Belle Amour Bridal is amazing!! the store is beautiful and spacious. My family and I had our own little area so we weren’t disturbed by other brides looking for their dresses. I worked with Brianna, and I can NOT say enough wonderful things about her! She was so kind, and so patient during the entire process. She never tried to sway me to choose a dress, and was so patient when I wanted to retry on a couple dresses to see if they were still contenders. Brianna went and picked out another dress for me to try on, and it was PERFECT! It was the perfect combination of the two dresses I was in love with. When I went to show my family the dress, the radio started playing “tears in heaven” (my mom passed away a couple years ago and I was really upset about not having her here with me for this experience), and that’s exactly how I knew Brianna had picked the right dress for me. Wedding Dress shopping was exciting but intimidating in my mind. I chose Belle Amour because of their stellar reviews and recommendations from friends, and they did NOT disappoint! I went into my appointment a little anxious and nervous but Ann turned that around immediately.The second dress I tried on, was THE ONE -- even though I went through so many! Michelle (the owner) checked on me multiple times. Ann brought MANY options, and I went with a dress style I didnt think I would like! I don’t have enough words to explain how wonderful my experience was with Belle Amour. I have an October 2021 wedding and purchased a gown from a different bridal shop February 2021 and paid for it in full to be informed at the end of July that my dress was never ordered. I found the news out on a Friday night called Belle Amour first thing the next morning on a Saturday. Michelle, the owner answered the phone and sympathized for my situation and let me know that although all her time slots were completely booked she would make me a time slot and keep the store open after hours for me. This shop is absolutely beautiful with an excellent selection of gowns! I came in with a small group of friends and found a dress I liked but wasn’t able to buy it without my mom being able to give her stamp of approval. Michelle let me know there was one gown in stock in the country, but she also understood how I felt about my mom’s opinion prior to making the purchase. The shop isn’t typically open on Mondays but she accommodated me so I could bring my mom and I ended up purchasing the dress this day. My mom jokingly made a comment to actually order the dress because the other shop didn’t. Michelle then let us know that she ordered the dress after I left the shop on Saturday because she sympathized for everything I had been through the last few days and didn’t think I deserved to have any more disappointment with my gown. This gesture brought me to tears after such a stressful few days I was reminded by how kind people can be. I am so happy I was able to support a business with such excellent customer service! My other bridal shop wouldn’t even answer my calls. I give Belle Amour my highest recommendation!

If I could give Belle Amour zero stars, I would. My bridesmaids and I went to this boutique hoping for a relaxing and fun experience, and got entirely the opposite. None of us felt welcomed by any of the staff upon arrival nor was the environment fun or relaxed. While my consultant seemed very nice, we all got the impression that she was trying to rush us out the door and could not have cared less about helping me find my dream dress. At one point, my bridesmaid tried to give me a mirror to see the back of a dress that I had on and my consultant said, I know you arent crazy about this one so lets just get you changed into something else, even though I really did like the gown but just needed more time to look at it! If you are looking for a personal and fun experience, do not go here. I highly recommend Forevermore Bridal instead!

The experience I had at Belle Amour was perfection. Less than a year out from the big day, my parents and I went into their shop on the hunt for my dream dress. We had the privilege of getting to work with Laura who was very patient and friendly during the process; it was my first time trying on wedding gowns! I cannot even begin to express how much I loved working with Belle Amour! I worked with Laura and she knew all the right dresses to pull for me and found my dress with my first appointment! All the staff are fun and professional. I had a few questions while waiting for my dress to come in and Michelle always responded within the next day! I never wasnt smiling when I was in the shop and was sad that my time ended with them once I picked up my dress. Had a wonderful time shopping for my Wedding Gown here. I worked with Ann and chose my dress on my first shopping trip. She was wonderful to work with and made me feel super comfortable. They had a decent selection of plus size gowns to try on and carry the brand that I was most in love with. My gown came in 6 months later and I just had my meet the gown appointment. I worked with Jane today, she was absolutely amazing. She is definitely a person you want around when trying on your gown, she is so bubbly and made the experience even better. On top of the amazing in store experience, the respond to emails and Facebook messages promptly and always seem to have an answer to any question. Belle Amour is definitely my recommendation for Bridal shops.

