Went for the vacation planning first and was helpful. The next visit was to fix a vehicle. The staff kept me informed and quality work received at a reasonable price.

They did an excellent job on my vehicle. They don’t tell you the price until they start the work on your vehicle, so you can shop around. The customer service was rocky at first, but stepped up there game to being excellent. I would take my vehicle back there again if i needed to.

Went for a passport photo. Everyone was super helpful. It was a fast and easy process.

Was very busy before an international trip, but wanted to get an international drivers license. I called and was able to get one in the morning before I flew out. (I still recommend getting an appointment for that early, just to be safe)

I dealt with two different representatives and both were courteous. They both took time to listen to my needs. I was very pleased.

AAA Tire & Auto Toledo OH. My daughter had her car towed in due to a no start. It was a faulty starter and living 2500 miles away had her get a oill change and tire rotation. A week later Im in town visiting and look car over. Ive professionally worked on cars since the mid 80s ASE Master technician. So upon opening hood the positive cable on battery has green death that was never cleaned. The coolant reservoir was at add mark as was the power steering fluid. I called and was getting the run around of free diagnosis which is incorrect were AAA premium members and it comes with that at a AAA store. They said to come down and theyd take care of it and I declined saying Ill do it since they told me on a 600.00 dollar service topping off fluids isnt part of service. I did say that Im going to hammer them every time I have a chance. The assistant manager and manager wanted to argue with a customer. So personally after working on cars for a living and always having the customer concerns first and foremost I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AND ADVISE TO GO ELSEWHERE.

I called for a tow this morning and the driver that came was Shervon. He literally arrived to my destination within 30-40 minutes of me placing my request had my car up on the flatbed truck secure and ready to deliver to the mechanic in about 5 minutes.I was very impressed and satisfied with the quality and speed of the service due to me having to be at work within 40-45 minutes after his arrival. This is actually the second encounter I had with him showing up to assist me with my car issues.A year ago one of my tires was flat on my SUV and he was able to get it changed within 15 minutes even though he had to struggle with getting my spare tire unhooked from a rusted metal belt holding my spare in place under the SUV.He literally laid on a cold ground and fought with the rusted bolts just so I could get my child to daycare and I get to work ASAP. He has been one of the fastest most experienced and extremely kind tow truck drivers I had from AAA.His Service and Performance displays true compassion for his job and shows that AAA hires people that provide quality services to its clients that would make them want to continue to purchase yearly memberships. I want to say thank you I greatly appreciate the service that has been provided.

Charged a family member 300$ to repair her tire sensors. Family member left with TPMS light still on and was given a line about “drive it and see if it goes off”. This a cop-out because they couldn’t properly repair her car. I’m a 20yr ASE MASTER TECH and the family member took the car to this location because it’s closer to her house than I am. Talked to the counter person who said that their “master tech” said she needs to go to the dealer because they are not equipped to repair her tire light. This is another cop-out. They charged her and never fixed the problem. Needless to say, I am now handling it on my own because this location can’t properly fix a customers car and took her money and the car is still having the same problem. A master tech should have the tools to properly do their job or they need to find a different profession. I will use my own tools to repair her vehicle. Avoid this location as they are not properly equipped to fix a vehicle according to the counter person.

My husbands truck. Needed a new starter. They were quick and efficient. The man at the desk was friendly. The price seemed fair

I needed to get a document notarized and every bank that I contacted told me it would be a 1 week wait to get in. Even the banks that I have been using for years. I got right in at the AAA office and got my business taken care of by friendly people who are more than willing to help. Gail was great to work with!

So I was going to have my car towed to a shop but was told with my membership I can get a free diagnostic from triple a. Well they ended up telling me a lot of stuff which totaled $6,xxxx. Of course I did not have that so I wanted to have my car towed to the shop it was supposed to go to. I was told it would be free, then they said it would be convenience fee of $75- $100. I went back and forth with they guy. So I ended up just going to get the car myself and on the way home things were falling off under my car. I’m not a mechanic so I don’t know what the parts are but I did not have this problem before and I feel like they purposely left stuff loose because I didn’t want to get my vehicle fixed there or pay their “convenience fee”. I will NEVER EVER go back there !!

My husband and I’ve dealt with AAA a number of times now, and the customer service has went above and beyond expectations every time. Matt & Steve are wonderful to work with—from helping us get the best deals to explaining in detail what issues our cars are having. Next time one of our cars has an issue—AAA will be the first place we call.

I went to the travel agent so Im not rating the auto shop. The travel agents are fantastic whether youre planning to fly, drive or cruise.

I highly recommend this tire shop.

