I came here a few months ago to meet with Susan.From the first moment I spoke with her on the phone she was extremely nice and professional. Her vibe and energy was great from the beginning to end.My case was particularly hard and when I tell you she went above and beyond to help me out she really did. Even on her days off she was keeping me updated and answering my questions. She’s 100% genuine and did absolutely everything in her power to help me. Omg i dont even know where to start! The first time I called Susan answered and she was such a delight to speak with. When I met her later on that day she gave me all the information I needed to get started which was a breeze. Within 4 days I got my approval and all paperwork to get me started with my dream home. Jaime who works in the financial department has been amazing as well making sure I got the best lender so I wouldnt have to spend a crazy amount of money since this is my first time buying a home. The team is amazing they were all helpful on questions when I would call on the phone.

We are working with JT at Palm Harbor - Tomball. We are in the beginning process of purchasing a home for our land. So far, JT has gone above and beyond to make the process go smoothly.Each time we walk into the office, we feel as if JT drops everything he is doing to give us his undivided attention. If you happen to find yourself looking for a Palm Harbor home request JT. You will be amazed by his service and knowledge of purchasing a new home.

Horrible experience. We closed May 13, 2020. Its been 6 months of communication to Palm Harbor and no effective action by Palm Harbor Tomball to get the installation properly completed. When the double-wide was delivered, Palm Harbor failed to install several piers, which caused a lot of damage in the house. Some piers were installed later. At least one pier is still missing. A proper levelling has not been done to all piers yet. Until installation is correctly completed, and the house is properly piered and levelled it makes no sense to fix the walls and ceilings --they will continue to crack--and we have 30-40 big cracks. The foundation is an urgent matter. We dont want any more damage to our $150K home.The house has zero insulation on the water pipes--which were installed by Palm Harbors contractor. Insulation is an installation requirement per the Palm Harbor manual. It is not customer maintenance. But here we are Nov 18th, 6 months after delivery, with no pipe insulation. It was 44 degrees earlier this week. Colder weather is coming.We also paid Palm Harbor almost $3,000 for their contractor to put decks on the front and back. We were told the exact specs on the decks would be requested later. To the contrary, the decks were put up on our house while it was vacant, without our input or involvement as to where they should go or where stairs/access should be. The stairs on the back deck lead to the back of the property, not the front driveway --which is nonsensical. The workmanship on the decks is poor. Deck boards are not uniformly spaced. Spindles (secured with a nail gun) were done so quick several are barely attached, one is not attached at all at the top and lops to the side. The deck was not properly levelled when it was built, so when it rains, water flows toward the house, in contradiction to requirements in the Palm Harbor manual.They told us that if we used their contractors they would guarantee the work. Untrue. They claimed we would have Gold Key Care, implying the customer is taken care of. Untrue.There are more issues, too much to write here. They have all our money and no incentive or willingness to fix the problems. Dont buy from Palm Harbor Tomball.

My fiancé and I went in today and the lady Susan wouldn’t even show us a home because we were tying to “look around” and weigh our options before placing a down payment. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend. This place is all about making a sell.

After researching manufacturer homes and plans for a while, I finally settled on Palm Harbor. I am so glad I went to this location to check out the La Belle. Jamie was awesome and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and more. I can’t wait to get started on my new home.

I never realized how nice manufactured homes were. I went in a spoke to Amanda Ham regarding them. She is a super awesome person. She is very professional and is very knowledgeable of the product she sales. I had doubts only because they don’t come with a garage but she explained to me how I could build one on and make it my own. She was very helpful. Her customer service is excellent and she made me feel welcomed.

Very disappointed in this place. Out of all the mobile home places that we went to, which were quite a few, this was by far the worst. You could tell the moment we walked in, especially since out of the places we went to this one was the one with least people that we were ever saw, and I guess we could soon see why. The moment we sat down he had us fill some type of form with information about us, then he wanted us to fill even a bigger form with more information about us, when we asked why we had to fill out so much if we were just looking around at the moment and we just wanted to look at mobile homes, he had the audacity to say “that way we can see what you CAN afford”. Like seriously? We’re going to you to buy what WE WANT, not for YOU to tell us what to get. Absolutely ridiculous. Will definitely NOT RECOMMEND!

