Was told it would be a couple hrs. Took five hrs to change out 4 tires and install. They also handed me my tire lugnut key with electrical tape wrapped around it and said it broke but didnt use impact on it. Ive been in alot of tire shops and they all use air guns to remove lug nuts. Didnt even offer to replace the broken one. Would not recommend them

I was quoted $2,090.00 for a repair that only cost me $585.00 else where...they Over Quote prices for repairs on everything they do...they need to strictly Sell Tires and not to do any other types of repairs...

This place is by far the best auto repair shop I have ever been to in my life. The customer service is impeccable and the work they do is top notch. Great and fair prices and they genuinely look out for their customers. My husband and I drive 45 mins out of our way to come here with any and all car needs. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

We picked up a nail somewhere between North Carolina and Ohio and they were kind enough to plug the tire for us without an appointment. They also allowed someone to use their air hose for a low tire instead of pressuring for an analysis or other services. I made sure to tell the friends we came to visit about this place so they could spread the word.

Took car in for an oil change, not only after giving the counter guy my info did he put my vehicle in under my sisters contact which delayed me being reached to pick up my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle I come home to look at my air filter that I was told needed replaced to find the top of my air box not attached to the bottom and all the screws are stripped. Called and was told the tech claimed it was already like that so they won’t do anything about it. I was never told about the screws being stripped before I left the shop all I was told was they recommend all new tires and a new air filter. Last time I’ll be coming here.

Will never recommend them really bad experience enough that I had to go back and they refunded me 75 that another shop charged to install part that they didnt

Couldnt get me my tire size for my truck

They fixed a tire when we were visiting family in Ohio. We are from Wisconsin, and got us in and out in a short amount of time.

Wanted to charge me almost 700 to replace a radiator on my car. I researched the part price at 150 with a lifetime warranty.

Unfortunately I hit them at busy time. Unable to help me on a Friday night.

They dont care about fixing the problem. They just want you in and out as fast as possible

I just spent $500. Got my car back and drove it to work. The noice is just as loud! I feel like I got no where with this situation. So frustrating they told us when we picked our car up that they missed something and that was probably the main problem the whole time! I would of said please fix this problem first! Instead of a ti rod that they said was gonna go out. Now not even 24 hours later now have take it in for second opinion.

My family has used this shop many times before with no problems. I took my car in to get a tire patched, rotated, and get an oil change. Came back to find out they didnt rotate my tires because a lug was over torqued (from someone at this shop) and they didnt want to break it. Also all the pressures in the tires were completely different. Took it to a dealer and they had it off in a minute. They just plain didnt feel like rotating the tires.

My experience. Went for a front brake job and tire rotation. Received a phone call saying I needed a front wheel bearing. 435 more dollars. Had to wait one week to pay day. Made a appointment . When I got home noticed the tire rotation was not done. Paper work said it was. Went in for the bearing repair and asked for the tire rotation also. When I got my truck back the front-end still rumbled. Then I went in for a oil change and to check out the rumble. Told it was the other wheel bearing . my doubt comes did the technician the forgot my tire rotation. Did he right down the wrong wheel bearing? There price 435 .. I changed the other wheel bearing myself with a 90 dollar napa wheel bearing . And fixed the problem

While I was waiting for my car, a white male talked about blackpeople who do not work. very loudly at the front desk. he was talking to staff, not me. I amblack and do not work. I paidhalf the bill ($280). yes my boyfriend had the other half. Ibrought my car in because ofclunking noise in passenger front of car. I paid staff to fix theclunking noise. fixed transmission mount. still hearclunking noise. returned 2 days later. still hearing noise. not surewhat happened. I am willing topay to get it fixed. not lookingfor a handout. proceed with caution people.

I waited 3 hours for a simple inspection. When I was told I would be seen quickly. Plus 3 other people showed up, were treated, and left before me. I will not go there again.

