This place is really really fantastic! The building is very new and extremely clean. The people in the office are always very helpful. I have had a few storage lockers here for over 4 years and now I added a parking space. I have never had any problems and it is very safe.

Controlled access though a gate with an individual security code. Clean and safe. Well managed. I have never had any issues at this location. The interior units and hallways are always clean. There are rolling platforms available at the entry/exit doors to help you move your things between you car/truck and your unit. The climate controlled interior units are secure and the air conditioning always works

Extra space storage in Toa Baja is quick, easy, and efficient. With 24 hr security and key code gated entry my items feel secure! I called about a quote on renting storage space and within an hour I had my unit and was able to start moving stuff in. Fabian helped us and answered all of our questions. He gave detailed instructions and assured us that our items were secure. They have choices for outdoor, easy pull up units and climate control units. They also offer insurance, which is great. Highly recommend!

Picked up some merchandise for a client there in and out very quickly you pay one month and you get one month free.

Eduardo, the property manager, was very helpful with showing us the storage units and telling us about prices and accommodations. He also speaks English which was helpful. I highly recommend going thru this company especially since they are one of the few storage unit warehouses in the Bayamon area.
