So glad I found Bob at Northland Collision. From the first call, he was super easy to deal with on my recent State Farm claim. He gave a full estimate on the spot and processed it all via insurance. Oh… and my car came out looking brand new for the rear door and quarter panel he replaced. Paint was super, and I also had special door trim, pin stripes and tail light put back perfectly. Go here! You won’t regret the service. He even picked me up to/from Enterprise rental nearby. Very happy!!

An idiot hit me in a parking lot. Took my car to Northland Collision to befixed. They did an AWESOME job and AWESOME service. When I droppedit off couldnt find a ride home but Bob drove me home. The owner has no idea how to treat customers. I walked in the door Said hello when I walked in . The owner and his buddy were talking about b.s. I stood there for a few minutes waiting . No one said anything to me. So I decided to leave. Thats when the owner stopped his conversation and said hang on. Thats all that was said to me (hang on). Not hello or anything. Then he tried to come after me when I walked out the door. And I said you didnt greet me with hello or anything so I figured he has enough money he doesnt need mine. The place also looks like a run down dump. I cannot understand why any insurance company would send any business to him.
