The manager was working the front counter when I dropped off and picked up my truck and he was very nice and professional. It took exactly how long they said it would take to complete the work (2 hours). My truck was very clean and vacuumed inside. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing vehicle glass fixed or replaced.

I had a brand new windshield replaced in March. It leaked after the first week (They recommend not driving through a car wash the first 48 hours; within the first 48 hours I neither went through a car wash nor was their any rain). In August, we relocated to a new state and discovered the new windshield blocked the VIN, so now we have to get that fixed. On top of this, it is impossible to talk to a human being at any shop anywhere. The website is great for scheduling a first-time visit. If you need a follow-up visit for any reason whatsoever, you are out of luck.

The customer service was great and they got me in that same day and replaced my window. They vacuumed my car out and the best thing is I had a $2900 check under my mat in the back(that I forgot about) and they just neatly placed it with the other items they picked up while cleaning the interior of the vehicle.....

They have a number to call, but once you call the number, wait forever they tell you to make an appointment on the website.This is after I looked up their information, why not just not have a number if Im going to have to go online anyway. I could have done that first, instead of wasting my time calling.

No wet set or leaks

I could not have been more disappointed in the service provided. It looked like they deliberately placed the repair slightly off the chip which allowed the windshield to crack and have to be replaced. I could see the problem as soon as my car was returned to me and brought it to the attention of the manager. I was told it was fine and that they dont guarantee repairs. Needless to say they are not doing the now necessary windshield replacement. Go to a locally owned company for windshield work. Safelite is NOT a good place

Unable to assist with a commercial truck. Once they register your phone number in their system you will receive a message every time you call that refers you to their website and you are unable to reach a human being to talk to. I recommend finding a local solution for your glass needs.

Third time in and still cant get it horrible

Ya there commercials make it seem like they are cheaper than what they really are and that they are super affordable. And to say the least they are not. I need my front windshield replaced and i called around and to buy 1 from a junk yard its $75.00 but i cant find anyone to put it in. And safelite wants almost $400.00 to put in a new one. I found a place in lima that will do it for $175.00 and they come to me. So safelite autoglass is a rip off. They place in lima is call all glass service so i recommend calling around before you make any commitments to this scandalous place.

They couldnt tell me how much a windshield would cost if my insurance wouldnt pay. I was disappointed that they couldnt give an approximate cost. Then asked if get approval would they update. They said no. Only update if insurance denies claim. Not sure how they can be so vague. Sad!!

Window replacement was quick but there was pressure for addons

I called to get a quote and was connected to an automated system. After answering about 7 questions on the system (all to serve me better) I hung up and called Auto Glass Masters. A human answered the phone and in two minutes and ten seconds I had a quote and an a appointment set. If Safelite truly wants to serve you better being able to talk to a person when you call would be a great start.

Called me at 6:30am to tell me they’d be here this afternoon then never showed! Tried calling and texting with no replies or updates but Got an email that my service had been canceled!!!! I’m furious! This was my second attempt as the first time he brought wrong windshield.

One of the best parts of using Safelite was that they connected to our insurance company to get the amount over the deductible paid. I didn’t have to get reimbursed for an insurance claim! And since we have a vehicle with enhanced safety features, they had a certified tech who could recalibrate those after the windshield was replaced. I appreciate the one-stop shop. My husband did have to wait for the service counter personnel finish a personal conversation before they could help him.

Ive gone on their local website (Toledo, Ohio) and requested to schedule an appointment. I get the message that my 1961 Jeep CJ is a unique vehicle and that someone would contact me in 48 hours (2 business days). Ive done this TWICE in 4 months and NO ONE has called me.I have the windshield in my old frame and just need it installed in my new frame. 10 minute install and a new seal/rubber and youd be done. I dont mind paying full price, I just want it done. But no. No call.Anyone interested in installing a windshield into my 1961 Fire & Rescue Jeep? Ill have it down at JEEP FEST 2018 along with telling EVERYONE my experience with Safelite....or should I say LACK OF experience since I cant even get anyone to call me to schedule an appointment. My insurance company works with Safelite Auto Glass in order to restore chips in my windshield for free. Fast service, the insurance company sets up the appointment, and youre on your way. If its nothing more than a chip in your windshield, your insurance should be able to cover it free of charge to you and youll be in and out of there in no time! Also, great customer service!

