Awful we ordered online and still have not received our order from Feb. When we visited this location we had returned a pair of shoes out of the 3 we had bought and their staff returned the wrong pair on receipt and I had ordered the correct size online and when we went to return the 2nd of the 3 we were told we had already taken it back and they accused us of taking the shoes off the counter after the return happened! We spent almost 2 ½ hrs there arguing with staff and management about it telling them the girl that returned the 1st pair wasnt even paying attention and was busy flirting with a customer so she probably returned the wrong number on the receipt. Finally the manager decided she had no other choice cause they were trying to keep the shoes and have us leave without the refund or our purchase and we were not having it. So she went and watched cameras from when we did the original return which we thanked her when she told us that she would be doing that cause we knew then she could see for herself and owe us an apology for sure. She comes back after about 25 min and says okay she scanned wrong box apparently I see where you brought in a pair of shoes and she took them back and you left. Never did she apologize to us for having accused us of walking off with the merchandise after the refund. Nothing just rolled her eyes with a cocky and poor attitude and then complained how she had to stay open an hour passed close. As though we really wanted to spend our night there as well held hostage being told we could not leave with the shoes or our money for the return!

My husband went today 5/22 for the new release for Micheal Jordan funko pop. My husband waited in line for the release with other funko hunters. One of the hunters is known for being rude and not very nice to retail workers. If course he did it again. As soon as this person saw workers coming in he jumped all over them and started asking if they had this funko pop. Most of the workers didnt know since they were just walking in!! They finally open the doors and the 3 people in line waiting ( including my husband) walk up and this other funko hunter makes a big deal. Starts yelling at worker ( Andrew) accusing him of hiding this item in the back so he could keep them for himself. It got so bad they had to kick this person out of the store. ONE LET ME SAY I AM SO SORRY THAT THIS HAPPENED TO YOU GUYS!! No one should be treated like this for a stupid toy! I understand its a big deal to get these and for the TRUE HUNTER would never act like this. This man is a flipper, meaning he sales these items for a large amount of money and wants to buy them all. Thank you DESTINY C. AND ANDREW G. for helping my husband get one of the pops he wanted. He is a Lakers fan and you were able to make his day by getting him the Lebron James pop and also helping him pre order the Michael Jordan pop. I hope corporate knows they have amazing employees at this location and handled everything professionally!!!!

What an absolutely horrible experience. Went Into exchange my sons Christmas gift the newest Currys. They release Dec 1 and were on backorder until Dec 8 I received them on Dec 15 after spending 117.98 for these shoes. In the 10 days he has had them they are coming apart around does. I called customer care and they said I could go to any store w my email and return or exchange them. I went to the store at Westfield mall In Toledo Ohio and dealt with a manager named Dave who not only at the beginning of the interaction refused to look at the receipts on my phone via email, told me the shoes were much older then I was portraying (ummm the shoes didnt even release before Dec 1 so at best going on the logic the shoes would have been 31 days old) he then continued to say they were not available to reorder, which is a lie according to 3 ladies from their customer care and they are also available in different colors. He stated they looked like they had been played with outside. Again we are in Northwest Oh where we have 4 inches of snow on the ground and schools were even cancelled due to wind fills temps, my kids havent even been outside in weeks.. He then proceeded to tell me I needed to deal with online and that there wasnt anything he was going to do for my $120 purchase. I called customwr care AGAIN where I was now told they didnt understand why David Didnt take care if me and the shoes are available to order and that they are all ship from store. So now they want me to wait 3 to5 business days to get a UPS sticker sent to my email to then ship the shoes to them (the wholr time Foot Locker had my money AND my shoes and I have nothing to show for my $120 purchase) and then wait another 5-7 business days for them to ship me a new pair once they determine by looking at them that they are truly defective. So Im supposed to wait up to 3 additional weeks to exchange a Christmas present in the middle of basketball season.
