I got into a collision two weeks ago, and I had my insurance send my car to this body shop. I have used Unique Collisions back in August of last year as well. I specifically requested for them because of Robert’s timely response and spectacular service on my car.Robert calls me to let me know when the car is ready for pick up but always Finishes the repairs way ahead of time.My wheels are Shiny and my car is spotless. Without a doubt, I will always use Unique Collisions for any type of car service that I need.

After a bad experience at another body shop I was leary to use Unique after they were recommended by my insurance company. I went in and spoke with them about my concerns, they assured me that they would do whatever was necessary to take care of my car. My car has a 3 stage paint and that was the issue with the other body shop I used previously. They called in about 3 days and let me know my car was finished, I drove to the shop ready to point out any mistake or imperfection. Once I arrived I was so impressed, the paint was perfect, I could not see any imperfection with the paint or body work. The manager came out and said he was informed of my previous experience and just wanted to be sure I was happy with my car. I never write reviews but this shop impressed me so much I felt compelled to do so. 5 star customer service and better than 5 star work. I hope I will never need a body shop again but if I do Unique has earned my business forever.

Unique Collision is truly unique!We brought in my wifes 2020 pickup truck (with less than 600 miles on the OD). She obtained some pretty good damage to the drivers side (over $6k). To make a long story short, Robert and his team made the entire process painless and the work performed is second to none! You would swear the vehicle never had damage.After the work was completed, we noticed a rattle and mentioned it to Robert, who quicky diagnosed the sound as a loose nut on the gas filler tube (nothing serious, which was good) and corrected the rattle in minutes!The work performed by Robert and his team and the customer experience that Unique Collision offers is truly Unique and they will have my business again if I ever need a repair again!

The first time I showed up to leave my car for repairs, there was a scheduling issue. The manager (Robert) could see that I was frustrated about the situation and promised to make it right the following week. Which he did - I got my car back quickly, repairs were completed well, and Robert provided updates on the progress. I would definitely recommend Unique Collision in Tomball!

I cant say enough good things about Robert Prieto and his team at Unique Collision. Robert made the whole process a breeze and took the time to show he cares about his customers. After having a bad experience with nearby shops, this experience was by far the best.

Robert and Reyna were absolutely amazing. An 18-wheeler had hit my brand new Mercedes (still with paper plates on). They saw how upset I was when it was dropped off. The entire time they had my car, I was continually updated with how it was going. Robert had it done before it was even estimated to be done and it looks like NOTHING even touched my car! On top of that, he even took the time to wax and detail my car for me as a just because, because he knew how happy I was to have her back! Absolutely, will always recommend, anyone to come here!

This is by far one of the better experiences Ive had with a business. Robert and his team are outstanding in their attention to detail and customer service is 5 star! Rather than have me wait for the rental car co to pick me up he had his own family member take me there in their personal BMW - talk about amazing service! And the work they did to my truck after pretty extensive hail damage - its like new! Hopefully you should not need a collision shop but if you do - these are the guys to take it to.

These guys needs a Thousand stars!! My car got sandwiched in a freeway accident in San Antonio area last year. With no second thought I got it towed back to Houston for repair. Adjuster said it will be totalled but I disagreed and insisted to repair it. This place is great! They have very fast and friendly service, they make sure they update you regularly regarding your vehicle repairs! Once my repairs were completed, they even waxed and detailed my entire vehicle, including buffing out several small scratches that were unrelated to the collision repair and made it look like new. Wow! These people not only did a really good job repairing the body damage to my vehicle, making my vehicle look brand new again, but they went even further by washing, cleaning, and detailing both the exterior AND the interior. True quality workmanship as well as above and beyond customer service. I took my car in for a bumper repair. Right before picking my car up I asked Rob to look at my AC due to it recently going out. Let me tell you! Best experience I have ever had with repairs. Not only did they communicate with me every step of the way. They also made sure that the insurance paid the most possible by quoting OEM items. They gave me a call when the insurance wanted only used items for the repairs. The end result was quick repairs and new parts all around. If you are in need of collision this is the place to go. Where do I even start? THIS IS THE BEST CAR PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO! Nothing but smiling faces and the best service. They’re all knowledgeable and made sure I knew everything that was gonna hppen plus they worked hand in hand with progressive and enterprise so I didn’t have to worry about anything! I had an ugly dent and messed up side from getting t boned and they made it look brand new!
