I’m rebuilding my truck. My 1994 Ford f150 transmission was hard to shift and was making weird noises. Had them check it out and told me I need a rebuild and gave me a good quote. Now it runs very smooth. Amazing service finished it in less then a week. Very convenient. Good price. Highly recommend to everyone.

After being told I was going to need a new transmission from another shop I decided to shop around. All pro was the first to reach out to me with a better quote than the previous shop. They towed my car to their shop and immediately got working on figuring out what my diagnosis was. To my extreme surprise it turned out my transmission was fine, my engine was having troubles and wasn’t displaying codes. From a 3500$ fix down to a measly 1800$ ! They even had a VW tech look it over to make sure the diagnosis was correct! I am an anxious person by nature and the fact that I could communicate with their shop via email or text was a life saver for me. I decided it was time for a transmission fluid change and called the dealer ship because I also needed some recalls performed. I still reached out to all pro and they were quick to help me out! Even though they aren’t doing my recalls, I trust their work with my vehicle so much that I’ll just have to see the dealer another day! In all I trust all pro and will be telling all of my loved ones to use them from now on!

All the people at All Pro Transmission were very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been having bad luck with finding a trustworthy mechanic shop until I read the review for this place. I decided to give them a try and it was the best decision I made. I brought my truck to the shop because my check engine light came on but turned off again and wasnt sure what the problem was. They found the problem and had it fixed within a few hours and havent had a problem since, also with a reasonable price. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.

Needed a rear main seal replaced on my 2006 Yukon XL. Called Justin who not only gave me a great price but guaranteed their work. The vehicle was dropped off in the AM and I got it back that evening. They used only GM genuine parts upon my request. The vehicle now has over 5000 miles on the repaired seal with not one drip of oil. Mind you, I was losing about two quarts a week which was dripping onto my driveway and anywhere I parked the car. Finally, I have found a repair facility I can trust who wont gouge me or suggest unneeded repairs. I highly recommend these guys for your repair needs.

AllPro put a clutch in one of my vehicles. The clutch was bad and they had the replacement ordered and installed very quickly at no further charge. These are trustworthy guys

My Expedition worked ok for a few weeks after I took it there for its slipping transmission. Now it is slipping again. I thought they were supposed to fix it the first time now I have to take it back.

I had my car diagnosed at another place where they charged me 100$ and left my battery sitting on the ground for me to put back in my car. I left crying and in dire straits of finding a good honest mechanic. My co worker told me about All Pro and her experience there. I will say im so glad i found them!!! Justin is fantastic and their customer service went beyond my expectations. So thankful to know there are still good people out there. Highly recommend 10 out of 10!!

We took my wifes ford ranger in to the shop and they took care of it no problem. I did have to bring it back after a few weeks because it was shifting a bit rough, but each step they explained what they were adjusting and why. When we got it back it was like new. These guys are awesome!!!! I brought my 2009 Jeep Patriot to them after dealing with two other crappy mechanic shops! I am so very very glad that I came to them. My Jeep was under an extended warranty and Jason worked extremely hard to get everything I needed fixed under that warranty! They definitely exceeded my expectations. Jason also worked with the rental company and set up my rental which was covered by the warranty. They are nice friendly and honest people! I will recommend them to any and everyone that I can. My Highlander broke down while coming home on a Saturday night and I didn’t know what to do so I looked up shops near me and before I knew it the guys at All-Pro had a tow truck come get me. First thing Monday they called and said I needed a few hundred dollars of work to get my car drivable but the full list of repairs needed on my car would cost way more than the car was worth, so they advised me to look for a new car. When I told them my situation and needing to keep my car for another month before I could get a new one, I feel like they really worked with me to get my car back quickly and without breaking the bank. And then when I was looking for a new car, they even helped me out with that as well. These guys are awesome and have definitely earned a customer for life!

BY FAR the BEST shop to bring your vehicle to. Justin was super nice and very informative about my car and the process. He actually listened to what my problem was with my car and agreed, imagine that! A mechanic shop listening to their customers and not trying to rip ya off! He gave me a quote for the repairs and didnt go a penny over, it was actually less. Definitely will be a returning customer!

