I’ve never felt more ripped off and disgusted by what happened to us here at this Mercedes dealership. We brought our sprinter van to them with a recurring engine light problem that we knew was associated with sensors that are tied to the exhaust system. Traveling across the country, we basically knew that a sensor in the emissions area was faulty. At two other dealerships, two of three sensors in this part of the engine had been replaced. At each of these dealerships, the full $200 plus diagnostic test had been done. I explained which sensors had been replaced leaving only one other potentially faulty one. When I explained this to an excessively friendly and clearly predatory services rep, he said of course they’d need to do their own $200 plus diagnostics test and then of course the tech took the very simple step of removing the three sensors in sequence to figure out which one was faulty. Replacing these sensors takes about 15 minutes. We ended up with a bill for this portion of our inflated bill of $610 involving a part that costs about $100. Another aggressive upcharge involved selling us an oil change that’s wrapped in a “services package” that essentially has the effect of doubling the labor charges. The sprinter van, including the twenty minute test drive, was in their garage for about 2 hours. Their posted labor charge is $152 per hour, but because of the diagnostic test which takes ten minutes to run and the packaged oil change, we were charged closer to $300 per hour in a bill that came to just under $1,200. What to do? Avoid these people! And by the way, we never received the information from the diagnostics test that might easily have been printed out and that might help us in the future when next needing help.

Bud my advisor was sure to call prior to approving service work to my car. I am giving them 4 stars only because it took longer than I was originally told but it is a minor knock on an otherwise stellar experience. Would definitely recommend over other area MB service centers!

Talk about white glove service! Recently my GLA 250 refused to turnover/start. I pushed the interior service button.A VITI Mercedes service vehicle showed-up in my driveway. The gentle diagnosed the battery needed to be replaced. With precision the gentle donned his white gloves and began to replace my battery.You get what you pay for. Had service performed on our sprinter van recently. The on-site service was excellent. Once the van was home, the battery came up dead just a couple days after it had just tested ok. Called Viti. The service rep had the tech who’d actually worked on the van on the phone to discuss the issue (appreciated). The response from Viti: the tech drove an hour to our house that evening after work and installed a new battery. Unbelievable!

I had what I thought was a tire that was low on pressure. I had tried to put air in it to no avail. I called my service rep Russ to see if it was safe to drive it to Viti. He instead sent a service vehicle to my home that day to check it out. They discovered the rim was cracked. They took the tire/rim back to the shop and returned the next day to replace the entire thing. I never left home. Great service as always!

In an industry known for “questionable” tactics and shady promises, these folks stand out like a tree in a field of grass for consistent honesty, integrity and a genuine sense of wishing to provide you with a wonderful sales and service experience. From the ownership to the sales people to the administrative staff to the service department... just a top notch, honest, friendly and helpful approach. It removes the typical stress that one feels when dealing with dealerships. There is no wondering if you were “taken”... no stress that you aren’t being treated the way you think you should. Frankly, if there was a 25 star rating capability... I would easily give them 25 stars! No... I’m receiving no “incentive” for this review!! Purchasing a car from Angelo at Viti was the most pleasant car buying transaction I have ever experienced - and theres not even a close second. Im generally an impatient person, and I traveled 400 miles to buy the car I wanted from this dealership. It meant a lot to me that my time was respected without me needing to ask for that courtesy.Angelo had the car perfect and ready when I arrived. Aaron in finance had every paper printed and prepared for me in advance. There were no surprises and no wasted time sitting in silence while someone typed away on a keyboard. I was driving my car off the lot within an hour (including the 20 minutes I spent on a test drive).I gladly share my strongest recommendation for the team at Viti. Everyone I encountered was genuine and friendly.