Amazing place! My dress appointment was back in June and everyone there was so helpful and understanding with me. I had my mother in law and sister in law outside looking through the window and they were not mad at all that I wanted to show them through the window (with covid I could bring a certain amount of people in the store) I’m an indecisive person and they were very patient with me when I kept asking to put the dress I picked back on😂 my dress pick up apt was this week and they were again amazing with me! I even added headwear to my order and they were so helpful! Can’t wait to order my bridesmaid dresses with them!

Highly recommend this place for your wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses! I was referred by a friend who got her dress from here and loved it here! My wedding dress is beautiful, and every staff member I’ve worked with since the beginning made me feel so comfortable and made sure I was picking the dress that was right for me. I went elsewhere before coming here and didn’t have a great experience, so I was nervous coming in here, thinking I may have a similar experience and not be able to pick a dress. Mackenzie was my bridal stylist that helped me pick out my dress, and she was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and really listened to what I was looking for in a dress, and ultimately helped me pick mine! It was the first dress she grabbed for me and the first one I tried on. I tried on a few others but still went back to that first one we had, and it’s perfect for me! My bridesmaids also got their dresses here, and the whole process was very easy. Their dresses are gorgeous and my bridesmaids actually got to be super involved in picking out the dresses, which they loved! The staff is always super friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I love everything about this place and have already recommended it to other people!

I wish I had the experience that everyone else seemed to have. I debated posting this but the closer my wedding gets the more this has upset me that nothing has been done. When I called to check on the delivery for my bridesmaids dresses 2 months after ordering them I was told they had not been ordered yet. I didn’t get an apology, all I received was an “I’ll order them right away” after being on hold for several minutes. So now they wont be here UNTIL THE MONTH OF MY WEDDING. The day I went to pick up my dress I brought it up to another employee in the dressing room and still no apology or any reasoning. These dresses were almost $300 and now my bridesmaids may not even get to wear them, beyond disappointed.

Customer Service is terrific and they genuinely care about you and what you want/need. I honestly couldn’t say enough great things about them. I drove 2 hrs from out of town to visit their store as they were having a Lillian West trunk show (a wedding gown designer I really loved). I booked my appointment back in January. Belle Amour Bridal gave me the most personalized, amazing experience when picking out and getting my wedding dress altered! When I first received my dress, there was an issue that was the manufacturers fault. Belle Amours manager, Michelle, was absolutely amazing and paid for the dress alterations needed to make sure it was in perfect condition! She even sat in on my alteration appointments to make sure I was satisfied every step of the way! Coming from Grand Rapids, Michigan to Toledo, Ohio was a long drive for a dress, but it was well worth it, thanks to everyone at Belle Amour Bridal! I did not think that I would find the one there mostly because I was looking so far in advance and thought for sure I would need to try on many more at more places. We happened to be there during a trunk show which I highly recommend. There are staff from the designers there to assist which was great! Also better deals on dresses! They have a huge selection of fabulous dresses. I was torn between two dresses however with the help of the designer staff and Belle Amour i found that I was able to merge the two dresses into exactly what I wanted and felt comfortable in. The dress came in plenty of time. I came back to search for bridesmaids dresses during a sale and two of my bridesmaids found beautiful dresses to wear at an amazing price. I was determined to leave Toledo to find my wedding dress. 4 big city bridal shops later, I walked into Belle Amour to browse around and instantly knew Id find my dress there, they have an amazing selection. The subsequent appointment I made was different than my others too. My sales associate was not pushy and really listened to what I was looking for. The shop is gorgeous and comfortable. After purchasing my gown there, they went above and beyond with me on selecting bridesmaid dresses. Not only did they spend extensive time helping me choose the color by layering different tulle colors, they worked with my seamstress after one of my bridesmaid dresses needed an emergency repair and required additional fabric in a hurry. My seamstress said in her 40 years in the business, she never saw a bridal shop do that for a customer. Michelle, the owner, is awesome. She didnt stop caring about me even after she had already made her sale. I feel like thats rare anymore. Highly recommend :)