I had to get transmission and car repair at this location after having my car break down off 290 and leaving the vehicle at a dealership over the Memorial Day weekend a few weeks ago.Justin reached out to me on Sunday and on Memorial Day to arrange for a very reasonably cheap tow for my car to arrive at his shop. Which was an incredible sign to me that he cared and wanted to do business with me when most people wouldnt even bother on their days off.Since then Justin and James kept in consistent contact with me almost daily letting me know the status on my car and what was wrong with it and got everything fixed quickly and cheaply.They even changed my vacuum pump at a super reasonable price after trying a faster labor method that would have normally cost over 6 hours of work.The work they did was amazing, customer service was top notch, and the price was way above and beyond being fair compared to other shops who wanted much more. Justin and James were friendly and honest. They listened to me and worked with me and my budget in helping me out when I was without a car and that means a lotIm definitely going back to All-Pro Transmissions for all my car needs from here on out. They are really a great repair and friendly repair shop and thats usually very hard to find.

For those that arent aware, All-Pro Transmissions is not just for transmission work. They do all sorts of care maintenance and repair. I have a 2016 Toyota Tundra that had dash lights come on. They put on their diagnostic computer and assessed that I had a speed sensor problem. It ended up being a loose connection, but just saying, they can do the work. I also had a 2000 Tundra as well that they took care for me. These guys are trust worthy and competent to do the job. The owner is a Marine. I brought in my 1998 silverado to have the transmission rebuilt and they replaced other parts that went bad such as wires. It took longer than I expected but I got my truck running for a very reasonable price. They even detailed it. Great service

Brought my 2002 Grand Prix into them with a variety of issues. After chasing the GM codes and fixing those, they tested the ECU and realized the wiring harness was chewed up by mice. They fixed the harness and it runs like a charm. The owner was straight up and communicated with me on a regular basis on what was going on. Go to these guys, honest shops like this in Houston are a rarity.

Brought my truck in for a transmission check and was told it needed a full rebuild which it did end up needing. The problem is, they did not tell me it was very low on fluid and in addition, they stated the fuel pump was bad which is why I had error codes (causing a check engine light). They quoted the trans repair and roughly $700 for a fuel pump replacement. They indicated the pump part number which I researched online. The model they were suggesting was not for my vehicle. It was for a flex-fuel model and the pump I needed was completely different. In the end, I had AAMCO do the repair and the error codes turned out to be a leak in the main fuel line and not a pump. Maybe they are good for oil changes or light repairs. My repair was just shy of 3K but I am very happy with the diagnosis and repair at the other place. The first thing AAMCO told me was how low we were on oil.

This place was recommended by a neighbor. We thought it was going to be great but they were horrible. My husband got there didnt even get to tell him what was wrong with the truck and they told him they couldnt fix it. Who takes a look at something and say they cant fix it not even knowing whats wrong with it in the first place? Be warned.

My husbands truck broke down on a Friday we found this shop online saturday. Within hours they sent a tow truck to pick it up. They started working on it Monday and had it ready by Wednesday. I was extremely satisfied with both the work and the customer service offered at this ahop. They definitely earned a customer for life. Will definitely use them again. We dropped off our car Friday, they said they had the transmission for our car and would be done Monday afternoon. Monday comes and we get a call telling us they dont have the transmission, and can not find another. First the quote started at 1300, then kept going up from there with the warranty starting at 6 months, then dropped to 1 month. Do not take your car there to be worked on, they will give you the run around and empty our your wallet as fast as they can. Ended up taking our car back and bringing it to another shop down the road that quoted us lower and with a firm 6 month warranty. Worst service Ive ever had.