I wish I could give Viti more than five stars! To say their service is exceptional is an absolute understatement. I was recently on the last leg of a six hour drive to visit family when my fire went flat on 195. Stranded on the side of the highway, I called Viti to explain the situation and to inquire a what options I had for a rescue mission. I ended up speaking with Service Advisor Ray Machado on the phone, and he did a complete diagnosis with me. He helped figure out that my specific make and model didnt come with a spare, bur that I rather had run flat tires. He explained that if I drove under 50 mph, I wouldnt need a tow, and could make it at least 50 miles. To take it a step further, he explained that Viti had the exact tire that I needed in stock and that if I could make it there, hed ensure my tire was replaced right away. Long story short, I made it to Viti and had my tire replaced on the spot. Ray and team went above and beyond to make sure I made it home safely. When I thanked him, he said were always happy to take care of one of the good guys. I could not sing higher praises of Ray and Viti. Working in the customer service industry myself, I know amazing service when I experience it. I would highly recommend giving them your business. You will not be disappointed!

I went looking at Viti Mercedes and was advised by a friend to work with Brad Barry. I emailed him the night before and he wrote right back sending me a time to come in the next day.Brad was amazing, not pushy at all, and had so much patience with me as I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted. Don t buy a Mercedes and when you are forced to take it to VITI because Mercedes pulled all of the software needed to program the car from the market, go somewhere else! My car needed to be programed after some repairs and had to go to the dealership. My mechanic (Mercedes certified) spoke to the service advisor at Viti and was told no problem $157 to flash the computer. So I paid $125 to have it towed there only to be told the job was going to be over $1000 and take 3-5 days! $565 of the cost was to flash the computer which we we quoted $157 for. When I asked multiple times including the service manager what the $157 quote was for no one could tell me. I had to fight with them to get them to deliver the car back to my repair shop ( which is part of their advertised service offering) and after some time they agreed. however they just left the car at the shop key in it an left with out telling any one it was there. Worst service ever.

Great dealership and service. I worked here for a short time as a driver and loved it. I love what they stand for and the customer service is top notch. They take care of you and will work with you as much as they can. The owners of this place do a fine job. I liked it so much I took my own Mercedes back for service even though I purchased the car from another dealership. They complete a thorough service and also let me know things down the line that would need repair. Not pushy at all for what to fix. The service advisors are amazing as well as the drivers who pick up and deliver vehicles and loaners. It really is the best or nothing!

It just doesnt get any better than when the Owner of the company goes to bat for his customer on a 3rd party warranty claim. James Gray was there for me and covered my back since day one of the claim. The Insurance Carrier originally denied a $6000 repair claim for items clearly covered under the policy. Viti held their ground and got them to pay for all of it. The work was meticulously done. Viti is best, forget the rest!

After only 3 weeks we encountered a problem with 2 engine light problems on my wife’s certified 2018 GLC 300. It was promptly picked up when scheduled and repaired within 2 days after needing parts. Danny was very courteous and kind by keeping us informed of the status. Unfortunately it was Not able to be delivered back to our house due to scheduling, so we returned the loaner. We were only 25 mins away so it was not a problem. When we arrived our vehicle was Ready, Cleaned, Washed and ready to Go. Thanks for your Prompt Service. She was very helpful with telling me what service needed to be done based on the low miles on my car. Sue kept me fully informed once the technician began working on the car. I was extremely pleased with the recent service that I received on my vehicle. The problem was diagnosed and efficiently repaired. My service manager, Dan, also checked for any recalls that were applicable and those were addressed at time of visit. Dan was pleasant, respectful and he placed me in a courtesy car similar to my SUV which I much appreciated. The best quality about Dan is that he communicated with me regarding my vehicle’s issues and time frame for repair. That was huge for me as I was able to make any adjustments in my schedule.

