I went in Shi last weekend looking for a pair of boots for my daughter. They have a really nice selection of footwear, but my daughter is real picky and only found one pair she liked. And of course they didnt have her size. The young lady helping us offered to order it but we needed to try the shoe on first. She did try to accommodate us and I appreciate that. Five stars for customer service on that day.

If I could give this store less than one star I would. I went into the store to exchange a pair of white vans that I had because they had a huge yellow stain on the back. I wore them for an hour without damaging them when I noticed the stain. When I went into the store it had a great atmosphere with really awesome workers. Marie, at the register thought it was okay to raise her voice at me while trying to exchange the shoes. She kept repeating “they’re worn” in a very rude and loud tone. I did not appreciate being harassed over a simple pair of shoes. It wasn’t until a different lady came over that I was able to exchange them. I highly discourage ANYONE from giving SHI, at the Franklin Park Mall location, any business. It was rude and uncalled for for an employee to be yelling at a customer. On top of being harassed, they gave me the wrong size shoe...I have always went to SHI to buy all of my shoes; however, after this encounter with Marie, I will be taking my business somewhere else.