I did a home service to have my windshield replace. I was at work, but my wife was here to let him have the keys. When the work was done and I got home, I noticed that a plastic piece was loose at the bottom driver side of the windshield. Which I understand that some times things get missed. But now when I try to call I get the “covid” routine and the recording hangs up with out getting to talk to someone.i think that is very unprofessional.but of course they’ve already got my money. What was I expecting

Scheduled through insurance for a windshield replacement, my appointment was canceled. I got it rescheduled only for them to cancel it again. Rescheduled it was canceled again and on day of install was called saying my new windshield was damaged and they would not be coming out. After a week I finally had it towed to another safe light in Findlay and it was repaired and replaced the next day.Shop Findlay instead

The two gentleman working on 5/19/2020 showed the best customer service in a bad situation (both truck windows were broken in for attempted theft). Smooth easy transaction. He even went above and beyond and vacuumed out the car seat that had glass all over it. I had been recommended by Geico when i made the insurance to claim. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Worst service, why tell you have a warranty if you only cover it it cracks on its own. Never buy from here again.

I had a great experience with my visit to Safelite on Reynolds Rd. Not a bad waiting area to pass the time while my windshield was being replaced. The best feeling was driving home with the cleanest windshield Ive ever looked through.

The service on the phone was amazing but the service and personality of the technician was not. But they did a good job. Not bad for a drivers side window of a 07 freightliner 182 out the door.

My windshield was vandalized around 10pm yesterday night. My insurance covered the entire replacement and Im currently waiting to pick my car up in the waiting room. Extremely fast and friendly. I recommend this location to absolutely everyone and if this happens again this will be the first place I go to. Great job guys!! Keep up the good work!

My friend had a mobile glass repair scheduled for today, which he also prepaid for. The technician came out to hishhis and the glass he had for the repair had a long scratch on it and he said hed have to wait two more days for them to order the windshield. Why the quality of the glass wasnt inspected prior to reaching my friends home, Ill never know. WecWe customer service to see if another technician could be sent, and the agent, I believe her name is Lacresha, stated shes located in Livonia,MI, had a horrible attitude, did not apologize or empathize with us, and basically told us that hes going to have to wait and theres nothing that could be done. She said the technician did come but the windshield had a scratch and nothing can be done until Monday. There was no care nor concern in her tone. It was all attitude. And when we called her on her attitude, she tried to say thats not what she was doing. I asked to be connected to a supervisor. We were connected with Dustin, who still offered no other recourse other than waiting until Monday for a service he paid to have completed today. He had to ask for a discount for my inconvenience instead of it being offered to himdhim, and he only took off $60.00. This company is highly unprofessional, the customer service is something to be desired. Do not spend your money here

The most important thing to me is customer service. The team at Safelite in Toledo did a great job. Even thought I had one little issue, Danny Murphy (Assist. Manager) of the store was top notch. I emailed him and he return my email. I left a message for him and he got back with me. I also like the fact that Danny is willing to assist his team in the shop when things are busy. I share and respect any manager that does this as this a core belief of mine and something I practice every day with my team. The most important thing was Danny work with me to get me back in when I informed him of the issue and made sure everything was right before I left their facility.I would recommend this place to others and I would hope they receive the same professional service that I received during my visit.

I made my appointment online through my phone for a same day appointment. I showed up 1/2 hour early and they accommodated me. My chip in my windshield was fixed and I was on my way before my initial appointment time! Office was clean. My technician was polite. He quickly and simply explained the process. I have no complaints! Cost was covered by my insurance company.

