where else I could’ve gotten it I would’ve walked out. Very very rude. She’s embarrassed me twice in front of family and friends I will never go there again thank God I found another feed store where I can buy the things I need from now on. The last two times I shopped in her store she was very rude to me degraded me and embarrassed me. The first time in front of my husband the second time in front of my best friend. It was a very unpleasant experience and I don’t know what I did to this woman to cause her to treat me this way. I don’t know what I did to this woman! Both chickens I bought from her where very sickly and died on me pretty much is soon as I brought them home. I wanted to buy another one to replace it she charged me twice the amount that it goes for when she really should’ve replaced it for free. Just nasty nasty nasty! Sickly chickens very dirty conditions of the chickens coops, But yet she tells me everything I’m doing with my chickens is wrong. She just Thinks she knows it all and doesn’t want to admit that the conditions of her chickens and chicken coops are very bad. At least I keep mine clean. Like a previous customer stated, their chicks and chickens are living in deplorable conditions. They are in small cramped spaces, they did not have clean water and the were all very sick. It was one of the saddest things I have witnessed in a while. If you purchase your chickens there, they will have a ton of problems. The pullets and chickens are suffering.
