This location is in need of some improvement. I do not blame the 3 employees that are doing there best to get job completed. Having multiple bays open and only having 2 cars being worked on is unreal. Truck was dropped off at 9am for a basic tire maintenance and 7 hours later truck was still not done. I will definitely chose a different location to handle my warranty work.

Brought in my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation/balance. They managed to break off one of the lug bolts and then they said I would have to pay to have it replaced. I get the vehicle home and realize they broke the valve stem on one of the tires and also underfilled the oil(below the low mark!!) I highly recommend this place if you want them to damage your vehicle and then try to charge you to have it repaired. Absolutely awful service. Ill make sure that everyone I ever meet knows to steer clear of this place!

Went to Firestone yesterday, they told me a wait time of 2hrs for a oil change, decided to make appt for today at 10am, they told me There is only one person working, an that it would be About 3:00pm before my car would be ready Firestone has NO business being open if you cant get employees to work. They will never get my business again.

Absolute rip off! Took my vehicle in for them to diagnose a loud noise when I drive. They said it was the front & rear struts and front and rear shocks. Paid them almost $2800 To complete those repairs. Within 20 miles of leaving the shop the noise was back. Took the vehicle back and they said it was very unusual but the shocks it already blown out somehow. They kept my vehicle another day and replace the shocks. Took the vehicle again, drove another 20 miles, and the sound is back. Took the vehicle back for the fourth time for them to replace the shocks with a different brand. After 20 miles, the problem was there again! Now they tell me I need to spend another $800 to fix what was really the problem. They diagnose the problem in the first place, why did they charge me the original amount?

Quick service, fair pricing. I have been using this location for several years and have no issues to report.

Love this place! Carlos took care of my car fast. I took in my car to get new 4 tires and get my new wheels installed as well and I was out of that place in about an hour! They will make you fell welcomed and will definitely take care of you. Thank you Carlos!

A little slow in service for a location that didnt seem that busy. Seemed a few folks standing around not working. Probably will find another service station in the future.

Short and poorly staffed

Finely someone who can align a Toyota Tacoma has not driven this good since it was new!

I was in & out in 30 mins top.

Had one of my tires puncture repaired and they didn’t balance the wheel. Went back to have it re-balanced and they had an in experienced tech balanced the wheel but he way over tightened the lugs to 150ft/lb. Didn’t use a torque wrench to tighten the lugs.Bad service.

Tomball Firestone are straight up ! Never had Any issues with their work. They always perform good vehicle inspection and inform and prioritize necessary future repairs without the high pressure sales !! I’ve got a belt or pulley squealing.... so see y’all soon;)

I cant express how grateful I am for this Firestone! My AC went out in my car in this 99° heat. I could not take riding in my car without AC. So I dropped my car at 9AM by 12:30 PM they informed me that my car was ready. Omg! My AC blows so cold now! I am forever grateful for this Firestone Team!

Good place overall. They make a few too many generalizations and assumptions, but so far theyre pretty good. Im a long time customer of Firestone, but Im new to this shop. I think in time theyll begin to understand the different customer dynamics better.

Many words come to mind and not one of them is nice! They were one of the most disrespectful and rude people I had the displeasure of ever meeting. I went and took my business somewhere else. Honestly run for the hills with this place! Just go to jiffy lube down the street from there! I was just trying to go in for an inspection.

A good place and good service. They need a little work on customer communications. They recommended a tire and I said I would just wait until next time and they said okay. I had a blow out the next day and another tire company said I shouldnt have been driving on those tires, I did not realize how bad they were. They should have walked me over and said we highly recommend you get a tire. I called the manager and he didnt apologize. I would recommend Discount Tire for future tires.

Its a service center. Oil change and stuff tires rotation lots of change in staff good folks here i do go a lot for service on mine and the wife cars

I called several service shops for quotes to align the front-end on my GMC truck and none showed much interest in wanting to do the alignment. I called Firestone and spoke to the manager Jason and he told me to bring the truck over and he would work me in. Upon arriving, the store manager wrote up the ticket and Earl the tech immediately put it on the rack. Within an hour the front-end alignment was complete and I was heading home with my truck driving fine. Great service!

Poor service when you specifically ask the manager to put the spare tire that’s on the truck back in the spare tire well and you buy a new tire and get a State Inspection and wiper blades etc. The mechanic actually placed the spare ugly rim on the front drivers side while putting the chrome rim in the back bed instead in the spare tire well. Pure laziness. I’ve been going here over ten years my wife and kids have going here for all of our services despite NTB being right across 249, we have been going to the same place. This lazy act is the most unconscionable. None of us will be back.

