Little off the beaten path, but they do what they can to let you know theyre there.They went above and beyond to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Had been in an ordeal for two weeks, so I was getting to be very picky! No issues whatsoever.

I ordered an exhaust manifold online. When I received it, I realized they gave me the manifold for the wrong side of the engine (ordered left side, got right side). I called the shop and they shipped out the correct part that day free of charge no questions asked. The person I talked to on the phone was friendly and told me to keep the other manifold (effectively getting both sides for the price of one). I live on the North side of Detroit, and in both cases the parts were received next day. In all, mistakes happen, and Liberty Wholesale got the correct parts to me quickly and without hassle. I would definitely consider using them again in the future.

Went to get a new drivers side front door for my 2004 Nissan Maxima. They had my door in the same color and in good quality. They were able to change my door for me for a service fee. The service was amazing. Other body shops wanted to charge me $1500 for services and part. Left Liberty paying $175 for the door. The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable about automobiles. I recommend going here and would return again!

These guys do a solid job.I needed a wheel for my Mazda, I called in and they had one, I went to check it out and it was a bit rougher than I was hoping for. But Rick behind the counter knew that they had just gotten a similar Mazda in whose parts werent in inventory yet. They pulled a wheel off while I waited. I got a good looking wheel at a great price, My car was back in action the next day. What more could you ask for?

Waited a day for part to be pulled (understandable) when I got there the starter hadn’t been tested it was junk ... waited another day for another one pretty sure it was the same one (junk) got home (half hour drive) cAlled they said ok come back we’ll give you your money back I said not wasting my time anymore ... they delivered my refund .... that’s good business!

They say they have a part on their shelf. But when I got there I waited for a few minutes, which is fine. But when they bring the part up, its the wrong part. And they dont have one that fits.

I ordered a tail light for a Infinity SUV over the phone. What I received was a tail light for a Nissan mini van. When i called i was told they would find out what happened and call me back. After a week of waiting for a call back i called them back. I was told they didnt have it. When i asked about a refund I was told no problem. It has been over a month and I still have not received a refund and when i call from my phone i get no answer but if i call from another number they answer on the first ring and try to help me so i know its not cause they are busy. I will not be using them again and would not recommend ordering from them over the phone. If you cant go in and see the part your getting before you pay for it, unless you want a big hassle, i would not order parts from them.

Worst place ive ever dealt with in the 15 years ive been in this business.. took 700$ of my money for a trans that said tested good on the site. Then emailed me a week and a half later to say theyre refunding my money because trans had metal in the pan. Thanks for wasting my time... never again

Ordered a part. Did not fit my year of car. Tried to work with company to get an exchange. Sent photos for proof as requested but got no reply! Company representative was extremely rude and would not offer any resolution because it had been more than 30 days. Tried to resolve through Ebay and Paypal with no help there either. Had to dispute charge with my bank. Offered to pay shipping to get exchange, etc... Company representative refused any type of positive resolution.

Terrible!!!. They a rip off. Sent me the wrong part for my car. Then when I called them they was rude like it was my fault. Finally they sent me the right part. But this is how they rip me off. They actually didnt have the part they got it from another parts yard for much cheaper than what I paid for the original part from them. The reason I know this is cause I found that part myself when they sent me the wrong part. So I would never ever deal with them again!!!!

TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE!There are recycled part yards and there are junkyards.This place is a JUNKYARD.All they sell is junk.They will not honor their warranty on defective or bad parts.They will not refund your money and when you go to dispute the your credit card they will fight you.I have contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. I have contacted the Ohio attorney general to complain about their unfair business practices.I have also contacted the Toledo Municipal Court,to file a small claims now demanding labor time,plus parts.Our dealer group purchases over $30,000 in parts per month and have never encountered a business like this. STAY Away!

Poor customer service. Waited for over an hour for someone to pull a sway bar, and when I asked how much longer I got an attitude from the guy at the desk. Poor service, didnt even get my sway bar I said forget about it. Id rather pay the $250 and get it direct from the dealer and not have to deal with the the Mickey Mouse bullshit.

Had my windshield replaced for a 2002 Chev Tracker. Thought I was getting a windshield from the same brand car. NOPE. Got a windshield from some other brand car.They said its the same I dont know. They said if I have any problem to bring it back.
