I went Sunday early afternoon. I was having a bad morning. I go in and the man at the door wiping carts was very friendly and welcoming. His friendliness made me feel better about my day, and after I did my shopping, and got my coffee I left the store very happy!

There are always quality options for whatever I need: gifts, home, beauty, clothes, etc. And its always fast.

Helpful employees and usually less crowded than other Targets. Easy in and out and convenient location.

Why have a sign at the front door stating “masks are required” and yet it isn’t enforced? I got Restrictive Lung Disease thanks to Covid and now have only 50% of my lung capacity.Take the sign down if you aren’t going to enforce the mandate. Employees said they “can’t enforce” it and folks can just social distance. That is not what the sign says!!! Take it down...Target doesn’t want to offend” anyone, male/female or no gender!!! But, they let this mask issue be run by those who have no regards for folks like me who have been impacted by Covid. Don’t tell me to go elsewhere to shop. Run those folks out the door who don’t want to follow the mandate...

I love that curbside pickup is free. A lot of places charge for the service so I avoid ordering there. I’ve only used curbside from Target twice, but I plan on using it more because it is VERY convenient when I have my daughter with me and do not want to take her into the store.

This Target store is really clean and well organized. I only had one issue, checking out. There were only three registers open. Friendly and helpful staff.

What a horrible experience at this store. I’m 9 months pregnant and almost felt in their store. I had order online, get there, my order is cancelled. I go inside a guy cancelled it. Then I had to pay for everything again, and wait for a manager for my gift card to be accepted back to the other. I was not going to wait, so I said is “fine, ring me up and it’s all good” walking outside of their store, a contractor was changing carpet with no sign or no way to see it I stepped on the glue. Almost felt. The target employee cleaning the carts was not even able to say “be careful” or anything at if any he laughed. The contractor went out to get something to wipe my shoes. I walked out of the store, because again they have ruined by morning by now. The contractor had no sign for the work he is doing. Called the store to tell them to put something up, waited on the phone to hear their unnecessary phone message about covid then got hanged up. What a joke this store is. I can believe target is allowing this. My shoes are ruined and I almost felt. Piece of trash place. I went to Walmart before and got Better treatment there...

I visited this location today to return my fathers cell phone for an exchange. My father is older and needs a little patience. Currently, his wife is on hospice not doing very well. They always assist me at self check out if i have any issues!

I bought a chest freezer. Picked it up at the store. Brought it home. Unwrapped. Foung it severely damaged. Took it back to the store, and the manager would not take it back til next day so he made me load it back in my truck, breaking my back, just to reload it in my truck the next day to bring it back again, to further hurt my back unloading it again. He never apologized for the inconvenience and would not let me trade up for another one. HORRIBLE customer service.

Just now... i had to stop my transaction and go to the bank to get more cash. 8$..(No debit card). ..this handsome young man who works there....paid for the rest so I didnt have to go to the bank!!! So sweet. ! I didnt get his name but please find him and make him employee of the year!!!! Omg. 🥰

Got yelled at by a manager for waiting on an exclusive release in the store. Told us to remain 6 ft apart yet she wasnt wearing a mask.

The tech person who assisted me in purchasing and setting up phone from Consumer Cellular was outstanding! His name is Jimmy. He was a master multi-tasker! Although my process took well over a couple of hours and he assisted other customers during this tine - due to transfer process - he always kept his cool and was extremely courteous and witty all the while. He made the whole process so bearable! He was the man! You need to give this man a raise and/or promotion! Target is lucky to have Jimmy for an employee!

16 check out stands, none of them open. Poor management, lack of leadership, employees responded after a couple of customers started complaining about the long wait due to lack of check out stands availability.

The girl in the shoe department was AMAZING!! I wish I got her name. She heard me looking for a shoe in my size and volunteered to check for me, found it in the back and brought me the last pair in my size. She’s the real MVP and I love her!

The salesclerk at the self checkout spent a lot of time w me today helping me get my Target Circle discount. I appreciated her patience with me!

I bought a gift card there but couldnt use it because sometimes the machine wont accept them. Ive never heard of such foolishness. She didnt even try to figure it out.

Best Customer Service, I generally shop at 4 Targets; 290 in Cypress, 249 between Jones and Louetta, 1960 close to 290. And 2920 close to 249, the only Target Service Desk that answers their phone call is this location. I have been shopping for a specific item and called all the Target Stores Mentioned above the only store that answered my phone call Target at 2920. Thank you for offering the Best Customer Service, my shopping experience has always been the best at your store. No luck finding the item Im looking for but, from now on I will exclusively shop at your store. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU 😀

They had a sale on the clothing 30% off I asked the associate there she was very nice and asked if the clothing for the clearance also included she said yes that it wasnt removing it but she told me just to tell the cashier there and they would beep them over and they would tell them to go ahead well they contacted the manager and they told me they couldnt give me the discount I said well one of your associates at the clothing said yes so they should keep to there word they still wouldnt give me the discount.

