I am sureWhen she went to school trainings the books were in English!!SHE JUST DOESNT want to speak enlish.And literally wanted me to come back again to pick up MEDS,there was only me and the other lady THERE AT 7AM,Waiting for our dispatch 💊 medicationsThe 1st lady she INFORMED HER TO wait for it 20 minutes.Then when I said I will wait she said no NO ATTITUDEI explained I have to go to work and during the weekI work. Then she proceeded to say it will take 1/2hourI said thats fine.The bottom line IT was the English
Its a decent store with a variety of items. Sometimes the checkout line is long with only one or two checkouts open but I can usually get in and out quickly.

CVS has been my pharmacy of choice since it began, I really felt like family 👪, but the practice they are implementing for item exchanges is a long, tedious process, it takes time and even loses discounts. If they take away the benefits your pharmacy gives, customers leave.

Good afternoon, the first time I go to look for OTC medications with my Father and it was disappointing. We go Saturday with the drug book to select OTC drugs, they ask for your license and medical plan card to make a copy. They take the copy and write the phone number. They tell us that in 24 hours it would be Sunday. It was not possible to pass on Sunday and on Monday at 11:30 am he stopped by to pick up his medications. They tell me that the system was frozen and since they didnt have the name or way of communicating, they kept all the medicines. I asked to speak to a Bachelor (Pharmaceutical) on that shift and she told me that they couldnt keep them for more than 24 hours. Nobody told me that if they were not searched within 24 hours, they would be removed. I asked him that if it was their mistake, they had to have empathy with the elderly. If it was their mistake they could have waited a little longer (despite not reporting that they were withdrawing within 24 hours). The elderly person gave all the requested information and the CVS Pharmacy staff did not have any consideration and empathy. That is an abuse for the elderly.The lawyer was willing to look for the medications, but there were several and she did not have the book to know which ones they were because it was a long time that I was with my Father for him to select them.You have to have respect and consideration for the elderly. Therefore, I understand that they have to train their staff. It would be sad to know that another elderly person goes through this situation.

They do not have any IIC pain medication. My father had an outpatient surgery and was prescribed an IIC medication. The recipe was only for one week. You have no history of having prescribed that medication anywhere or in the PMPAware. But they treated us like tecatos, as if we were people looking for pills for vice. We feel very bad and ashamed and will not return to that place anymore ..

The pharmacy generally works excellent. But I want to tell my situation.I went to look for my medications that are already served, wait in line by the way was the only one. There was a Dr. delivering a prescription, the technique attended her, so I waited for her to call me after waiting for a while the pharmacist told me (shift on December 24) that the technique was serving Dr.s medications because she arrived first I refilled him saying that his medications were already served for several days. They ignored me I left super annoyed. I wonder? It is not wasting time since they were served returning them is not an extra job. Just for not attending me 5min since I dont even have to pay a deductible. I dont write this directly to customer service because I dont want to hurt the excellent staff they usually provide.
