Mark was fantastic! We had to come for my sisters mattress for her new apartment and he made sure she was making the right decision reminding us that a mattress is actually a health product. He told her to take any injuries into account in picking a mattress. Additionally she sleeps on her stomach so he made sure she tested each out each the way she actually sleeps. He was energetic and clearly enjoys his job. We really appreciated all his help

Carl was fabulous with helping us get the right twin mattress for my boys. He was very friendly and especially great with our kids. But most importantly we got everything we wanted for a great price.

My boyfriend and I came into the tolland store as our first stop looking for a new mattress. Him being the type to not buy at the first stop I was surprised that we did. The store manager was great, listened to our needs and directed us in the right direction. She never once pushed for the sale, and did everything she could to help us out. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend going here if you need a mattress or any bed needs. Definitely worth it!

Very bad experience!!!! I was told that my mattress would be delivered today between 12-2 and last night I got a confirmation that my mattress would be delivered at 9am. When I called the store to ask about this they were extremely in-helpful as it was almost 8pm and all they wanted to do was go home. They said to call back the next morning to figure it out except that they dont open until 10am and my mattress was being delivered at 9. I ended up having to rearrange my whole day and get my apartment complex to let me move in early so that the mattress could be delivered. Every time I interacted with the sales staff over the phone they only ever talked about wanting 5 star reviews on their google site. Not a good experience and would not recommend!!!!!!

Worked with Lynn and she was extremely helpful and answered all my questions without any pressure. I ended up buying a floor model for my guest room and took it the same day.