Fixed transmission first time around. 10 months later it heated up and leaked fluid. They were able to help with almost no questions asked.If you own an older car, take it to them. They a 2 or 3 day turn around if they can get all the parts with in the first shipment.One real complaint if their warranty is extensive on what they dont and do cover for return repair. Only take your daily driver to them, not your racer or rock crawler.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Took my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have the PCM(Power Contol Module) replaced because jeep was basically dead in the water...Justin and Monnie were in constant contact with me thru the whole process and went above and beyond to verify that there were no other issues to be fixed. Monnie contacted me about the inspection and that they could get that taken care of also. I had replaced the alternator right before dropping it off with them and they tested it also and found out that I had put the wrong one out of the 2 noted by the dealership...so they replaced it with the proper one and had mine boxed up and ready to go back to dealership. It was a costly adventure but Monnie made sure that I woul not be without my jeep by working out a payment plan with me...PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE in every aspect of the experience...I will be taking ALL my needs to them when the need arises for mechanical needs! I took my car to patriot pride transmission, so much better quote a lower price better warranty, plus told me it would 1-2 days.

All-Pro makes their customers a priority! My fiancé’s truck broke down on Saturday and he needed it first thing Tuesday morning for work; with his job, this was a requirement. Since they were closed on Sunday, we contacted them first thing Monday, told them his urgency, and they were able to have the truck fixed in a matter of hours!

We just had transmission work financed with all pro. Brian told us the total cost would be $2,400, turns out he lied to us. He failed to mention all the fees that we would also have to pay. The total cost came out to over $5,000. With that much money I could have bought a brand new damn transmission. I will never go back to this place

Since moving here in November 2017 we’ve had out two older cars (2003 caravan and 2004 Maxima) in several times for a variety of small and significant repairs and preventative maintenance. I’ve been amazingly pleased with the effort and service that has been provided by the owner Justin, his service writers Monnie and Steve, both industry veterans and highly knowledgeable, and lead mechanic Pedro.Understanding that they need to make a profit so that everyone gets to eat and keep the lights on, I feel like I get genuine concern for giving me quality work at a fair price. I especially appreciate how I never get “the bums rush” whenever I’m being helped. Also appreciate is the shuttle service helping me get back home after dropping my vehicles off, then again for the retrieval.I’ve also experienced a few occasions where they could have charged me for extra service (repairing a seat frame, adding a LOT of antifreeze. etc.) and not charging me. Thanks for not Nicole and diming me All-Pro!Lastly I’ll add that I’ve been amazed as I I’ve sat in the lobby and hear how SOME of the public treats these guys as they innocently answer the phone, quote a fair and ACTUAL price using the right QUALITY parts at standard shop rates, then get verbally lambasted because some “other guy” or they can do it for less. Really? If the parts cost the mechanics the same, and shop rates are the same or similar, we should be asking ourselves WHY these other guys are a few dollars less.I’m happy to pay quality people to do quality work that I know they’ll stand behind. In summary, I couldn’t ask for more than that from any automotive repair provider, so I anticipate giving them my business in the future and singing praises to my associates.For the record, I am 100% customer related and not affiliated with this business in any other way. I really did not want to write this but I have to share my story. Please keep in mind that I’ve been a loyal customer for a couple of years now. I’ve brought my work truck as well as personal vehicles to this place to have them fixed. I’m very big on supporting small businesses around my area. I like seeing them be successful but unfortunately I will not be returning to this place ever again. I brought in my car because my AC wasn’t working properly. I gave Montie (the older guy in the front desk) specific details as to what my car was doing. He told me that it needed a new fan and that all in total would be $263. I agreed right away since I have kids and this hot weather is too brutal to be driving around town with no AC. I got my car back and not even 15 min into driving it started blowing hot air again. I returned my car and the next day Montie said that it was one of the valves and that they were going to replace it. I went back to pick it up and sure enough 20 min later it started doing it again. I once again brought my car back to them and told him to just take their time and just find the issue. He called me the next day only to say that they needed to follow some line that was behind the knobs on the dashboard and it would be another $484 of just labor! At that moment, I just had it and told him no that I would be coming by to pick up my car. I asked him about the money I already had spent and all he said was “it had to get done”. Now, if it had to be done why am I still back to square one with no AC and -$263? I really feel like I was robbed. They did the same thing with my work truck where they kept saying it was one thing then another thing in which would be more money and at the end they could never fix the issue. A lot of money was spent for nothing as well. Nothing was ever fixed correctly. This is not right. Obviously they need the money more than I do but I hope they use it wisely in finding technicians that know what they’re doing or invest in a business that theyre knowledgeable about. I work in the customer service industry as well and know very well how it works. I know our business would be closed for good if we were to ever take peoples money and not do the job correctly. Right or wrong, we make it right. Even if it means to give back their money. We depend on great customer service. Referrals and customer loyalty has no price.Update: whatever helps you sleep better at night justin. I love how we speak the next day i posted this and never addressed any of the things you just post it about. What oil? I went in for an AC repair. Oh you mean the gas you guys spent on my car that I told you I had 1/2 a tank and got my car back with 2 slashes and you guys couldnt put gas in it? Yeah, that oil. I even told you about it and didnt say anything about it. I paid for a service that didnt need to be done. Remember how I told you it had to be the clutch on the compressor? Well, thats what it was. You even told me yourself I wasnt the only one complaining about your staff. Its ok man, its only a matter of time people see how you run business. Good day sir.