This was the best experience I couldve hoped for. Not being confident while shopping for your wedding dress isnt a good mix but Emily made me feel so calm and comfortable! Only thing to note: if you or your bridesmaids are in between sizes always go with the larger size because you can always make it smaller. This advice wasn’t given consistently.

Very friendly staff who really listen to what youre looking for. They have the passion to make your big day as perfect as they can! I purchased my bridal gown there as well as my bridesmaids dresses. The only downside is that they do not have any in-house alterations. They were able to give me recommendations for a local seamstress, but she is not affiliated with the store. Plus my bridesmaids dresses were from here too and I’m still getting compliments weeks lately how great they all looked together!

Belle Amour Bridal is truly amazing! The ladies there are wonderful and made the experience one Ill never forget. I couldnt be happier. Kaitlyn was my bridal consultant and she was so sweet and helped pull dresses that I would like. She took the time to understand the look I was going for. Belle Amour has the best atmosphere in Toledo for wedding dress shopping. The private dressing rooms, the wall of mirrors, and the ample seating make it a beautiful place for a bride and her friends to enjoy the shopping experience. The decorative accents add to the elegant atmosphere.The dresses are arranged on racks by style, making it easy to find the style you want; but most dresses only come in a size 10, so if you are very small or much larger than a 10, it is difficult to see how youll look in the dress.The staff was very helpful.

I can nott speak highly enough of this bridal shop. Everyone there is so helpful and pleasant to work with. I was not even the bride, but just a part of the bridal party. We will return for sure when it is time to order the bridesmaid dresses!

Ladies, if you need a dress for your special day...this is THE place to come! I was at Belle Amour on 11/3/18 and had the BEST experience there! I got into a room later than my appointment time, but the staff was very apologetic and explained circumstances (no biggie). Once I got into my room, my consultant was wonderful to work with! Not only did she listen to what I was looking for, she offered some sound advice on the different dresses I was trying on (how dresses would sit on my figure, if the dress complimented my shape, etc) and she did so without coming off as cross or harsh. Another SUPER perk to this place is their vast options of dresses...that also includes PLUS SIZED DRESSES! My first bridal appointment for dress shopping was at a different boutique and their selection of plus size dresses were slim. Belle Amour offers 3 times the amount. I give my experience a 20/10! BEST BOUTIQUE EVER!

I found my wedding dress at Belle Amour about two years before my big day (because hey, a girl cant wait) and I just got married last month.Finding a dress in particular is such a crazy experience. You may have your eye set on one in particular, but youll never actually know until you try one on. That was my experience at Belle Amour. They have the most beautiful dresses from many well-known designers, so youre guaranteed a quality dress. My helper, Ashley, was amazing. When the dress I had my eye on didnt work out, she helped me figure out a new tactic and I ended up with the perfect one.

OMG! Where do I start?!?!Emily! The woman that works wonders to make sure you know what you want! I had tried on dresses multiple times! The same dresses over and over! She was so patient! Loved her to pieces!Also this store went above and beyond for me! I actually found a dress I liked at a differnt boutique and they ordered me a sample dress to the store to let me make my final decisions!Did I mention the dress was about $600 cheaper here!If youre getting married I 100% recommend going to talk to these ladies!

The Belles were extremely accommodating to my large group of bridesmaids/family coming with me to find my gown. I never felt rushed or as if they were pushing a sale. They listened to what I was saying when trying on dresses and pulled things that I wouldnt have pictured but ended up loving! Would highly recommend!