I opted for repair when I probably should have replaced my windshield. The cracks were only about 50 percent diminished. If my insurance wasnt paying for it all, I might have fought the charges. Service was prompt and the guy was nice, but the quality of the fill/repair was certainly below my expectations, especially for the cost! Ill be all the wiser next time at least.

5 star all the way. I arrive at 10 am they got me in right away. It was done in the amount of time they quoted me and the price was awesome. Very friendly professional staff. What I really love is no high pressure sales just what I needed at a great price and got me on my way plain and simple. Its a must use when you need auto glass.

Trying to get warranty work done from them as the crack that they fixed grew over 15 inches. No one from the company has called or emailed me back about getting this covered with their warranty. So frustrating.....

Booked an appointment online and went in today to get a chip repaired on my F150 windshield. The manager was not able to fully impregnate the chip with the sealer, but informed me that it was structurally sound, and wont extend or get worse. Since the chip was still visible however, he didnt charge me for the service, even when I insisted that I should pay. I will be bringing another vehicle in for glass chip repair here as well because of the great customer service.

This place was amazing! I stopped by on my drive from Chicago to DC last month (May) and they were able to see me as soon as I pulled in. Unfortunately, due to where the rock hit my windshield (the very edge, dang it!), the crack could not be repaired, however, they put some resin on it and stopped the crack from spreading. They didnt even charge me or my insurance and were very helpful and professional. I wish all customer service was this good! I forgot his name, but Terry or Jerry? was the best! I never write reviews, but I had to just to thank him! Great work guys! Keep it up. :)

Do not trust these people they are scam artists...I had a tech come to my work for a new windshield upon arrival all he did was destroy my windshield molding busted my e brake and then charged my bank account the full amount. They did not put a windshield in and left ..I noticed the damage to my truck and seen I was still charged the full amount and called safelite. they told me they even had my credit card and did not charge me.the first thing the tech did upon arrival is take my debit card and my bank verified that they did indeed charge me..I called back several times with the same answer we never charged you all the while I have a e recipient from them stating so ..but they still deny it ..I had to have my bank do a unauthorized charge in order to get my money back.. these people are extremely rude and will deny everything do not trust them!!!!

My insurance company referred me to this Safelite location for a windshield replacement, and the process was smooth from start to finish. The technicians were courteous (and funny, which I appreciated!) and completed the replacement within the 2 hour window I was quoted. The price was slightly lower than my deductible so that was a bonus! I appreciated how professional this shop was, as well as their emphasis on good customer service. Plenty of corporations stress that but its not as frequent that you find local offices that take it to heart as well. These guys definitely did. 👍👍

I called Safelite after having a small chip from a stone crack my windshield. From the time I called to the time my appt was set to the time the technician came out to fix things, customer service was GREAT!! Its like it never happened. You can barely see where the crack was, and was done in a VERY professional way!! I didnt expect it either, but my vehicle was even vacuumed out up front where they had worked. Most unexpected, but most helpful and most kind. Would DEFINITELY recommend Safelite to anyone who needs a repair or replacement done.

I requested a quote online for my vehicle with a heads up display. I was notified that it was in limited supply and that they would contact me if they needed to change my service date in order to get the quoted windshield. I was never contacted and find out after the fact that they did not install the quoted windshield. Ive attempted to contact their customer service several times and havent gotten a single reply. Definitely unacceptable!

Very helpful staff. They replaced my windshield. Estimated time was 90 minutes and the job was done in 70 minutes. Overall a great experience with a reasonable price. They even had a discount coupon for $50 off.

Terrible service. Canceled/postponed service four times. Terrible communication. Different citys Safelite said they have issues with Toledo location all the time. Incredibly poor service.

My windshield was broken by a stone flying off of a dump truck and my insurance company set me up an appointment with this Safelite. Never having been there or having had any such repairs I was a bit nervous but from the moment I walked inside the employees were helpful and friendly. The insurance company had mistakenly given them the wrong information as to what kind of windshield I needed and they had to order a new one which couldnt be delivered until the following day. The employee was extremely kind and apologetic about this and when I came back the next day they replaced the windshield in an efficient manner and even swept out my car, washed the windows and waved the insurance deductible fee to make up for the inconvenience, All the employees that I came in contact with were very kind and professional. I would recommend this shop to anyone!

