Brought my daughter’s car here to put in new speakers. They were extremely reasonably priced and did it in the same day. Great customer service and would definitely recommend them in the future.

If I could add more stars, I would. I ordered a stereo receiver off Amazon and had them install it for me, and it works like a charm. I was so impressed by their hospitality and quality service that I went back to upgrade my speakers. He walked me thru which ones would suit my car best and answered all my questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, and now my car shakes from the bass :) If I have anymore jobs needing to be done, hell be the 1st person I contact. Overcharged for speakers gave me a baby amp and then when i get a new battery and need it to be retuned they won’t do it, they cant spare ANY time for anybody! They are rude and just wanna argue, would not waste money here

I went there today for a remote start install that I provided. It was knocked out in only a few hours. It was not completed due to missing parts from the supplier. My install tech went above and beyond to try to resolve this issue that was an inconvenience for him due to the missing parts. I ended up leaving without the install complete, but I personally witness them trying to contact technical support for a possible bypass resolution. I ever heard tech support say, I have already told you that you need to contact the seller. My experience was so positive, and everything was returned the way I brought it in. Not sure what the other reviews are referencing about banged up dashes, etc. I will be back, and I do not even live in the Houston area. Highly recommend A Plus Audio!

Very Rude both on the phone and in person. Horrible customer service. I reluctantly tried to use A Plus a second time even after a pervious less than stellar experience. Glad I decided to go elsewhere ... will NEVER EVER recommend. Also, prices are WAY HIGH. Stay away!

If you want to deal with future problems and spend double just to fix a problem with your vehicle by all means go to these guys, I did the mistake of going to them for my Sound System and Alarm system in my truck. Cheap wiring, bad wire lay outs and horrible knowledge of amp and audio basics, im having to pay 600 just to fix my system. With my alarm improper wiring causing my vehicle to give out the code “Bus Communication A off”. Save yourself the headache and hassle and go to professionals

They obviously have no clue on how to work on cars. They use customer cars to practice on them I think. They did a pretty bad job on whole sound system installations. A lot of places I see scratches on my BMW and I think it is because they didn’t know exactly how to take panels off as 3 of the door speakers don’t work. Once the job is done and you pay them and you have issues then good luck getting it fixed because every time I go there for issue the front guy always says that main guys is currently not in the shop, but when I went back he was working on cars. Full of lies. They only care about your money and once you pay them then good luck getting anything fixed. Wish I had gone to a different place.

I’ve been going to A+ the past 3 years. They’ve installed 3 different sets of subwoofers for me along with tinting both of my vehicles! Leon has the best customer service I’ve ever received! I recommend everyone going to A+ for any of your car audio and tinting needs!

Decent tint pricing with other distribution contracts as well for cosmetics. Guys are nice, local, and fast. Might get some headlights from them but they were out of stock, so I put my number down for when they come in.

We stopped by about 30 minutes before closing and were intending to just ask about bringing our car back to get our stereo checked out. Leon said let me have our guys look at it while we wait. We were impressed. He came to us about 45 minutes later which was after closing and he said it’s fixed. He explained what they had to do to get all speakers etc. working properly. Are a pretty good car audio shop, although the latest time, they told me over a $200 price difference compared to somewhere else, for a new touch screen stereo. They have friendly, and knowledgeable employees, and charge what is fair for what they install or do. They also sell and install top of the line, most modern stereos, high tech alarms, the coolest looking LED headlights, and install brighter aftermarket LED license plate lights and under glow neon light kits. They also tint windows.

You know sincerity when you see it. I like this shop. I had my windows tinted for the first time. Leon and his staff were very courteous and professional. They explained the features and benefits well. The results were fantastic and my car is cooler and better protected. Better privacy as well. Took my 2017 f150 to have them replace all factory speakers and add subwoofers. These guys take care of your vehicle like it is their own and have very fair prices, I would recommend to anyone

I had these guys custom fit an 8 twister subwoofer into rear of my 2019 ram. They did a clean job fitting the sub in and running wire to amp under driver seat. Sub isnt even bolted in but sits tight and doesnt move which is what i asked for. Will be going back for future additions. The sub bumps too. Came with 1 year warranty too. Guy does a professional job.

Yesterday’s experience was amazing!! I highly recommend this place to anyone. We sure will be going back in two weeks to get some more stuff done. I loved how in the process of getting my sisters windows tinted they notified us immediately that there was a scratch on the window. Customer service was excellent service was fast. I also like how there was a few cars ahead of us and we asked can we come back. I was able to run a few more errands and once we returned they took the car immediately and it was just a 45min wait. Asked for high performance and clean sound. I got cheap products at a high price. Although some what of a clean job, but the sound is nowhere what I payed for.Also, the receipt you get doesn’t show everything you got. It just shows a grand total and says “all sales are final”. Oh and they took my original stock door speakers. LOL. What a trash place to take from customers.