Roland and Dan have been absolutely wonderful in helping us to acquire home ownership. We just closed on our new home yesterday. Everything was laid out to us from day one, so we knew exactly what to expect during the process. What was surprising, was how involved they were in every aspect, big and small. They are very knowledgable of their industry, and were confident that our new home purchase is a solid investment for our family. We are very excited to move out of our apartment and closer to our family. All of our questions were answered twice, at least. They are really a comfort to us and they made everything easy. Do not give the $500 deposit!!!! They wasted my family time, we 1st went and got pre approved for %10 down they run our credit and everything, then ask for us to come back to run our credit with the banks and wanted $500 to do so, which didn’t make any sense why not run our credit with banks in the initial meeting . They said before they could run credit with banks they needed $500 which we gave, the bank came back and said they wanted %20 down, unfortunately we couldn’t do the %20 down so we needed our $500 back that they promised is refundable little did we know it took me going to my bank to dispute it and almost 1 month and 2 weeks later to get the money back . We went across the street to Clayton homes and got into house for % 10 down and no $500 to run credit

I met with Jamie Baker, the sales manager, and he was great at giving me the information I needed without sugar-coating things just to make a sale. He was candid and pointed out important details that I should look for when shopping for manufactured homes, regardless of manufacturer or whether they were new or used. I am still in the information-gathering stage of my shopping and many salespeople wouldn’t waste their time, but he went over my options, explained a few things I should know, clarified some misconceptions I had and gave me a tour of multiple units. I was drawn to this company based off my perceived quality on their website compared to other brands, but Jamie further solidified my confidence with my experience in person. After visiting, I feel more prepared and confident in the choices I have. There will be some challenges going with a VA loan, but if I go the manufactured home route, I know where I will be buying.

JT was very nice and patient with us! He answered all our questions and showed us a good selection of beautiful homes with great prices. Im looking forward to getting a new home from this location!

Had a poor experience at the Conroe location, so we went to the Tomball location. The homes are impressive, especially the triple-wides, and our salesman, Monte Strong, has 30 years experience and was a real gentleman. Highly recommend.

I whish the reviews I read before coming to this location were true. I felt like I was labeled before I could get qualified. its too bad because I went across the street and purchased a double wide home cash. My advise is take your business elsewhere.

Was cared for by Dustin Mason who was incredibly knowledgeable and amazing to deal with. He was patient with our questions, which we had many, and so informative and helpful. We had just come from their competition across the road and were very discouraged by the quality and price points until we saw what Palm Harbor Homes has to offer. THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A HOUSE! Don’t leave a deposit. Don’t sign anything. These people are crooks. Don’t believe what JT or Dan tells you. Our house has issues inside an out. Things promised not delivered. Our biggest investment now a financial mistake.

We had J T Clark help us buy a mobile and he is super nice. He worked very hard getting what we want. We are decently letting our family and friends know where to go when they want a home.

As a customer you expect honesty from a business, you hope they see you more than just a bonus check and understand that you are a customer who works hard for the little money they can get. Unfortunately, Palm Harbor Homes does not see it that way. People were so nice to me when we had started the process to get a home, as soon as there was a issue with pre-approval our family felt completely ignored. They lied about a lot of things and promised a lot of things they didnt intend to keep. It would be very easy for me to get a co-signer but at this point Im going somewhere else.

We went to look at the La Belle today Randy help out our family and he was so helpful in answering all our questions and showing us others homes he felt would fit our family and budget. J.T and Monte were amazing. My house was delayed because of the factory and every day they called to push the factory to finish and when the contractor who put my pad down buried my water pipe they called the contractor to help dig it out and even offered that they pay! I recommend palm harbor!

