I really enjoyed shopping here. I was able to find the perfect couch with a chase it was priced very well. I got it delivered to my door reasonably fast. The only negative was I couldnt find a round coffee table.

High price but very low quality. The larger guy who was taking payments was extremely rude and arrogant. Our couch has fallen apart within 6 months of gentle use. Would. Not. Ever. Recommend.

I am a returning customer at the store in Toccoa GA. I was humiliated in front of other customers at this store my a lady named Regina. I will NEVER SHOP at this location again.... She was also on the phone with a customer while I waited to be insulted by her she constantly rolled her eyes at the person on the phone while holding the phone out from her ear like she was discussed with the customer. If you need to buy anything from farmers do NOT GO TO TOCCOA GA

The receptionist With the spikey hair and lots of makeup is rude and I hated going in to make a payment bc of her energy. A month after we bought the item, there was a rip in the seam. We had the insurance that we paid extra for. They kept setting times to come fix it and never did. They lie and make promises they can’t keep. I wanted to pay the furniture off early and before doing so I told her that I’d like to pay it off, as long as they still agree to fix the couch, the spike hair lady said, “yes we will fix it, we promise” I paid off the furniture and they don’t live up to their word. I’ve never left a review before but we’ve spent a lot of money with these crooks.

Super nice people who really try to work with you and help you get what you need. Even the delivery drivers are nice and helpful. When it comes to pricing theyre one of the cheapest in town.

Have been using the for a long time. My mother started an account here years ago. Recently having been forced to move I had no furniture. I went it filled out some paperwork and went home with a bed to and a fee other things. The staff is friendly and helpful. In fact they are so.e of the friendliest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Good job guys keep up the good work.

After trying to find a lift chair for my dad (Arrons, made my first payment, set up delivery time and day and they failed to follow threw) we called up Farmers Home, Mrs.Lathan not only had a large selection, she also was extremely polite and helpful. Needless to say my dad is sitting comfortably and able to get up to his walker with ease and satisfaction with same day pick up. Thank you!!!!!

Store was clean. Betty was very friendly as always. The others were not so friendly. Never are. Ive been in here many times and the manager has never spoke to me.

At this point less than a 🌟. We purchased a Troy Bilt self-propelled mower and used it twice before it stopped running. We brought it to the store for repair and about 3 months later and having to pay for help with our yard maintenance in addition to keeping payments on the mower we finally got it back, but the self propel function no longer worked at all. Then with the new season we have the same problem. We called and explained the the issues and were told we could bring it back for repair again. Continously being harrassed about making payments for equipment that cant be used. No real off for resolution...we had to make the suggestion for one. Totally dissatisfied with the product and Customer service. Will never recommend using them.

Good prices, good selection but you have to order what you want, you cant just buy it and take it home that day, so as long as you arent in a hurry its a good place to buy furniture.

Spent a little over $1300 on a living room set (Included: Couch, Loveseat, Table, Two side tables, special spray to prevent damage, and delivery) a couple weeks ago. They have payment plans if you cannot afford to pay all at once. I decided to only pay in full when it comes to furniture after a bad experience at the Aarons in Toccoa. This furniture store is great! It has very helpful kind staff, great prices and sturdy beautiful furniture. Whatever youre looking for Im sure theyll have the design and fit for you! Ask for Betty; she really helped me and my girlfriend out! I will definitely be a repeat customer!