After doing some homework and research on where I was going to take my 1995 Camaro Z-28 to have a serious upgrade to the factory system that was still in my car, I ultimately decided to take it to A Plus Car Stereo located at 11729 Spring Cypress. Needless to say it was a great decision!! After talking to George and Leon and informing them I had a budget but still insisted on a getting a serious stereo system upgrade at the best price possible, both George and Leon made some great recommendations that I ended up very happy with. I also insisted that they make no structural changes to the integrity of the car, which they accomplished.I purchased a Kenwood KDC-BT278U Receiver, Pioneer GM-DX975 5 Channel Amplifier, Twister Vortex TVW-8 8 Subwoofer and 4 JBL Club 6520 6-1/2 Speakers. Leon fabricated a box for the subwoofer and amplifier in an obscure location in the rear of the vehicle. WOW, Im happy with everything!From Pink Floyd to Post Malone the sound quality with this system is amazing!Ever staff member was professional and everything was installed and finished within the time frame they promised it would be.

Stopped by a month ago on a Friday to get 2 amps and a 10 sub installed in my Jeep. The guys were very informative about the products getting installed in my Jeep. They were quick on the installation and the price was fair. When they were finished I couldnt believe that sound was coming from my Jeep it sounded amazing!!! They explained where I should keep my settings on the amps and on the factory radio. I am thrilled with the job they did and that was my 2nd time to their shop, they tinted my windows on my Ford F-150 prior to the speakers and I was happy with that as well. I will continue to give business to these guys and highly recommend them!

A few weeks ago I stopped by and asked if they would install a remote start which I supplied. I was told yes and given a price. Later when I return for the installation I was told the cost would be 50% higher. They claimed the unit I brought was more complicated and the installation was more involved so the cost was higher. When they quoted installation originally why did they not tell me the cost varied depending on the unit!I made a grave error in supplying an incorrect second key for the programming. Because the installers did not confirm two good keys before entering programming mode (it is unbelievable they dont check this beforehand) they effectively rendered the DB3 box I supplied as useless. The only solution was to pay for another DB3 box or go with the key-in-the-box option. Later when I spoke with the manager he said this had never happened before in 19+ years and he complained that because I supplied the wrong key it was costing him money because he had other installations to perform but couldnt because he was still working on my installation. He was more worried about making money than resolving my problem. He did not check with the manufacturer (Directed) to see if the DB3 box I supplied could be programmed again after I supplied a second good key. Instead he just said he wasnt sure and said we needed to go with the key-in-the-box unit (so he could make additional money on me).The remote start works great but does not flash the parking lights as it should. I am not happy with my installation experience with this installer. I have since discovered that they did not install the open hood safety switch so that means the truck could be started when a mechanic has his hands in a dangerous place. They are wide open to legal liability by excluding that switch!!

I have had stereo equipment installed at many different places over the years; from big box to independents. A Plus has definitely been the best experience yet. These guys went out of their way and took their time to find what worked and fit the best before recommending what equipment was needed. The norm seems to be just sell what sells and on to the next customer, but not with these guys. If you want great customer service this is the place to go; I will be doing all of my audio and electronics shopping here from now on.

Just had my car windows tinted at this location. They did a wonderful job on my car with a discounted deal. Highly recommended!Updates: I came back 2 times to have the rear window tint corrected due to it having numerous small bubbles. I can see that there were some dust in most of those bubbles. I was told by them that the small bubbles will always be there no matter how many time they try to tint it?? I brought it to get professionally worked on for a reason.I was so enraged of how my car was returned to me. Never in my life have I ever had my 370z returned from service in a condition like this!! The panels were all sticking out and not flushed. I can hear noises just by driving in a straight line on a flat street whenever I push on the gas petal (hard or lightly). They also made a spill on the trunk and left it there. I brought it right back to have the issue worked on. They put some adhesive on the panels to have it stayed, but Im still hearing noises from my trunk just by driving normally.Screw the lifetime warranty on ceramic window tint. Would rather go somewhere else to have a real professional work on my 370z. Its not like Im not paying for the work yall done on the car. I care too much about my car to deserve something like this. What an insult! I was nice enough to leave a 5 star before because the owner was asking for it. Wasted my time, gas, money, and brain cells. Will never recommend anyone to come to this place.

Walked in with a specific stereo in mind. After a short Q&A with Leon, he actually talked me into a LESS expensive system, convincing me that many of the features on the system I wanted were not necessary. Installation was quick and professionally done. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell, and pricing is very competitive. My installation required some special adapters/parts and he did a great job explaining why they were necessary. If you need a car stereo, this is the place to go.

