This place is a great place to do Business with. They have very friendly people and are really helpful on getting you what you need. I was looking for windows for a car that is hard to find parts for and they got them for me when nobody else could. For me the only thing bad is they are in Ohio and I am in Michigan but one of the employees was willing to meet me half way and he was a real nice and friendly guy. I will be doing business with them again for parts. When I need them.

Drove from Ann Arbor for a bumper cover they said was in inventory!!Wasted trip!!Part inventory system needs work!!!

I went in to get a part for my Kia Spectra. They were very upfront with me and told me that it was too cold to take off the plastic part and sent me some place that they knew would have it. I was very pleased.

A1 auto parts is OK on parts if they have them there,the thing is if u want them to put them on you have to double check to make sure they have the correct part pulled on the car you asked the part pulled on, there staff they have pull the parts dont communicate you have to make sure 100% that they pulled the right part and if you pay them to put it on be prepared to go back a FEW times there staff upfront seem to try or they SHOULD for the most part seem to try ALWAYS MAKE SURE YO GET A QUOTE WRITTEN and bring a couple soda and a snack your going to be there for a while

Sold me wrong part seltbelt then tryed to charge me 35 dollars each seatbelt more. Then said its 25 percent to just refund me the money. Do not. Do not spend any money with these people. It will be a big waste of time.

Good parts. Excellent service. Very helpful and professional staff. Highly recommend for the do-it-yourselfer, that just needs the right parts for a good price. Or someone needing service for a price you cant beat anywhere else in town.👍👍

Their not open on weekends.People work during the week.How do you run a business that deals with the public and not be open on weekends when thats when MOST people work on their vehicles!Guess Ill have to go to a better yard that 8s open for their customers!!!!!

These guys are nothing but rude! I called to confirm they had a part that they said they had and the guys 1st question was How many yards did you call before us?. I explained that I called one other and they made some calls was told that A1 had it for $35. He said I dont have it and the only place that does is Michaels Auto in Holland, MI. What a jerk! No option for 0 stars or thats what theyd get. Ill keep getting parts elsewhere.

These guys were professional & honest, as I had purchased both a transmission (at an extremely fair rate) PLUS, had them replace my wifes windshield which was done also cheap & in no time flat!Will be back for any of the services they offer! Thanks Guys!

I drove an hour to have tires put on my car. Sat in the waiting area for 2 hours while my tires were installed and wasnt allowed to use the rest room. Customer service was very poor. The only good thing there were the prices.

I called and asked a simple question, do you have a car such and such. after telling me twice they dont sell the little stuff and that he is too busy with all 3 [phone] lines going, the guy tells me to stop by. So asked him again, do you have the car there? He asks me, what kind of car was it? LMAO. The stoner values his time, but not someone elses. so, dont waste your time to be treated like you arent important enough because you arent buying big ticket items, and go somewhere else.

Low prices on parts you need for your car. Just take your own tools and pull your own parts.