My roommate and I were looking for different housing options for ourselves. Our salesperson was Dustin (sales manager). I heard good things about Palm Harbor Homes. Things were going very well in the beginning and then we sat down n his office. We had questions about the homes that they sell at this location. Our two main questions were formaldehyde and mold. He proceeded to tell us that he didnt know about these two questions. He didnt know of anyone who could answer our questions, either. My roommate told him that he wasnt very professional if he couldnt answer these questions. He left us to go through the homes on our own with no assistance from him. He was very rude, unprofessional, was unable to provide accurate information about the homes for sale on their lot. After he was addressed on this he grabbed the keys out of my roommates hand and walked back into the office. We went to another mobile home manufacturer retailer, we were treated very well by everyone there.

The guys at Palm Harbor Tomball did a bang up job helping me with my mobile home purchase and continue to ensure that we are happy with our home. I recommend Scott, JT, and Dustin to anyone in the market for a mobile home. Thanks guys...

I went to Palm Harbor for their reputation of being the best builder of Manufactured Homes. I was not disappointed!! They make beautiful homes. I met a gentleman by the name of JT CLARK. He is a sweet, funny, kind hearted guy. He was a pleasure to walk around with & look at homes. Of course I fell in love with the triple wides. WOW!! But as JT & I talked, living alone with my baby dog, I really don’t need 3000sq. ft.!!! So I put a down payment on a home that I liked a lot. I was still looking at land at that point. Finally 5months later I found my perfect piece of heaven, 23acres & I’m ready for my house!!!! So tomorrow I’m going in & picking out colors & make decisions about options, add ons, etc...So JT & I will wrap up my house purchase tomorrow!I can’t hardly wait!!! I pray their customer service is great after my house is delivered & setup!!! Thanks Palm Harbor for making this 7 months worthwhile!!And now I’m ready to wrap up the deal! See ya tomorrow JT!!!

JT and Randy are awesome. These guys were very knowledgeable on all our questions. Even what we thought was going be a ridiculous request on a build or something near impossible; they made it all feel like easy breezy. We did not make a purchase today but this was by no fault of theirs. We have work to do to get to that point and will be back to see these guys.

If there was -0 stars that how much i would rate them just for the horrible customer service! I had never felt so discriminated in my life. Didnt even got to introduce myself and ask for info when this tall white man gave me and my husband the worst attitude. Seems like if youre not Caucasian youre not welcome. Went on a Saturday and little did i know i needed an appointment. The salesman offered to show me a trailer, i mean mobile home, i mean non site-built home (i think i finally got it right) anyway. Well after sitting in his office for twenty minutes of chit-chat, in walks in the finance manager. He wants to run my credit, start the paperwork to get me in a home today. All i want is to see a trailer to determine if it is viable option to a site-built home. Never the less after thirty minutes and since i did not follow their procedure, i was not allowed to see a trailer and asked to come during the week. If there were people standing in line waiting, i could understand, but, i didnt see anyone else. I expect theyre not the only dealer in town.

We worked with JT and Dustin on our home buying process. These guys really know what they are doing and were incredibly patient with us while we got everything in order. I wanted to share one awesome experience with PHH in Tomball, Tx.Dustin Mason is the best and will go out of his way to help a customer out. I unfortunately lost my home during Harvey and I had to go through the SBA. Well if you have not dealt with the SBA its like sucking a tin man through a key hole to get funded. One action in the process was to go through an LA&A.With the SBA they require a contractor to be with you on order to sign all required documents. Dustin Mason on hours NOTICE while on his DAY Off was able to attend this meeting with us. Any issues we had with debris removal, well thought suggestions, etc Dustin hands down did a jam up job perfect 10. Every one is more than willing to help and treats you no less than family.If you are in the market for a great deal on your new home accompanied by great customer service go by and see these guys.

