I went inside & asked them to check my alternator. The man hooked up his checking machine to the battery posts reversed. It took him 3 times to figure this out & hook it up properly & then he said he couldnt tell if alternator was bad or not. I got an alternator anyway & that was exactly what was wrong with it!

Best place in Toccoa to get parts and some helpful information on your car. Ive asked the team several times about car issues, suggestions, and honest mechanics around the area. They have helped me fix various issues with both of my vehicles through suggesting credible mechanics or by telling me how to fix it myself.Its also great that they can check your engine light codes, install your car batteries and other parts such as lights. It definitely helps save you some time.I will say that it does get busy sometimes. There were a few times where I go in and the staff are ringing up customers, trying to install parts, and running the store in general. It can get busy at times, so just brace yourself.Great and knowledgeable staff. Clean store and a solid selection of items.

These folks were as busy as a bee in a tar bucket. This morning, their ability to use the phone, process payments for anything other than cash was disabled. They were friendly and diligent and persevered assisting customers. They worked in the hot heat, blazing sun removing my battery and replacing it. I appreciate their help.

He didnt offer to look at the part to make sure I was telling the right name for part. Plus he acted as if women dont know a damn thing or anyone for that matter. U suppose to be nice to customers NOT act as if they are a inconvenience like he did us. I WILL NOT GO BACK

Fast friendly service and they usually get the right parts. Lots of longtime associates who know what to do and they know where everything is. They will even point you to good deals if you are buying something you can get for less money or a special deal. For example, I bought a container for recycling oil (3.99), the manager pointed out that I could pay $1 more and get the container, a bottle of hand cleaner, and a pack of blue shop towels. I went with the suggestion.

Edit from one star to now four. District Manager took care of me nicely and has regained my business at this location all within 24 hours.Bought $44 worth of stuff yesterday. After I swiped my card I realized I forgot to give cashier my rewards card number, she said Its too late but next time you come in Ill scan it a few times, whatever that means. Well today, I looked at my receipt and it says Timothy Link as card holder member. This woman is obviously using her boyfriend/husbands or someones card to get the points. Will be calling corporate. This happened 2/13/19 at 5:00pm.

They are always supper helpful. I would come here every time my car broke down in college and on a trip back in town after 2 years it broke down again. They were supper helpful and gave my husband real advice on what they thought was wrong instead of just pushing sales products.

The warranties are great. i bought a battery in Cleveland, GA. It went bad in Tulsa Oklahoma. I did not have a receipt. I carried it to a Auto-zone in Tulsa. They did a free exchange; no questions asked. Walmart and most auto parts store will ask for a receipt.

Had everything for my vehicle and even had knowledge more over mine about my issue, thanks again!
