My visit was turned out awesome and God blessed I wanted to have the front wheels check for pressure found out that the rims were bad and one of the veterans that was sitting close to me reading his book turn around offered to pay for two new rims for me so yes I was blessed immensely yest yesterday and I I wish there was a way that I could go ahead and contact him and thank him again like texting him or calling him and taking him to lunch in the next few days that Im off Ive always gone to Discount Tire since I left Belle Tire twenty-some years ago Ive always liked the service and Ive liked the tires immensely so thank you very much and you all have a very blessed day and thank you again

Overall Im happy with the service and prices I received. Either they have a huge staffing problem, or they choose to have enough staff working. Also, good luck getting someone to answer the phone.

I have been a previous customer and have great experiences with the store. I had an emergency leak on my front tire in my 20 Civic. They had me drop the car off, fixed it and didn’t charge me a dime. They didn’t treat me any differently than if I was there to spend $800. Great service and thank you for helping me !

Terrible experience. We needed our tires filled up and there was a line, which was totally fine, as long as they were working to help others and then get to our car, we were perfectly fine and patient. But all of a sudden the employee left and was MIA for over 25 minutes with a line of cars waiting to have their tires filled. They were so rude when we asked what is going on. All we wanted was an explanation, and they just looked at us and laughed and went on to ignore us. It was so unbelievably rude. Talk about zero customer service. I will never be going back.

I first visited this location about 6 years ago because I worked close to the shop. I could get a tire repair and run errands. All my tires are from here which is great because the warranty covers the tires even at other company locations. The guys are always professional, plus I can get my tire pressure checked for free. Worth the investment.

Needed new set of tires for my 2002 Prowler. Only 9k miles on the original set but the tires were almost 20 years old.. Special order which arrived as scheduled. The guys are very professional and polite. They took care of my classic car. I am impressed with the quality of service. I highly recommend this shop.

The guys at the Monroe St store in Toledo Ohio were amazing! They didnt feel safe plugging a tire and putting it back on because it was worn out on the outer ring. I had two extremely bad front tires that needed replaced ASAP. I called Discount tires an they were able to get me in the same day. These guys were so great, they were very polite and made sure all my questions were answered. Even though I had an appointment they were very very busy but were still able to get me in before my appointment time and had my car finished in a timely manner. Went to get a tire replaced for my mom... Sure got a tire, but they put the bad lug nuts back on the car and with only 4 of the 5. Thats some garbage. Most places call and tell you when they are going to need to put new ones on. And in this case she needed at least 3 new ones. Smh

Went there to have a tire checked for loosing air. I called in the morning to make an appointment for after work.I got there after work at my assigned time but they were running so far behind due to Covid and lack of employees.I patiently waited for over an hour but my tire was finally fixed. The tire ended up having a 3 inch nail in it. When I asked them how much my bill was they told me I owed nothing. I was pleasantly shocked. I would recommend them to everyone. I was treated well. Was a happy customer TILL I was on my way home. The hubby and I came in to get our tires we ordered put on our cars. The wait, the process to put the tires on and the paying was a little over 3 hours. We were fine with that. My man had to get new tire pressure sensors on his 2 front tires, which was fine since the man came in and showed they were broken and bouncing around in the new tires. Got a good deal on them I guess. Got home and my man tells me that the tire sensors arent working AT ALL. Before we got there, they were working just fine. I understand they needed to be replaced but now they arent working at all? Sounds to me like they had no clue what they were doing and didnt put them on correctly or they gave us broken pressure sensors. What a shame, was ALMOST a happy customer.

Good service. They get you in and out in about an hour depending on how busy they are. Brian and Staff were friendly and helpful with me and the other customers. Shopping and purchasing tires online and then scheduling the installation was very convenient.

Ive been going here for years. Always friendly and well priced tires. Over the summer I bought some turbomacs for my FoST. They installed BF Goodrich g-force comp2. I couldnt be happier how they handled my new wheels. They even put my old wheels and tires in bags and set them in the trunk. Awesome place for excellent service and tires.

Waiting for a tire pressure check should not take 10 minutes

I took a loose rim and tire in for a flat repair, wich it ended up being a leak from a previous patch so they refused to fix it but thats not where my issue lies. My issue is that the next day when I went to go pick up my loose rim and tire, they had thrown it away!! After searching for a while they we able to find the rim because they were going to scrap it but couldnt find the tire wich was still barely used, it just had a previous repair made on it. They showed no remorse and just disregarded the whole situation and I was left with the only option of just taking my rim and leaving. I will never go there again!!!

These folk are top notch! They helped me order a set of off road tires and were transparent about costs and expectations. Sure enough they were good to their word. Upon arriving to have the tires mounted, they were busy. I was quoted a wait time of up to two hours as there were ten vehicles ahead of me. Just over two hours later, I was on my way. Thank you to Chuck, Larry and the mounting gang for handling business like professionals and dare I say staying friendly during high pressure times.

Courteous considering I was upset waiting so long. Cars that came after me were taken before me. I had been there on Friday before Labor Day, the wait was too long. Asked check in person would it better to make appointment “he said it wouldn’t make any difference”. So I returned Tuesday 9/8 not making an appointment and was told it helps to make appointment. My grandson put 2 new rear tires early that week, and I went in today for new tires in front. Other than the misinformation it was a good experience. Just make an APPOINTMENT.

I always receive fast, friendly, and personalized service at this location. I came in with a flat on a warrantied tire. I received a replacement, a clear explanation for the problem (road hazard), rotations and pressurizing. My only cost leaving was the $15 warranty for the new tire! My car was brought curbside and hand-delivered at checkout, which was quick and provided me with a printed receipt, as well as a detailed invoice that was automatically emailed.While I waited in the spacious and clean lobby, there was contemporary Country music, which they always play, at a medium volume. Shop noises are not audible from the lobby unless the service door is opened. There were a few copies of the newspaper and a tiny assortment of random magazines on end tables.For refreshment there are coffee and decaf carraffes with standard 10 oz. Styrofoam cups, stirrers, sugar and non-dairy creamer, as well as a stocked mini fridge of 16 oz. water bottles, complimentary to patrons.There is a strong, free Wi-Fi connection.The public restrooms are clean, gendered and handicap accessible.They provide disabled parking right at the building curb, as well as regular parking surrounding the entire perimeter of the building. Add taxes balancing and mounting total cost was $ 250.04 I thought that was a fair price overall. Free life time rotation of tires and factory warranty included. Good Customer service from the staff. Pulled over at hotel and rested, looked up local tire shop as I was worried I would not make it to my destination 4 hours away and was relieved when I found Discount Tire was 15 min away. Im extremely happy about the service I received. I got a flat tire on Christmas Eve, thank god they were open. Edgar was very helpful, inviting and pleasant to do business with! I had an issue with my Discount Tire credit card and it kept declining even tho I had the funds on the card. So because I had to use my debit card, and im low on funds bc of Christmas, he gave me a $25 discount but still gave me the full coverage on the tire. It only took 20 minutes to fix the tire as well! They are fast, efficient, kind, empathetic, and inviting! I 100% recommend them over any tire establishment!