One back window did have a slight defect, Leon saw it told me to bring it back the next day and he fixed it quickly and had me on way. Definitely would recommend. Service with a smile.

Leon hooks it up every time I walk into A Plus. Ive been here 4 times to get subs, 2 sets of interior speakers, and interior led lights put in. They have the best products and installation for the lowest prices in the area. Ive never had a problem with any of the products Ive bought from a plus and I can tell they will last a long time. Would DEFINITELY recommend going here if you plan on getting any kind of work done on your car.

These guys are great! I came in with barely an idea of what I wanted, and Leon was able to put a great setup together for me in no time, and within my budget! Especially after seeing some of the other things theyve done, I will be coming back very soon for more stereo equipment and custom lighting. Professional, clean install, and superior customer service!EDIT: Yesterday I had them install the subwoofers and amplifier (which also powers the speakers) and WOW! Great place. Leon and George were super friendly and professional. They put a new head unit in my truck, didnt up sell me on anything and had it done quick and looking better then I ever imagined it would. I drove 40 min from my house to have them do the work I wanted done because of their great reviews, and it was worth it.

Came to A+ to get a bass system put in and the owner was very nice and gave me a good deal on it. I did have to wait a little while, but there were a few people ahead of me at the time. They did an awesome job on installing it so I really have no complaints! Definitely will come back to these guys for future car audio upgrades!

With respect to car audio install and design, I would highly recommend A Plus. I had already gotten a quote from a competitor. Leon, the owner of A -Plus is heavily involved in the design and installation of their systems.Leon listened to what I actually wanted (nice clean sound with a 12 sub) and he quoted me a price for $1,300 less than the competitor. Because I am a layperson when it comes to this, I appreciate Leon pointing out where the competitor might have been trying to upsell me on certain items. He also gave me a price and stuck to it.The installation went without a hitch, and all is buttoned up nice and tight--and quiet. A-Plus and Leon are certainly worthy of consideration for any of your car accessory needs!!!!

The owner is awesome! I bought a new Cadillac and hated the headlights that came with it. The dealership wanted $3500 to install the headlights I wanted. A+ Car Stereo took care of ordering the lights and installing them for less than half of that price. My husband takes his Jeep and his Chevy truck only to A+, because they have proven to be committed to customer service and their prices are very reasonable. I recommend them to all of my friends.

Great service, needed my back window tint replaced, and they were able to do it in about an hour. The quality was great no problems at all. The price was also very good. They told me that the tint comes with a three year warranty, which is a plus. I would recommend to others!

I spoke to Leon about installing a HomeLink/Dimming Mirror replacing my “Stone Axe” standard mirror in my 2019 Nissan Murano. Fast, professional workmanship and a more than fair price. This is the place I will go to do anything Radio, Speakers or Dash Cam, etc. purchase/install. I like the shop and their technical recommendations.

We have had numerous upgrades and repairs done by A-Plus since they first opened. They have always been very reasonable and always open to custom options to meet our needs. We first used them for upgrades on our sons old truck. We have since used them for our other cars and now our sons new car. I continue to be impressed by their workmanship and good pricing. We even recently needed an electronic repair on our back SUV latch. The dealership wanted over $2000 for the repair and A-Plus was able to make the repairs for less than 1/4 of the dealership price. Great family business and we will always go to them first.

Sloppy work so far I have been greatly disappointed by this place. Replaced four door speakers for 480$ they sound great, but they forgot to put a pin in my door.I came back for my second visit so they could fix it and now the speakers arent working. Now I have to make a third trip back tomorrow.Also the receipts dont even tell you what youre paying for. I have one that says 400 and the other has 80 on it. No sales tax or anything like that so a very shady business.Edit: went back again and they put the pin back in my door so it opens and closes, but my sound system had stopped working. I went home to try and fix the jacked up panels. Some how my car audio is back to normal after taking apart the passenger door myself. Im glad I dont have to make a third trip back.

These guys did an excellent job on my window tinting. I purchased a mid grade film (second from the top) and it came out beautifully. I was concerned with a few micro bubbles at first, but after the three day drying period (when you cant put your windows up or down) they smoothed out. Very knowledgable staff when it comes to tinting laws as well.

These guy do an excellent job at whatever they are asked to do. I have had everything from a radio and speakers to LED headlights and taillights installed here, and I am extremely happy with the both the quality and efficiency of the work done here. I will defiantly be recommending A-Plus to friends and will be returning here for future work.

