Jay is a terrific communicator and really provides outstanding customer service. I took my truck in for repair and, accidentally, left my chainsaw in the back. When I picked my truck up, they had put my chain back on my saw. Talk about going above and beyond.

I identified the car from KBB and saw that they had just lower the price after it sitting 168 days on their lot. The history of the car showed it as advertised and while they seem unsure if some one would venture up to Toccoa from the Atlanta area when I arrived they treated me well. They let me take the car on a 120 mile test drive to be checked out by my mechanic and when a time crunch arose because I had an afternoon funeral to attend they gave me flexibility on getting it back later in the afternoon. Since I paid what they advertised it for there were no real negotiations but they did not try to stick me with fees or extra charges. They offered GAP insurance and a 30K warranty which I was allow to decline no questions asked. The longest part of the transaction was waiting for the paper work to printout to conclude the sale and financing.

I highly recommend dealing with Josh Breg at Hayes of Toccoa. Josh went above and beyondthe call in searching high and low for the perfect vehicle for my son, making recommendations, and being helpful without being pushy. He dealt with us fairly, was extremely honest and conscientious! We HATE car/truck shopping but Josh made our experience painless...in fact pleasant! I would not hesitate to do make the trip to do business with him the next time we need a vehicle!