Hey y’all I just wanna tell y’all about my experience here at all pro transmission well first of all I drive from college Station to Tomball daily so one day my Jeep went into limp mode (2nd gear) it happened while I was on the way to work So I made it to work let it sit all day thinking that it would help but it didn’t so I drove 62 miles back to Tomball and took my Jeep to all pro transmission it was on a Thursday evening they called me on a Monday telling me that they have to over haul the transmission so I asked them how long will it be till it was ready they said bout 3 days on Wednesday I get a call saying your Jeep is ready I was surprised. Justin and the guys here are very helpful and answered all my questions and very friendly I highly recommend them to everyone I know all of my Jeep groups and all my off road groups that I am in thank you guys for the hard work y’all did on my Jeep it shifts thro all the gears just as smooth as it was when it was new again thank you for the awesome job and hard work

I have had nothing but trouble with the Houston Dodge dealerships so a friend told me about All-Pro transmissions and that they did a great job of taking care of his vehicle. So I called All-Pro and was very impressed with how they really wanted an opportunity to get me as a customer and keep me as a customer. Justin and Byron very quickly sent me an a rough estimate and asked me to bring the truck in to see if they could fine tune the estimate. I brought the truck in and the very same day they called me and let me know that they could do all of the work requested for $600 less than the rough estimate and about $1300 less than a competitors estimate. Unsurprisingly they also found I needed new rotors all the way around and calipers on the back. The truck got a tune up, oil change, master cylinder replaced, valve cover gasket, 4 rotors, 4 struts, rear calipers, emergency brake cable system replaced, a fog light replaced and tires rotated. They had all of the work completed in about 3 days with the exception of the emergency brake cable system. When the cable system came in from the dealer they called me, we scheduled a time for it to be installed and it took them about an hour and I was out the door. Even with the extra issues the bill was almost $400 cheaper than the competitors estimate. Justin and Byron were extremely friendly, helpful & sincere, and didnt come across as just trying to get as much money out of me as they could. Justin(The owner) is a fellow US Marine and he made sure I was taken care of. I now have both a new mechanic and an almost new 2003 Dakota. Thanks guys! Ill be back when I need more work done. Excellent service, I brought my vehicle in for a transmission leak; they found the two leaks and since the transmission was out they also installed a new clutch kit that was needed along with my brakes and rotors. There was a noise coming from my new rotors and they took the time to find it and fix it without charging extra. This place has GREAT pricing and I highly reccomend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle !! The experience was quick and painless with fair pricing, I will be returning again for any future problems that might occur on my vehicle. They also repaired my grandparents Chevy van 3500s transmission a while back and the process was quick and painless with fair pricing as well.1/15/203rd/4th visitAgain again again more than satisfied with this mechanic shop. The replaced some bad seals for me and while they were doing that they did find that my heater hose and crankshaft seal were also leaking just from normal wear and tear. They are more than willing to show you the leaks as well which I always appreciate. Justin the owner is a great guy to work with and is always willing to help out in any way especially when your having to spend alot on repairs. This is my local trusted mechanic shop and will still reccomend them to anyone. They are not trying to nickel and dime anyone which is another reason I will be a return customer for any mechanical needs.