Belle Amour was definitely the right place to go for my first time ever dress shopping. The staff was so amazing and helped out with every little detail from bridesmaids and flower girl dresses to what alterations were available for my dress. I never felt rushed and they had so many different types of dresses so you could get a feel for what was right for you. The one problem I had was that there was only one fitting room and you had to walk thru another brides party to get to it. Other than that, it was an amazing experience and a nice surprise to know what a great business we have hiding here in downtown Toledo.

Belle Amours bridal consultants are extremely personable, friendly and make the entire experience a day to remember. The owner of the shop is also amazing. Michelle was so great when we came in to pick out bridesmaids dresses. All my girls found their dressss.

We visited Belle Amour for my sister to try on dresses. Im the one who set up the appointment for her and was very pleased with how easily they fit her in with her time constraints as she was home visiting with only a few free hours. They easily accommodated our of 6(plus bride to be) and allowed us to really enjoy this special time with all the important women in my sisters life. The associate that was assisting was fabulous, she listened to everything my sister wanted and picked out some very good options. The amount of dresses to choose from is quite large, but I did notice the werent very many plus sizes which may be problematic for some. While she didnt pick a dress that day she was able to narrow it down to 2 and we will be back for sure when shes ready to decide.

I have shopped at several bridal shops in the area, and Belle Amour is the BEST at what they do!!! Their selection is fantastic, their commitment to customer service is superb and we had a fantastic time while we were there. There is no other place in Toledo to go for a bridal gown than Belle Amour!!!!

The BEST bridal gown shop in Toledo!

Being a local wedding planner, I have dealt with many bridal stores! Belle Amour is the only local bridal store I recommend to my clients! They have gorgeous dressses, amazing customer service and are so easy to work with!

The staff was amazingly friendly and so helpful! We found my wedding dress so incredibly quickly and we even got it during their sale, amazing!

I had 2 issues with this place. One the disorganization. When I went in there they started a card for me while I was trying dresses on. I found 2 that I really liked and told them I needed a day or 2 to think of what one I really wanted. Well I had to wait more like 4 since they for some reason are closed on Sundays and Mondays. So I went back in to let them know what dress I wanted to order and they couldnt find my card anywhere. There were papers and things scattered all over their desks -- it was just a mess.I decided to order bridesmaids dresses from them as well and I ended up catching them in a lie. All my bridesmaids got their measurements in by December 6th like I asked but when I called them 2 weeks later to make sure the dresses got ordered, they told me they JUST got the measurements in that day I happened to call. So they put my order in that day (I think). I ended up getting a call the next day saying I needed to call them in order to put my bridesmaids dresses order in...which I literally did the day before. So needless to say I was stressed about the dresses until they arrived.The shop and the selection is small but I did find my dress there and even though I had those issues, everyone I dealt with was really nice.

Im really disappointed with my experience at Belle Amour. I purchased a wedding dress and the day after asked if I could exchange or return it since I was not happy with the dress I picked. They said no, which I know its difficult to do but I dont think it would have been that difficult to let me exchange it (even get half of the money back). Another bridal shop even let me do it and I didnt even purchase the dress from them. Then the bridesmaids dresses were ordered through them, they had all the bridesmaids information yet continued to call and email continously concerning their dresses and money and I repeatedly told them to speak to them about as I was already busy planning a wedding. They purposely held up ordering dresses because one bridesmaid ordered hers later than the others (still wouldve received them on time regardless) and then charged them all late fees. Even though they had paid already and ordered them on time. Usually anyone I spoke with were not helpful and unwilling to work with me. Very disappointed and would not recommend them. Go elsewhere!

Extremely disappointed in Belle Amour!!! We ordered our bridesmaid dresses and when we received them one bridesmaids dress was a size 4 when it needed to be a zero, the other dress the zipper was broke and way too big, one was a different material, and they were all the wrong color red then what was ordered. For the prices they charge this shouldnt have happened, we would have just saved money and ordered from Davids Bridal if this was the type of service we were going to get!