I scheduled my appointment for a replacement, service was quick and Dustan was great help!

When they replaced my windshield, they failed to replace the proper clips. They used 3M tape to hold a connector in place that they damaged in removing the windshield. I took it to the dealer because the windshield rattled. The dealer identified the faulty parts and charged me $100.00 for work. I took it to Safelite and they told me that I should have taken it back to them to identify the problem even though I did not know the noise was caused by the faulty installation of the windshield.Safelite asked me how did they know that I didnt do the damage? Ill never use them or recommend them to anyone.

Great place for auto glass replacement

My windshield leaked shortly after I had it fixed. I set a warranty appointment and because they could not recreate the leak with a garden hose they refused to fix it. Essentially calling me a liar. Why would I set an appointment and come in unless it leaked. I even had a picture.

If you need a glass replacement, I highly recommend this place Dustin was extremelyprofessional and helpful along with the rest of the staff.

Safelite declined to replace my windshield because my 22 year old car has some rust on the moulding. They claimed it was a safety issue, but its really a convenience issue. Clearly the customer is not their priority.

They had to order my window, it came the very next day and they installed it in the parking lot at my job. They even gave my wipers free since I had to wait for my order to come in. They were awesome!!!

Took my call, on hold a lot, but got a windshield for a 17-year old car. Perfect fit, AND they cleaned-up every spec of glass from the broken windshield. Highly recommended.

Absolutely useless go find someone else who can fix it. I broke the tailgate glass in my 99 Tahoe. They come and fix it and it doesnt latch all the way I call and complian they cant send someone till next week and the guy doesnt even fix it. It took me all of a minute to look around and fix it myself. And on top of that Im missing pieces that go into the whiper part. Do not recommend to anyone

Great service with a smile! Not your average car repair shop. I came in contact with 5+ employees, all who were hygienic and had positive attitudes. I conveniently scheduled my appointment online on a Sunday afternoon with less than 24 hours notice. The part was delivered broken, but they were able to have another one shipped in exactly 3 hours. When I came back to the shop, the delivery was made on time and they had the windshield installed within 30 mintues - including the installation of free windshield wipers as compensation for the delay, cleaning the dashboard and windows, and vacuuming. I dont count the broken part against the shop because it was out of their control. A+

Stay away!! The Ford dealer was replacing a faulty injector when the mechanic told me that the windshield cowl had been installed incorrectly - two screws were missing and a new hole had been drilled for a non-standard screw. The only time anyone had touched the cowl was when Safelite in S. Reynolds replaced the windshield a few months earlier. The Safelite manager refused to even consider that they were involved. No response from corporate office either.

I would am not satisfied with the service that my husband and I recieved. The first time my windshield was to be replaced, we got a phone call at the end of the timeframe of our appointment informing us that the new windshield did not come in that morning and we needed to reschedule. I was a little annoyed that we had to wait around all morning, they should have called first thing so we could go on about our day. None the less we rescheduled. The 2nd time my windshield was to be replaced they guy arrived on time as promised with the new windshield. It was over cast and looked like there was a chance for rain. Safelite informed us that if he felt just one drop of rain our warranty for the new windshield would be void. He told my husband that he could rush the process and get it done quickly to try to beat the rain. My husband declined the offer because we did not to chance the rain and pay for our windshield to be installed incorrectly and have the warranty to be no good. Safelite then goes to tell my husband that the crack in my windshield is only a cosmetic issue and it isnt necessary for it to be replaced. The crack stretches from one side of my windshield to the other, and would like it to be replaced before it gets worse. I felt like safelite did not want our business, therefore we will not be rescheduling and we will take our business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, went there 20 min early for my appt. They looked at my car and a small Dent on my roof of my car and told me my pinch weld was damaged they couldnt put a windshield in. Went to tireman across the street and had my car finished in less that a hour. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