Two months ago and about 5,000 miles Firestone did the brakes on my Ford F150 Harley Davidson pickup. Well I had metal rubbing on the disc pad to rotor on the front left wheel. 5,000 miles and 2 months. Who are they kidding??? their position is its my problem not theirs. Now I needed to replace a rotor, caliber and pads. A lot bigger repair to one wheel. A $386.00 estimate. They were giving me the pads!!! Woohoo. I took it elsewhere. Why would I ever do business with them again? Better question, why would you?

We switched here from Spting and get great service

Originally took my vehicle in because of squeaking sound and was charged near 400 for a cv axle repair. The abs and traction sensors signaled on my dash when I returned for pickup. Mike the manager and his tech spent nearly two hours trying to fix the sensor issue that did not appear when I brought my truck in. The sensor was broken on the left side the same day when replacing the left axle. I was told to bring my truck back the following day so they could service it. They spent another hour trying to resolve the sensor issue caused by them. The manager mike then quoted me for an additional 188 to replace the sensor. I told them when I brought my truck in there was absolutely no sensor problems why all of a sudden is there a problem. He said it was caused by a kit I had in my truck and could not justify fixing it. I have contacted the complaint number and still have not had the issue resolved. Horrible tech horrible management horrible service. Take your business elsewhere!!!

This place is a joke. Fail auto inspection for wipe blades that are perfectly fine. Pay them $40+ to replace them or they fail the inspection. Scam. Never use these crooks.

In & out for a tire rotation - on the weekend - unheard of. They were awesome!

We were on a road trip and got a small staple in the middle of the front passenger tire. Firestone told us they couldnt patch it and had to replace the whole tire for $168. Needless to say they were just trying to rip me off because it can be patched. I took it over to Walmart and they were able to patch it no problem. DO NOT go to firestone! They will rip you off!!

Take your vehicle elsewhere for an alignment because they dont know how to do them. They wasted over 2 hours of my time jerking off trying to align my truck. They have a state of the art Hunter Hawkeye machine and only know how to set toe on it which they didnt even do that. Whats the point of having nice expensive equipment if you dont know how to use it. They left me with a crooked steering wheel and my truck pulling to the right and told me they couldnt figure out how to align it. I went across the street to NTB and they did my alignment in under an hour and now it drives flawlessly with a straight steering wheel. Both shops have the exact same Hunter machine. Get yourself a new alignment tech that knows how to use the equipment.

Today on 8/15/18 this was my first time coming here. I was recommended by my neighbor who works for Firestone to check them out after having bad service at NTB near I-45 and Shenandoah. I called ahead and spoke with a gentleman named Dave I believe. Once the phone was answered I gave a quick rundown of my issue and how NTB handled the situation, and Dave told me he was kinda slow today and to bring it in and they can look it over. Not maybe 20 minutes of sitting in the waiting lobby did I see one of the mechanics hop in my truck and take off for a test ride and after another 20 minutes Dave came in and sat next to me and gave me the run down of what the issue was with my alignment that was performed by NTB maybe less than a month prior. I gave the go ahead for them to correct the issue. Now let me say I was actually ready to be disappointed when I got back in my truck and drive it down the road. I WAS WRONG! I dont think my truck has drove that straight since 1999. It handled beautifully. Overall the experience was great. My total was less than a $100 dollars and let me give you some quick reasons I was happy with my experience. I paid $120 for NTB to do the same thing and it was done wrong the first time and when returning to NTB they said I needed to pay another $120 because the service I needed was not covered in the alignment package, whereas Firestone covers all the necessary service for the alignment including the issue NTB was trying to charge another $120 on top. So do not be alarmed that I still paid about the same price, because if I had just came to Firestone first I would have paid less than what was paid at NTB initially. Another positive note was the fact that I was in and out in less then 2 hours, being a mechanic and working in the machine service industry I understand some things take time, I very happy with that. They also didnt mind my dog being in the lobby and the place is clean. I will most definitely will be bringing my truck back if I need any service they offer as well as my other vehicles. A little pricey. $400 just to replace my back brakes a roters and a small bulb on my fog lights. After repair I heard a sound and returned. They left the old bulb ratelling around. Also the bulb was the wrong bulb.

Took a long (2 hours, and I was early for my appointment) time to install a set of tires. Balance wasnt done correctly (slightly off) which caused irregular wear.

Took one hour and fifty minutes to change the oil on a truck. Id avoid this place if you value your time.

These guys were friendly. My appointment was a 10 a.m. to have the alignment done on my car. I showed up about 945 and they got my car in right after I got there and I was out of there in less than an hour and half.

Had front end alignment done, not right took to our regular Firestone on Hwy 290 in Cypress, they fixed correctly.