Ive done business with this location for many years and was always happy, until recently. I wasnt happy when I had to sit there for 3.5 hrs having tires put on, but today was much worse! Called Friday to see if I could get rear brakes done. Was told that if I had the car there by 9 the next morning, they could have it done by early afyernoon. Dropped the car off & they said theyd call after they did the inspection. By 3PM I realized they hadnt called, so I decided to call to find out what was going on. I was told, your car is next. (They had already had the car for 6 hrs by now!) FINALLY at 515PM they called to say that I DID INDEED need rear brakes (which is what I had told them), but they needed to order the parts & couldnt do it till the next day.FINALLY got my var back at 330 TODAY!TWO DAYS FOR A REAR BRAKE JOB??RIDICULOUS! I think they have just lost my business! Too bad because 1 vehicle is due for an oil change and another needs tires!Also, my final bill was more than twice what they had originally quoted me. I understand that they needed to replace the rotors, but they never mentioned that to me for approval.

They are amazing! When everyone else turned me away due to the nearing of closing time they didnt hesitate to take care of my split tire! Literally another place open later turned mmmmhmmmm e away with my 2 yr old in the car! Zach was super friendly and helpful.

Ive always been treated like a king here. I get amazing service and always get a great deal. I own 3 vehicles and bring them here whenever I have maintenance needs. Because I drive 40k miles a year I need a good mechanic and Tony treats me right. Ive sent them pizza in the past and tipped them for their hard work before because I appreciate quality and recognize it when I see it . They are human and made 1 mistake on my wifes car but immediately corrected it. Thats pretty good considering Ive been there no less that 30 times in the past 8 years. Im going there tomorrow actually to get my wifes snow tires put on her Lexus. Its important to me to have a good relationship with service professionals and treat people kindly and with compassion at all times. Its payed off for me because I dont have to ask for good deals any more they just respect me and hook me up all the time now.

I went in to have an oil change. As I waited an hour and half to have it done, I had an appointment. I watched as the employees came in an attempted to up sale other services to the women only. When it was my turn they told me I need 2 tires right away. The tires are not even a year old. Then I needed a headlight replaced. This car just went thru a state inspection 3 days earlier and passed. When I told Zach I just wanted an oil change, he told me we are just looking to keep you and others safe on the road. Then he just stood there waiting for me to change my mind. He didnt get the response he wanted and I had to wait another 20 minutes, the oil change had not even been started! I called the corporate office and let them know and was advised I would hear back in 48 hours. That was Saturday it is now the following Friday and still no call! The only thing that was good was the young man that changed my oil and returned my car. I will never go back!

Theyve been pretty great to us so far. Cant come up with a thing to complain about and each time someone in my family has had to get tires, we call around for price comparisons; Michel Tire beats everyones prices each time, when coupled with the quality of product and service. And the guys dont seem to be taking advantage of lady customers either, like some shops. Each time its been checked and verified. Much appreciated!

Improper installation of a heater core and I waited to long on accident to get it replaced and now they want me to repay full price. Probably never touched the heater core in the first place! Ridiculous

Needed an alignment on my truck after lowering kit install.Went to a location near me and was referred to this location due to the type of rims I have and the equipment could possibly cause some damage.Not much more out of the way was a little over 30 min drive.Tony and the tech took care of it.Also they use gloves and other protection means to keep things clean which I appreciate due to having a white truck.Thanks guys.

I took my truck in to get an inspection and they gave me a list of all my problems but when I took it into a different auto shop they told me that some of the problems from the list I had don t even exist...I would not recommend taking your car here. They are over-priced and obviously dont know what they are talking about.

I took my daughters car there 12/20/1017 the belt tension was replaced and they used a belt I bought that I couldn’t get on. The manager assured me the car would be thoroughly inspected to see if anything else was wrong..my daughter lives 1.4 miles from micheal tire she coasted in her driveway. New mechanic after she pays to get towed somewhere else says alternator immediately tested bad. Micheal tire could’ve had the job the car was at there shop but instead she had to pay out more money for another tow to some other shop that cares!!! Thanks a lot for promising to take care of her to me

Just went there this morning to get the tire plugged or patched becus there was a screw it in. They wouldnt do it becus I drove on the tire flat. But yet my back tires are like new. I was told that I HAD to buy a new tire. I said No. So they got everything back together an had my car upfront waiting for me. I go out to get in my car. My tire is not aired up all the way an Im missing the valve stem cap to my tire. IM NOT HAPPY.!!!

Every time you go to this shop they tell you parts a bad that they have already replaced many times. Why do tie rod ends need replaced every time you get your alignment checked? Sounds like they have a crappy product if there parts are only lasting a year. But its a good way for them to make money... they get paid for labor by me & get the parts replaced for free from there supplier. Nice scam!

