Person answering phone doesnt care and literally tried to send me to competitor across street. I asked her if they had in stock what I needed and she didnt even know what I was talking about. No experience or customer etiquette at this location. A ring terminal shouldnt be so hard to understand. Before I was even finished she was sending me to Elliott. I told her 5/16 stud like for battery screw and she was sending me to autozone bc they dont sell batteries.

Ive been working with Troy for almost two years and he is fantastic. Very friendly, professionally and most of all timely. Definitely the go to guy for LED retrofitting T8 Tube lights.

Ive stopped in here a couple of times. They have tons of fasteners, nuts, bolts, etc. It would take me 2 hours to find what I need. Luckily, the staff is super-helpful! Each visit, Ive found exactly what I needed.

This is a great, smaller tool and hardware store. They have a lot of normal hardware store type goods, but also a huge selection of various grade nuts, bolts, and washers. Very friendly staff, too!
