I received a call for an interview there and was told to show up at 1:30pm. I showed up for my interview 10 minutes earlier only to find out the boss had already left at noon and would not be back for my interview. The worker working at the time told me she would interview me. She basically asked 2-3 questions and did not seem to know how to interview someone at all. The worker seemed nervous and confused at the same time, I just felt bad for her situation. I hope in the near future they become more professional and solve their. communication/leadership issues because after that interview I no longer wanted to even think about working there.

The ordering process was really easy, showed up earlier than expected but omg, lol. These shoes were definitely worn before and are so dirty. I will be returning. I hope the return process goes well.

Ive always had really great service from the employees at this location. They put up with me trying on a million pairs of jeans to find the ones that actually fit right, and even provide helpful advice during the process. PacSun rocks!

The staff working today (3/19/16) were extremely rude. I mean, Ive thought this kind of stuff when I worked retail, but I never actually let it out of my mouth. The gave us a ton of grief for not wanting to give out our phone number at the register and made a couple snide remarks. I get it, youve got a quota to make, but its no excuse to be an unprofessional.