The past 2 times I have been there I have asked to have my tires rotated and it wasnt done. I made it clear I do more driving than the average person (roughly 4,200 miles per month). Looks like I will have to go to my dealership and pay an extra $20 for a tire rotation. If AAA doesnt want to do free tire rotations anymore with an oil change, than they shouldnt advertise that feature. I also did not receive a sheet noting fluid, brake pad check etc. Although to be fair I did not request.

Brought my 2003 Chevy Express cargo van to have directional lamp replaced. In and out in less than an hour, without an appointment! Excellent service.

Excellent, fast, courteous service and affordable prices! What more could you want? Try them once and you will never go to another service station again. They are the only folks allowed to work on my 2006 Honda!!

Left work a few weeks ago and my tire was completely flat and off the rim. They made time for me even though they were about to close. Telling me it was no problem they have worked over much longer before.. I was in and out in a half an hour with a new tire for under $75. I really appreciated the fast and friendly service!

Staff is so friendly which I have to say is very important with car places. Also they fixed my car when tireman overfilled my oil and you could tell they genuinely wanted to help it seemed and get me the best deal.

They go above and beyond to get your car to you as quickly as possible. Friendly staff, knowledgeable mechanics, and fast service. Make sure to make an appointment because they are quite busy due to their superb service!

This was a great experience. Feel like they may be the only honest mechanics Ive ever met. Fast, kind, and knowledgeable. You cant ask for better. Location is 20 mins away from me but totally worth it. Thanks!

Not terribly happy with the price of my repair. While the place seemed very professional, i was quoted a price that was 2x higher for an alternator than actual retail! I could have walked into any Napa auto parts ( where this shop got the part from ) and paid 180$ less for the exact same part! I understand places gotta make a profit, but that was rediculous 475$ for a 200$ retail alternator, the labor (that was fair) but the parts mark up was way to high...

The insurance guy we talked to (Steve I think his name was) was very helpful, especially on a Saturday an hour before closing. After he finished with us (a few minutes after theyd locked the doors) he went to help another customer who had walked in a bit earlier.Steve found us a great deal on our car insurance too.

I was greeted immediately and helped right away. Great job!

I had just gotten my car from another shop and realized it was falling apart because they didnt put it back together right. I was planning on visiting the AAA travel section anyway, so I popped in to the auto section to see if they could help. They helped me right away, fixed the problem, and didnt charge me anything. I really appreciate the help and the great customer service!

Had some issues at the airport hwy aaa repair shop. everything was taken care of after a few phone calls. would be 5-stars if taken care of sooner (1-star if no resolution). please remember to ask for all charges in advance. they are cool with folks getting a 2nd opinion on repairs. not the best prices. however, they do have a good 2-year warranty. locale employees provided fair/good customer service, regional manager (jason b.) provided excellent/awesome customer service! seems like this location is headed in the right direction and is putting forth effort to improve. i recommend giving them a chance for your business. overall satisfied with my experience there. please be nice to them, the car repair business seems to be a somewhat challenging profession - no one is perfect. b+ for effort!

This place is reliable

My daughter lives in Toledo and had her car towed her when the steering was making noise, she called me saying that the repair estimate was $1200., I told her to not have them do any more on the car and to put it outside . I then left work and drove the 2.5 hours to Toledo . I went and looked at the car and found that the return line from the power steering rack to the pump had came off and it had lost all the power steering fluid . I fixed it in there parking lot with a couple of hose clamps and new ps fluid . When I went in to ask them what they did they said We first flushed out the power steering system to that I replied how could you flush out the ps system when the hose was off ?, They had no answer . Well they still charged me for their diagnosing. I have been a professional auto mechanic for 40 years and have seen other shops try and pull these things on people thats why I am writing this review . DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE !

Went in for trip tiks and travel info. Came out with no bookings, no discounts, and two books about the states Im going to.Told that trip tiks are a waste of time and that my phone GPS will do better.Kind of disappointed for a first time user of the travel services.

Went in to check on trips and the women kept saying it was an open house, and normally AAA would have been closed for the day. I was not impressed with her.

Scary transmission problems with a leak turned out to be a solenoid. $200. Quick service. Not open on Sundays though or would be 5 stars

I called because my truck ran out of gas, gauge stopped working during drive. I was on the turnpike and two drivers, who were dispatched, refused to come on the turnpike. I had to walk off of the turnpike and buy a gas can. I wasted two hours waiting on AAA.

AAA in Toledo, Oh left my husband, who has Parkinsons, out on the street from 2pm until 9pm. Finally had to make other arrangements to get my car towed and get my husband home. By the way, I just paid almost $300.00 DOLLARS for a premium membership. Ive been a AAA MEMBER FOR 17 YEARS.. This is how they treated me. Still trying to contact a Manager. They blocked my calls. I dont know what is becoming of our old institutions.