I visited this location to buy a pair of LED headlights for my wifes 2015 Honda Civic and unfortunately, never again will I go there.So I bought these H11 plug-n-play headlights and I went home to install them but they dont light up. I tried reversing the polarity by switching the plugs 180 degrees but still no luck. I went back to talk to them in case I got a bad pair, which happens, I understand. They tested the bulbs in the shop using an adapter and they lit up just fine. So I was instructed to go back and make sure I installed them properly.I went back home, tried again with no luck. My 2017 Camaro uses similar H11 LED headlights so I tried to install the ones I got from A+ Car Stereo in my Camaro and they still dont work.Back to the Civic I tried putting a new relay and new fuses for the headlights maybe in needs different voltage and still no luck. The headlights from A+ Car Stereo dont seem to work no matter what I try.So I decided to go back and simply return them or maybe exchange them for different LED headlights. When I got there the second time, thats when I experienced really bad customer support. Not only do they not accept returns or exchanges but they flat out told me that I am just installing them wrong.I understand I am no expert in cars but I have installed plenty of headlights in my life and I highly doubt I am doing this wrong in 2 different cars. Regardless, I couldnt return LED bulbs that dont work. I kept the receipt and all but that didnt make a difference.I am now stuck with $75 LED bulbs that dont work in 2 cars. I ended up reporting them to BBB (Better Business Bureau) because nowhere on their site do they have a Refund/Return Policy and its rare in this time and age for a business to not accept returns.

Tl;dr - came in for repair, walked out with 2000$ in damageSo I’ve been doing business with these guys for a while. When I say a while, if we were in a relationship, they’d have my Netflix password. I had my two subs installed through these guys, and everything was fine.Until it wasn’t.Went in because my subs weren’t working. Initially, I thought it was the battery but the guy said it was the fuses. So I gave them the go ahead. Waited for over an hour. Get my car back and 3 lights pop up... ABS, steering and something else. I automatically freak out, ask what the hell happened? They said they didn’t do anything, blah blah blah.Later, I went to a mechanic and they checked it out. Gotta replace the ABS because it got fried. 2000$ part. Apparently someone (car stereo) spliced a wire somewhere it wasn’t supposed to go.So I called them and asked what happened. The manager denied doing anything with the ABS and actually yelled at me.So yeah. 1/5 stars.

I live in the Tomball area and was looking for someone to Tint my windows and install a back up camera on my 2013 Tahoe, The Owner, Leon did an AMAZING job on the tint and back up camera. What’s nice is Cafe Marrese is right next door, had my work done and coffee while I was waiting. Definitely would come back!!

Worst tint job of my life. And my 6 year warranty apparently doesnt mean anything had it done less than two weeks ago and I brought it back today because it looks like trash and the owner wants 60 bucks to re do it! Yeah the prices are decent but you get what you pay for people. Save your money and go somewhere else

We just got another truck done with their window tint. Great job and we have never been disappointed. I believe this is our 4th one now. They put a stereo in a Charger and we were pleased with that installation. Great job, nice people who aim to please.

I got some 6.5 and 6.9 speakers installed as well and an amp with subs. When I first got my car back my mirror electronics didn’t work and my seatbelt was all messed up and didn’t work. They fixed that but left some blood on my seat belt. After that I realized my rear deck speakers sounded really weird and bad. I asked them and they said it was just my bad speakers and that it wasn’t there fault. I took my panels off and took a look myself. To my surprise they drilled new holes to put in the speakers on my rear deck witch I’m fine with. Except they didn’t clean up all the metal shards the drilling caused and some off those shards fell in the speaker and was scratching up the colm. I showed them this and they just sprayed some lube in them witch didn’t fix it. I told them if they could just give me some new speakers and replace the ones they messed up I’d be good but they just gave me 40$ for the install fee and that’s it. So now I got to messed up $100 speakers in the back.

Fair price and quality workmanship

All I wanted was tint done. Took 2 and 1/2 hrs. Looks good but took waaaaay too long. At least I have a 3 yr warranty. If your gonna do business here, your gonna need a rental car or drop yours off and get a ride.

The staff were so helpful and very easy to work with. The owner was very accommodating to my requests and preformed everything quicker and better than expected. Definitely recommending to friends and family!

Great experience! The tint is high quality, laser cut. I didnt have to wait at all. These guys are professional.

I have had nothing but audio and electrical issues since getting my car back from a plus. When I confronted the owner he was extremely unprofessional and refuses to accept responsibility. Will be filing a lawsuit.

Had my stereo installed here, as well as my windows tinted!! They gave me a nice price for both installs, and they were super quick!! Junior, the employee that works at the front desk, was freaking awesome!! Couldnt be happier, and will definitely be bringing my cars back for check ups!
