Nice People Great Prices now days since everything has gone up so high.

Great store with a surprising variety of options in most departments. Lots of options for vegetarian diets, and a lot of niche brands to choose from.

Having only one, convenient and complete, local option, I am glad it is Ingles. I have always been able to find good deals on groceries, meats, vegetables, etc., but, when lunch is needed, my go to is the deli. For $6.98 you can have a massive, foot-long sub that is fresh and made-to-order. I usually get the Old Fashioned Club (both white and wheat options are equally good), and load it up until there is no more want! They definitely arent afraid to put the jalapeños on. Yum! So big, I eat one half for lunch, on two different days. Tasty and filling!

I have always enjoyed shopping at Ingles because of the cleanliness of the store, the friendliness of the employees, and the somewhat reasonable prices. Therefore I was so dismayed at the condition of the cart area on Saturday, 10/9/21. Well on Sunday when I visited the store and the situation had gotten much worse. There is no excuse for the unhygienic conditions of the cart area on Sunday, 10/10/2021.

Always stocked never tripping over stuff. Employees always seem happy and willing to help you. Plus the gas points are awesome

The remodeling job was amazing. It’s like we have a Whole Foods in town but without the jacked-up prices. Amazing selections, clean and professional.

Ingles is my usual grocery destination. The staff is always helpful in guidance to products with a smile. Very clean premises. Despite the food shortages as of late, they seem to be on their A game in the way of keeping the store stocked.

I went to get some milk boxes in the front of the store, but there was NONE... I like those little strong boxes....

Always has the freshest produce, especially on the salad bar. If you want something quick, they have a buffet where you can get home style meals, also a deli, Asian food & hot pizza.Theyre always stocked well with anything you need & if you cant find it, ask for help & theyll step in quick to assist you. Prices are a tad more than WalMart, BUT carries gourmet products of SO MANY items.

Theyve always had the gluten free breads that I can eat. Very thankful as I love me some bread

I hate self serve statics prove they take longer and I dont work hard for my money to do a service that should be provided by the store. Self serve is unemployeed people. A grocery store defined. Clean, fresh atmosphere. The prices are slightly higher than Walmart but its made up for in quality. Produce is always fresh and the deli and bakery items are cooked with love. The absolute best rotisserie Ive ever had. Everything is accessible and always stocked.

Anytime my family and I go on a trip,we find the Ingles Market that is nearby to get the supplies we need for our stay.They are clean,well stocked and the employees give great customer service. Thank you,Ingles Markets.

The store itself is great and so are the employees. Its just one particular person who treated me badly during an interview. I dont really like going to their section after that.

I enjoy shopping at Ingles, & usually have no issues. Today was different. I made my list to shop faster & get home. Override calls were made for register 1, 3, & 4. We had to wait several minutes, & the lines were get lengthy. BRITTANY, had no concern for all the customers, as she stood there, talking with another employee. I felt like her conversation could have waited, & we should have come first! Poor example of customer service! ~Thanks to my friendly cashier & bag guy though... They were awesome!

It has been better. Produce is not what it use to be. Bought some tomatoes and 2 days later had to throw them out.

I love Ingles and do not understand why they don’t receive more publicity. The foods and breads are fresh. They have delicious 😋 fresh foods to go. The only place that has Amish Cole slaw, without a lot of mayonnaise. The best homemade banana pudding. Employees are always courteous and prices are reasonable.

The deli where you order food from a window at the counter is bland...heat lamp scorched from sitting there so long ..the chicken strips are tough as leather and the Mac and cheese looked and tasted dried out

No enforcement of mask wearing at all. Patrons and workers either without masks or not wearing them properly. No enforcement of social distancing. Tried to go at a non-peak time, but it did not seem to help as no one was following any rules. People going down the aisle the wrong way and coming within 1 foot of me. Did not feel safe at all. With almost 200,000 deaths in this country, I will not be returning.

They have good meats but expensive

Why 3 stars? Usually when I visit this location its always pleasant and I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM. However, on this occasion Ia guy in the deli section (white, short brown black hair, overweight, hot headed, aggressive.) Passively aggressively assumed that I may have been a thief whilst with my young son! Ive made it my business not to visit this store anymore. I felt betrayed, and humiliated. Ive been shopping at thisbingles for over 7 years! I told the manager and he claimed he would address the issue. Im not sure of he did but I honestly didnt the have the confidence that hed be in my corner as a customer. The manager may have......idk, but I didnt wanna stick around. I spend my hard earned money there every 2 weeks and Id easily go somewhere else no problem. Its a damn shame though!

If you open up at 6 . You should have some one to to ring you out or open the self service. They all where closed no one up front. The store was clean.

Its always clean. Workers are always helpful. Prices are a little high. And I did notice this time they did away with the no name brands. Right now I need the cheapest brands as my husband is out of work because of having emegncy surgery. So he has been out of work.

Ingles is the best. I also love that I get a discount on my gas for shopping there. The bakery is amazing, I order all of my cakes and donuts through them. Its also great to have hot and fresh food in the deli when I dont feel like cooking or fast food!

Their Jazzy Java coffee beans are better than a lot of the more expensive brands online. No where else in town sells good beans for a reasonable price. Emphasis on GOOD beans.
