I’ve only gone there for oil changes on my leased CR.X5 so far, but have always had a good experience although I think the waiting room could be more comfortable. I heard they’re building a new service center.

I have had 2 really bad experiences here. The first occasion I went in for an oil change, and they misunderstood that I was waiting for my car. Hours later, i had to call in late for work because they still hadnt started my vehicle even though I had been in the waiting room the entire time. The second bad occasion I went in again for a routine oil change and quick inspection. They told me everything was fine but could use an air filter. The next morning my car sounded horrendous. I went to Rayco and found my brakes and rotors were bad in the front and back, but my calipers were alright. That doesnt happen overnight. And you know dealerships, they wouldve tried to sell me it for an arm and a leg. Essentially they marked off that they checked my breaks and they did not.