Im so Thankful to everyone at the Palm Harbor Tomball location. I started my home buying process 9 months ago with Clayton only to be told something different every time I called or went by. I finally had enough and went across the street to Palm Harbor. I found the perfect home, that was even nicer and fit my families needs. I did pay a little more, but they were able to keep my payments where I needed them. I just received my keys today :)! Oh and I must mention that all this took place in 45 days. So save yourself time and frustration, and visit Palm Harbor Homes in Tomball. Im so grateful and I know you will be as well.

Bought an old age unit went through the whole process of closing and all! Was told it would be ok before we signed that if it needed to stay on the lot for a bit it would be ok once we signed it all changed then when we decided to cancel the deal they want to keep 300$ of our money because they sent a contractor to our property without our consent to remove stumps. I went to Clayton homes and even the bank they use is way better and better interest rates. If you dont have a lot of money Palm harbor treats you like trash

I had inquired about a price on a home that they had posted on Facebook, as did other people. They commented back and said “it’s on the post” and I replied with “ could you please just post the price because I’m sure a lot of us would like to know” they then replied with “it’s on the post 🙄”. Well first of all rolling your eyes at a potential customer is probably not a good idea. Second of all the post did not have the price of the particular home they had posted. After I had been disrespected for absolutely no reason I went to their website and selected the “contact us” option which directed me to a request form so I just filled it out and in the comment section I had shared my experience with their rude Facebook comments. I was then contacted by their sales manager, Dustin mason via text. I expressed to him that I wasn’t inquiring about a house but was trying to send in a complaint about how I was treated. He then replied with message after message of rude comments and completely bashed Clayton homes. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with any company.

I was in the home building business for over 30 years. The quality and craftsmanship of Palm Harbor far exceeds their competitors! My wife and I bought a small ranch for weekend getaways in Iola, TX! Im retired, nor have the time or energy to build our vacation home. After looking around at all the different mobile home and modular builders, we decided to go with Palm Harbor! From the first time we looked at Palm Harbors, there quality always over stood all the other builders including some site builders! You truly pay for what you get in mobile homes! So my advice is to over look all the nice flashy cosmetic options that catch your eye in cheaper built homes that make them look like there worth a million bucks and dig into whats important, which is the pure construction! The Tomball, location has new managers, with lots of experience! Great group of guys, that shoot straight from the hip. Tell them Dave Cardy sent ya!

My husband, myself, and our two children were just up there and we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We were helped by Dustin Mason (sales manager). We talked for a bit in his office and he answered any questions we had and gave us a lot of information on the homes. He took us to look at two different homes we were interested in and they were both breathtaking. He had really great customer service and we left with a lot more knowledge than we had going in. On top of it all they were playing Creedance Clearwater Revival when we walked in followed by Van Halen and Lynard Skynard (total bonus points if you ask me). We really enjoyed our experience and cant wait to purchase our home from Palm Harbor Tomball.Oh and about all the comments on only white people getting good customer service, this can not be farther from the truth. While we were there, there was a family leaving a home who had just made a purchase and were all smiles. They looked very ecstatic about their new home and were very appreciative of the amazing customer service. They were Hispanic.

This is my 3rd Doublewide that i have bought. I have shoped many places, and I keep coming back and purchasing a Palm Harbor. After dealing with many sellsman, your experiance is truly based on who you do business with. Even at different Palm Harbor places I have had not the best experiance. I purchased a Doublewide 3 years ago for my daughter, at the Conroe location from their Manager Dustin Webb. I went back because my mother inlaw was in need of a new home to put on our property. Only to find out he didnt work at this location anymore. The sales lady didnt seem to know much of anything, thankfully by the Grace of God I visted the Tomball location where I was greeted by Dustin Webb! He had transfered locations, and I must express my excitment when we walked into the sales center in Tomball. Just like our first experiance purchasing a home with him, he made the trasaction easy and communitated thoroughly throughout the process. They have the worst customer service. They damage your home on move in and you cant fix it because of warranty issues but they wont fix it either
