Came out this way for work today and this was my first stop of the day. The store was clean and SPOTLESS bathrooms. Even though I didn’t buy anything I was greeted warmly and given a “have a great day”. What an enjoyable way to start my day!

The slowest pharmacy ever! You have got to be joking me. Sat on the phone for over forty minutes due to convenience of being close to my work and home. Gave up and called one further down 249 and got ahold to someone in the pharmacy quicker than I had to sit and listen to the automated message repeat itself every twenty seconds. Either get more staff or give the option for a call back number!

Possibly the slowest Walgreens ever. I can’t seem to get anyone to answer the phone there either.

This store has terrible customer service. Was on the phone for more than 30 minutes & no one picked up. I went to the store & the phones werent tied up just being ignored.. They lost the first prescription sent to them & we had to resend it. :(

Unreal! I felt like I was on candid camera.I normally have to use CVS for my insurance but they were out of the medicine I needed so the doctor moved it to this one far from my house so by the time I got there this was my second pharmacy to be to today! I drive up to the window at 1pm and she said, “I will have it ready in 15 minutes so please come back,” not be back in EXACTLY fifteen minutes because we close for lunch at 1:30pm. 🙄 Needless to say, they were closed when I return and she is walking out and sees me and tells me that she told me to come back in 15 minutes not 30 minutes and proceeded out the door, acting as if my prescription is ready. I just didn’t make it back in time. So then, I sit, 30 minutes from home, while I don’t feel well, and wait for her to come back from lunch. Another lady helped when I returned and she said she was sorry but they are OUT OF STOCK too and that it wasn’t ready at all! That is when I really thought they were pulling my leg. Nope, she was serious! Such great customer service! I’m just glad I don’t have to use them on the regular!

So all Ive been trying to do is to pick up my prescriptions from this pharmacy at 249 and Graham Road in Tomball every time I get off work I show up just a little bit too late and they closing I wont give him my prescription hell talk to me I got to come back tomorrow or well they open after Im already at work but when I get off work I Rush here and theyre closing and wont give me my prescription this is the third day in a row that theyve done it so on the pharmaceutical I dont know they closed due to which is ridiculous but oh well thats my little and I just cant get my prescription Ill show up like just before theyre closing or like 5 minutes after just fill in there they can give him my prescription they just choose not to

Micheal I believe manager there or a worker was very helpful when we came into the store for pharmacy prescription after I got out of the emergency room. However the pharmacy was closed. Right before we left he stopped us from leaving and took his time to call other locations for us to find us an open pharmacy so Id be taken care of. Very hospital and very great customer service.

The Pharmacy is a joke.Go somewhere else if possible!Not enough pharmacist .No friendly. Not at all

Just went to Walgreens to pick up a few things, well I as i was paying the cashier was about to give me a receipt and I said oh no thank you I don’t need the receipt will this guy sure did mumble under his mouth and “you could of said that at the beginning” like don’t work customer service if you can’t me be nice at all or find a better job.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE !!I used the atm inside of this Walgreens and asked the cashier(who was sitting down on a chair and seemed bothered to get up and help me) if they could break one of my 20s for 10s because that’s all the atm gives and she comes back with in a snarky tone “not unless you buy something, it’s polite to buy something” as if I didn’t already use one of their services?No thanks and I get my prescriptions there and will never be there for any of their services ever again .

Okay since the Coronavirus they have became way harder to work, call and get told one thing. Then are arrive and told something else. It sad because I really did like the stuff most was friendly and nice, but there a few that I didn’t really like dealing with.When they was open 24 hours it amazing! Since they are next to HCA Tomball Hospial it makes no sense to not be 24 hour pharmacy..... there been a few late night trips to the hospital, and got antibiotics or other RX given by the hospital staff.

I recently had some very extensive dental work and my dentist called in something to help with the pain late Sunday night. We used this location ONLY because it was open late. I drove about 45 minutes to get there about 11pm. When I handed her my ID she said it was expired and I would have to come back with a valid tomorrow. Now I’m in Pain! I’m a frequent Walgreens shopper who is there a minimum of twice a week and I use my “Rewards Card” everytime. So why do we get more leniency when getting pulled over with an expired license versus picking up medicine late on a Sunday night? The two female pharmacy techs were on a power trip and made me feel like an addict for needing the medicine! Maybe a lesson in people skills would help! But I doubt it! Those techs working graveyard on a Sunday night must be some REAL important ones there!! I bet their high up in the company and that’s why they get the good hours!😂😂

Walgreens in Tomball are working hard to make Everyone safe during this Covid 19 so do your part wear your Mask so help yourself and others so not hopefully get this awful viruse.

Used to be my fav store to go to in this area until they went from 24 to closing at midnight and then for whatever stupid reason pharmacy went from being open until midnight to closing at 9. Honestly this location might as well shut down and open something completely new!!! Changed my view on all Walgreens completely! Ill be taking my business elsewhere!!!

My doctor convinced me to try Walgreens pharmacy. This has been the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. I would spend more money and use a better pharmacy than ever come back here again.

Pretty helpful for a busy pharmacy! I would recommend this Walgreens over the other one in tomball. Ive been to numerous Walgreens pharmacies in Houston over the years and this is one of the better ones. Only had a couple unhelpful/slightly rude encounters at the pharmacy. Thats a win in my book compared to the other pharmacies Ive been to!

I ordered 4x4 prints along with 4x6 prints well they were all printed on 4x6 photo paper. I asked the lady if she could cut them and she said no.

The Walgreens on Gram Dr. Tomball.TX.. Has A wonderful Store. Always is clean, well lighted inside an outside.Curious an friendly knowledgeable staff!! .Awesome Pharmacists and a all around Best Pharmarcy Techs. This Pharmacy has always been the one to go to anytime you cant find your script, at all the Other pharmacy,dont have your medicine on hand in their stocked shelves. If they dont have your medicine on hand in Pharmacy Store.The Techs jump on the computer or phone an in mins. they have it order an let you know that they will have it the Next Day.The Pharmacy deserve a rating of 5 STARS⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! THANK YOU FOR HAVING A GREAT STORE.D.DIANNE WADE.

Pharmacy staff are great and friendly. I always get all my prescriptions here because they have low prices and great discounts.

I like this walgreen the employees are friendly, they are open 24hrs, and they always have good sales, and the employees seems to be happy working there keep up the good work.....

This location is a lifesaver. Open 24hrs, and the pharmacy was one of the few that was able to make/mix a medicine for my kid.

I dont shop the rest of the store, but the pharmacy is good. The people are friends and know you by name if your come in regularly.