Nice target. They could definitely have some more employees to assist when shopping. If you need to find something specific, good luck! I wish target wasn’t doing away with their cartwheel app. They are making all the savings in store and not online.

My wife and I really like target. But it seems to always be an issue of getting help. Rarely do any employees offer assistance if you are looking around. I at times feel like I will inconvenience them, though I know its there job.Cashiers are usually very friendly.

Your staff gave amazing service and courteousness while handling the problems caused a break in and vandalism. I was very impressed. Your check out computer would not print my receipt which I did need for business expenses. They were able to go to the office and print a receipt.

They were out of 2 of the 3 things i needed but i found similar products. I come here for the pharmacy. The service is excellent, the wait is never unbearable, and they were patient with me while i went through multiple discount cards to find the one that made my stupidly expensive medication more reasonably priced. Plus, The Dollar Spot owns me.

I work by this target and got followed for an hour while looking to buy myself something with my tip money for the day. I walked around a ton (I always walk around to pass time) and I overheard an employee say I dont think she stole anything, at least I didnt SEE her stealSo, I asked the dude that was following me around to point me in the direction of where the planners were. He was super rude but pointed me in the right direction. I walk in the opposite direction towards the planners and THE DUDE WONT STOP FOLLOWING ME. I get that its their job but holy cow let regular customers shop in peace!

A nice Target that you can find good clearance items. Recycling center is one of the only ones in Tomball. The Starbucks inside has friendly and capable employees.

The majority of people who shop there arent too friendly, but I love the store. Using my Cartwheel app, and my Target card I save a LOT when I go shopping. I like getting good quality things at a discount. Even if its a small one.

Lots of parking and places to eat nearby. The store is clean and well kept. I only had one thing to buy and a cashier opened a new line to take care of me since the lines were longish.

I couldnt find what I was looking for so a lady from childrens clothing, helped me find my item in a different area of the store. I really appreciate that extra bit of care.

I would be careful working for this store. I was fired because of my attendance even though I was 20-30 minutes early, sometimes an hour just to get m day started. Never misses a day, never called in, came when they called me on my days off, picked up shifts for them, stayed late, came in early when they called, but my attendance was at fault. I caught one of my hours being changed for an hour late. Communication is lacking in this store. Management is unreasonable at the most. People working there are great though.

The men’s toiletries section is always a mess. Hardly ever restocked, number vacant spots in shelves and little selection. The soap and shaving section always looks like a mob just went through and grabbed everything off of the shelves.

This target is awesome and i am not a fan of target in general I have a bad back and employees loaded my merchandise with no problems very very helpful kudos to this location management should maybe use this store as a training store because this store is nothing like the other targets I have visited in the past

They have everything! The employees are cordial and friendly. Lots of room to walk with your shopping cart without feeling like the place is crowded.

The store is super clean and well organized. Had to ask for help in finding a few things and I asked the first person person I seen and they told me where it was, I think everyone should know whats in the store and where it is.

Bought monster trucks, games, and mammal figurines for my toddler for christmas. The check out my check out lines moved quickly and the checkout person was polite. Not a lot of selection as far as race tracks for Matchbox cars.

Clean and somewhat maintained store.Fitting room was unsupervised for the 30+ mins we were there. Clothes were in piles and the phone was ringing nonstop.

Worst target ever ! If your Hispanic dont go you will be treated like crap. And God forbid you have coupons. They will hate you more! Before you even start the transaction do you have coupons?, Wth? Yes I do but they are according to the coupon policy. Doesnt matter . They make up their own coupon policy . Cashiers are rude, and the store is messy. I was singled out over coupons, really ? I had a 75$ transaction with 4 coupons 2 of each where different, Wow ! Target lost a good customer. I will be canceling my target credit card. Beware of this target!

Its always clean, mostly organized, and most items are easy to find. The only complaint would be that its hard to find a staff member to help, but when you do, theyre always friendly

The manager was quick to make things right. I had ordered a product online. When I came to pick it up it, they were out. The manager offered an upgrade product at the same price. He could have laid the blame on the corporate office not doing what they were suppose to do. Instead he took responsibility and took action to make things right. After working thirty years in customer service, I was impressed with his actions. I will be back.

I love to get the basic groceries here, much less hectic than kroger and heb. Sometimes doesnt have as good a selection as other Targets, but its convenient and generally has enough. Employees always helpful.