Buyer beware! Ladies beware! I felt scammed for repair that was not necessary. We had to return for problems and we were not greeted when we approached Tony the manager. We were snarled at, head and eye roll, no eye contact, it was awful. Then I watched this same old, short, greasy hair, and not attractive man flirt with a young woman. It was disgusting.

On June 15, 2017, my husband and I found our tire almost flat. It was about 6:40 pm and apparently closing time is 7 pm. We have bought tires here in the past and thought they could help us out, as we were leaving on a trip in the morning. We were told they could look it on Friday morning if they could have it for 2 hours. We could not wait, so we went across the street to Tireman, who also had a 7 pm closing time. They put the car on the lift and saw a nail in the inside sidewall. We bought another tire from them and were on our way in 20 minutes! We will not be doing any more business with Michael Tires Plus!

Had our older car towed to this location. With a timing chain issue. My husband was a mechanic just got out of it. He knew what was wrong. We had called and even received a quote. Once we paid to have it towed they wouldnt touch it because it being high milage. Now we have to pay to have it towed again.

When I dropped off my vehicle off for an appointment, I left some personal property inside and it ended up stolen. I came back later and blatantly saw my property in my car and was told in a rude manner that no one has seen it by the store manager, Tony DiLorenzo, while also being called a liar. This establishment and its workings are shady and un-honest and unworthy of any business from anyone.

Tire Plus is the only place I go to get my car fixed theyre wonderful people

They wont be in business much longer if they continue with their antics, total scam. I paid $25 dollars for them to patch my tire back up. It lasted less than 3 days then it blew up. I went in to buy a new tire, they charged me full retail and sold me a used tire. That tire lasted me a week and went back to complain and they replaced my tire as a courtesy due to the fact I had not purchased road hazard warranty. As I left their shop 20 minutes on the road two of my other tires blew up and had pieces of metal jammed into them. I took my car into Belle Tire they could not salvage my tires but made me aware that they deliberately punctured my tires in order to make me purchase a new set. Beware consumers, save your time and money.

Wish I could give no stars. I dont even know where to start with this crooked shop, first off I took my truck here to get an alignment after lifting it and putting all new front end components on it, they called me an hour later telling me that all four BRAND NEW ball joints were junk because they had play in them and that it needed new chamber bolts so I got new chamber bolts and took it back down to the shop to have it aligned they aligned it back to factory specs and all the ball joints thightened up after they put grease in them (as I told them when it was down there the first time ). when I came to pick it the next day Tony the general manager informed me that the top driver side ball joint was popping in and out and you can hear it when your going down the road so I limped it home (I mile away) listening to the popping sound. Once I got home I went to take the upper ball joint off to replace it, so I started to take off the lug nuts and noticed all six of them were about to spin off the studs so it was the rim rocking back and fourth on the studs!! That had me livid with their work and I ended up stoping back down to talk to Tony and tell him that it was the lugnuts and he kept telling me that oh well we didnt touch the wheel and we dont require our workers to touch the lug nuts so I told him that as a known and trusted establishment that you should always tighten or at the very least inform the customer that there lugnuts are loose especially when working on the front end. But instead he let it leave the shop doors in a very unsafe manor that could have caused an accident. Oh its not over yet, today I was driving to class on I-75 and the right wheel started to move in and out rapidly and then it stopped so I iust thought it may have been the uneven pavement, but as I was leaving class I got up to about 30mph and it started shaking so bad and then the tire started going side ways down the road so I limped it to the curb and got out to inspect it and found out that they neglected to tighten the nut on the inner tie rod and it poped off the truck completely. I had buddy in the truck and three buddys behind me that witnessed the whole event that could have been very catastrophic. I called micheals and they had it towed back to the shop and put a nut on it and realigned it for free, they told me that it wasnt their fault but yet they didnt charge me and did it right away... Sounds a little fishy. Why would you do it for free if it wasnt your fault sounds like they are trying to cover their ass. Needless to say I had to miss work because of the event I also had to wait for a tow truck to come and get a ride to the shop. I can ensure you that there will be legal action taken against them for the negligence of safety to the customer. In conclusion I would not recommend any one to take their vehicle to micheals tire plus on Alexis road. They have poorly trained techs and the managers have no understanding of quality work and customer service.Truck is a 96 Chevy k1500.
