They have a good variety of merchandise at the store. The all are the same quality. Dont go looking for some top of the line materials. They are good but there stuff is very common. If you want to see good displays you can go to Plaza Las America store. There you can appreciate more the merchandise

The service is terrible, the communication between seller and customer is horrible. I make my purchase scheduled to receive my merchandise all the same day (since beforehand I had made another purchase in another Rooms to go) telling me the salesperson (Myrna Nuñez from Toa Baja) that they had it available to deliver it. They call me to confirm the delivery and the furniture is not available that I have to wait another month. When the purchase receipt indicates split order with square and mount. So we sell by doing numbers and not by meeting customer needs. First and last purchase and I would not recommend them.
