I would not recommend doing business with Unleashed Machines, particularly, Bruce Jackson. I bought a 2019 Polaris Slingshot from Bruce Jackson in April of this year. Bruce stated the bank had the title and once paid off he would provide it to me within 10 days. I have contacted Bruce by phone (v-mail full) and text multiple times, with him only returning my call once stating DMV closure issues. That was several months ago. This is not a valid excuse. I will now have to pursue legal channels to obtain the vehicle title.

I have had Unleashed Machines do work on my F-250 on multiple occasions and they have been great to deal with each and every time. The staff is very pleasant, their pricing is on point and they do what they say they are going to do. I have more work in the design/planning stages on my 64 Fairlane and I cant wait to get back in there to see these folks again. I highly recommend Unleashed Machines

Great bunch of folks to deal with. They went above and beyond to take care of me, mounting and installing my tires and wheels quickly and professionally.I highly recommend them and will use them myself again.

Tried to give it no stars but, one is as low as I could get. Had a canvas boat top made here. Delivered an incomplete job. Had to return it to have them finish the bad sewing job. Not smart enough to order the right color reinforcing band and had to settle for an off color. Did not finish installing it as promised and then the owner tried to act like he didnt know and tried to blame me for his garbage work claiming he underpriced it and was losing money on it. Two weeks later than promised, then when I came and took it, it had muddy footprints everywhere they works. What a poorly run shop with shoddy work and customer service

Would have given a zero rating in customer service alone...the owner is so stressed and cant send an email or anything without messing it up. Had a new rv planned and was making a 2200 mile trip that kept getting g delayed and he kept pushing out. I will now not have anything done and am expecting a refund...DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!