We bought a pre-owned certified C-Class SUV with low mileage. A few kinks had to be straightened out. They came and picked up the vehicle and returned in top condition. That is a remarkable service because we live an hour away from VT. Its also remarkable that every customer gets a service person each and every time that you can talk to! I have been a customer of Viti for over 16 years and have always been treated fairly with respect and integrity whether buying a new car or having a vehicle serviced. My service advisor, Bud Cartin, is always extremely attentive and willing to take the time necessary to review all service issues in detail so I have a clear understanding of all work required. My 2005 C230 runs and looks like new, all thanks to Viti. Even bringing in my nearly 16 year old vehicle for service, I have never felt pressure to trade in or upgrade. Went here to look at a GLS450 unfortunately no employees approached to help and I asked for a sales person the employee I asked stated I don’t work in sales and walked away, you can just walk around inside and outside no one asks you anything or talks to you more like avoid you. This was my first experience with Viti Mercedes’ Service Department and it will be my last. I scheduled a 7:30am appointment online for Service A. When I arrived there, I was told that the service techs don’t arrive until 8am, and that there were cars ahead of me in the queue. What?? Then, not hearing anything by 2pm, I called and was told my vehicle would be ready at 4:30. WHAT?? Why does it take 8.5 hours to complete a basic service? And no courtesy phone call explaining the delay??Because I work until 5:30 and live 40+ minutes away, I have to return the next morning to retrieve my car, which completely ruins my existing plans. Very poor customer service!To the dealerships response to my original comment above from Sept 18, 2020: You said a manager would get back to me. Well, its been 10 days and NO ONE has called. I will iterate again: VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

After some negotiation my parents bought a beautiful Mercedes (whats not to like about Mercedes) and were promised weather mats as part of the deal. After the sale, Viti would not return phone calls and made the excuse that nothing about mats was written down. Buyer beware. Make sure you get everything in writing as this dealer cannot be trusted on thier word.

I had a problem with my GPS navigation. Viti sent a driver with a loaner car to my home, took my car back to Viti, and fixed the problem. This was the least intrusive vehicle maintenance that I have ever experienced in my 50 years of driving. I highly recommend Viti service.

Been a customer for years, a Benz is not a cheap investment, so to keep it in the best shape, stick with the experts. Viti has took care of my 1996 SL500 to the tune of 320300 miles, at which point I finally put her out to pasture. My current SL has 188000 and under Vitis care it runs like a top, my S while a little newer, with only 76000 miles, runs like a new car. Danny has been my service contact for the past few years, he is great, Brad Barry my sales contact, a real pro.

Im really impressed with the service provided by Viti. When I had a discrepancy with Mercedes corporate on damage from a lease, I called to see if the turned-in vehicle was still at Viti a month later. Jeff returned my call promptly, looked for the car even though it was likely gone. He left a voicemail to tell me he actually found the car, then called me back later in the day because he hadnt heard from me and was worried the car would get picked up for transport before he answered my question. I have an older ( much older) SLK 280 that I purchased used from Viti a few years ago. It has been a remarkably trouble free car and a lot of fun to drive. Unfortunately the dreaded check engine light recently came on. I made an appointment with Viti not really knowing what to expect. I didnt spend a lot on this car and it is old....would that impact the service I recieved? The answer was a definite NO. They treated me as if I had bought the most expensive car on the lot in the last few weeks. My service advisor, Susan, was very good and kept me informed of what needed to be done as well as what I might want to have done now or in the near future, as well as all associated costs. Every option was offered to me including pick-up, delivery, and loaner vehicle. Very pleased with the experience.

Ray Machado is the very best! Makes the whole service experience easy for the customer. Loaner car brought to my door in the morning saving me a trip to Tiverton from Dartmouth. Car returned to my home at the end of the day in pristine condition, even vacuumed out the trunk!

Made my purchase seamless and was kind and knowledgeable. Then with it was time to do the financial end of it, Debra was a gem. What a great experience. Great dealership, I was traveling up to Massachusetts and got a blow out. Pulled into Viti and they jumped on right away. The service rep Danny Martinez pulled it into the shop and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes. From the sales person to the service manager, and even the kind gentlemen who have delivered me a loaner, everyone has been wonderful! I have worked with Manny a couple times now, and he is the best! I received excellent service from Viti on my recent visit. Russell M. is attentive and responsive to all questions and details. Due to recent surgery, I needed a loaner vehicle that I could get in and out of and he was able to arrange for one in a timely fashion.Another great service experience…prompt, efficient, and courteous…Russ is a great facilitator! This was the biggest job that Viti has completed for me and I am impressed with how quickly it was diagnosed, the parts obtained, and the work completed. Thank you!
