I cant say enough good things about the pharmacy staff at this location. Me and my husband brought our daughter in to have her vaccine done and she is extremely scared of needles and is also autistic. She started having a meltdown and was not being cooperative in the slightest. They were so patient and understanding. The biggest thank you to all of you for all you do! We really appreciate you.

Please don’t go here if you value any sort of customer service. I waited in line for literally 30 minutes and when I got to the front they walked away. I complained that I had already waited 30 minutes and the girl actually, purposely took long to get me item. Then actually glared at me at the end. Crazy!

Said my test results would take 1-2 days. Then they said 3-5. Then 6-10. It’s now been 14 days. I still don’t have my results. I have kids to feed and I need to be able to go back to work.CVS has all kinds of smart people working for them. It’s not rocket science to figure out how many appointments they can book, and if they can’t do the simple math it takes to not overbook themselves, then being honest about the wait time is the least they could do for the sake of their patients. It’s not hard.But they don’t care about actually getting people their results. They‘re just trying to line their pockets off this pandemic.

Called CVS to check on prescription. Was informed that my insurance would not pay for my prescription. Asked for name of insurance co. Wrong insurance. I tried to explain this to the “young girl” who answered phone but was rudely cut off and said that was the one on record. I tried to explain again that I had never heard of the one they had on record and I have previously had my prescription’s filled there and again was rudely cut off and informed that was the one on record. Everyone is right. They are rude and don’t want to listen.

Never really had any problems here. The pharmacy people are really, really nice, the store is clean and the people seem friendly. Not sure why they get some bad reviews.

Its business as usual at CVS. I was told a time my scripts would be ready, I came to pick them up 1 hour and 45 minutes after that time. I was told they werent ready but should be in another half hour. Along with long wait times on the phone and an over all poor customer service I truly dread dealing with CVS. (My insurance makes me use cvs)

Avoid like a plague. Never answer their phones, rude and disrespectful when they do. You end up getting flooded several times a day from phone number you cant call back to tell them to stop calling. Reporting to Tomball PD for Harassment, Texas Penal Code 42.07, next time it happens.

I do shop here. Everyone is helpful to me. The thing that needs improvement is MORE employees. It is not their fault they are unable to do everything. CVS needs to change this. They have started a curbside service. It would not accept my phone number. That needs work also. I ask how not enough employees are going to do this new service. I know I have written a book about my review. I have attempted to contact CVS about all this but not been successful. My five stars are for the great employees who work hard to assist shoppers. I do not use the prescription dept. Bigger carts would help me. Thankle you.

Not very friendly pharmacy staff. Its not very nice to see this Asian lady, you spoke to her and I even said thank you as a courtesy yet she wont look at you in the eye. I hope customer service management will train them further. I will not have my perscriptions routed here. I even asked questions politely.

The location is Great. The problem is with the employees. They are rude and inconsiderate to customers like my mother and I who have shopped for years at CVS. Their ATM machine is always having problems, which makes me Leary. The management is a plus as theyre trying to turn service around. There is one young man works evenings,(9/2/2018) has long hair is AMAZING, THOUGHTFUL, KIND AND RESPECTS the customers. He helped my mother with her bags last night to the car. If the service improves will give 5 🌟 soon

I am greeted by my name as I walk up to the pharmacy counter; I truly appreciate the hometown attention and smiles I receive. I especially want to thank Sadia for her assistance and advice with a recent prescription refill.

Why have your hours posted on Google if you arent actually open?PHARMACY NOT OPEN HOURS POSTED ON HERE. USUALLY OPENS HOUR OR TWO LATER.Drove all the way over here to be early and get one I need immediately. Surprise! Not open for an hour. Terrible. Im done with CVS for good.

Went to fill a prescription and they said my insurance card wasnt the right one. Funny thing is that Walgreens took it with no issue. Not to mention it took the only lady working the counter to say something to the people behind her for them to help the other people in line. Then the girl who helped me kept asking the other lady questions about how to use the computer. Walgreens is right down the road, I would recommend going there to avoid the same mishap myself and others have had to deal with.

The experience is absolutely horrible. After weeks of trying to get service without success, I finally got to talk to a Pharmacist. It did no good. More bs excuses and blaming the doctor and then the insurance company. I would be happy if SOMEONE at CVS Tomball on main street actually did their job. Way tired of no one trying or caring enough to try. Its not a Tomball thing so it has to be a CVS thing.

I looked online to see when they open this morning at it clearly states 7AM. I called just to make sure and the automated message states they open at 8AM. I waited until 8:10 and no one was there. Im going to stop using CVS altogether; between their service and communication its just a horrible experience.

We were forced by our insurance to transfer our scripts. Yikes. They are complete idiots No team work. ..definitely cant think odor the box. They lose everything. They call you to pick up and dont have you meds ready. CVS needs to rethink this store

This cvs was once quite good. I am now staning at the counter for the fourth time in two hours attempting to fill a prescription that my doctor sent in this morning. It took the first hour to realize that they were looking me up under the wrong name and DOB. Of couse they still wont admit their error and tell me they will fill my scrip when they can and that I should just come back since it is such a reasonable two hour round trip to my house. So much for convience.

Horrible. Not the first time Ive had issues with my prescriptions being ready. They have called me and told me it was ready but when I went to pick it up they dont have anything. Im still here and have been for 45 minutes just for birth control. They really need to get it together.

The pharmacists and techs try, but their business managers dont seem to care much about giving them the resources needed to deliver good customer service to such a high volume of people. Im going to try out a local pharmacy.

I have never been to this location for a prescription and spent less than 30-45 min waiting for a prescription. I have to re verify my prescription card every single time. This is the only location that gives me these problems. Back to Walgreens from now on.
