Went in, not knowing what to expect, needed a few things for small birthday celebration. Knew they would have balloons, plates, table clothes and most of those items.. Figured that we would need to go elsewhere for birthday cards, aahhh, no.... A whole isle of cards... Saved us a trip....

My sister purchased this balloon for my nieces birthday on Friday 4/23. As soon as she purchased it, she brought it right home and directly into the house. She tied it up on the chair and about 20 minutes later this is what the balloon looked like. No holes, slices, or rips. No air is coming out at all. Just started to deflate. Because there is a sign in the store that says they are not responsible for anything that happens to the balloons when you leave the store, there is nothing they will do about this. It is sad when you spend so much money on balloons and within a half hour they are deflated. It didnt even make it to my nieces birthday which was Saturday 4/24.

Yikes. I literally just called to ask about ordering balloons for this Saturday (it’s Monday). I got three words out and the female on the other end said, ”Can you call back?” And hung up. No, “I’m sorry, we are so busy right now.” Nothing. It had to be the owner because I can’t imagine any staffer making the decision to address a potential costumer that abruptly.Why bother picking up the phone if,in essence, you’re going to hang up on the person?I guess Party City in Howell will be getting our business instead.

My favorite place to go for anything I need for any kind of party I maybe having. Staff is wonderful... extremely helpful and pleasant

Not much left in the way of adult costumes but if you need one for you kid last minute the store is very child friendly.

Just like a party city but better. got Purim costumes here. Also bought stuff for other events. Nice people. They were very helpful and accommodating to us.

I couldn’t find what I was looking for and I was on my way out to go to another store. Lucy came over offering help and went out of her way to find something that worked for my sons birthday party. I appreciated the help.

EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Went on a Saturday for one balloon that was over 20.00 and some other stuff was rudely told 30 min wait to blow up one single balloon, in the mean time they acted as if I was annoying them and continued to take orders over the phone while ignoring me.Your employees are RUDE, and the store isOVER PRICED. It’s a pandemic so I wouldn’t take customers for granted spending 20.00 on a single balloon in your store and about 80.00 on other things.Well I walked out and bought nothing, I will NEVER GIVE A RUDE PLACE MY MONEY!FYI people PARTY CITY HOWELL IS AMAZING, very nice customer service, excellent selection and way better prices... Party Fair good luck you are the only stop in town for now but once people see the rude service your gonna lose a lot of repeat clients like myself.I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!!!! Take the drive to PARTY CITY in HOWELL EVERYONE THEY ARE AMAZING!

They have great selection but when asked a question about the spirits halloween sign the women in there acted liked i was an idiot and were talking about me loud enough for me to hear them. How rude.. So the store is great. Ladies not sooo much..

The amazing staff at Party Fair could not have been more helpful and patient when I was ordering balloons for the Toms River North 40th high school reunion. The staff put 20 pairs of blue and gold balloons along with a large 79 balloon in separate bags that made transporting them to the venue so easy. Great quality and the balloons stayed inflated long after the reunion ended. Many thanks from the 79 Mariners 💙💛

Party Fair has everything you could possibly want for whatever party youre throwing, except for the booze. Luckily, Spirits is right next door so you can basically have one stop shopping in that plaza. Oh yeah... Shoprite is there too so you can get burgers and stuff too. Plus Party Fair smokes Party City, so theres that... Also Party Fairs employees are super helpful and will help you find exactly whatever it is you are looking for

Party Bears always a fun place to go into but unfortunately today they did not have what I was looking for but as I walked around the store I do get some ideas for my 30 year retirement party thanks Party Fair

I mean its good but really not all that great not alot of selection color theme wise(maybe something to look into) personalized balloons a joke 1 for 12 dollars really 🤔 I have 9 letters in my name!!!$108.00 for one day!!! Yeah no Im good... I mean I believe in treating yourself but really!!! I even asked if there was a discount on how many letters and you guessed, nope!.. I dont know somethings could be more sensible(price wise) everyone is not sitting on Rockefeller...

I brought in my special needs daughter’s disneyworld balloon and the store clerk charged me $13.47 to fill it back up. She said “helium is expensive” meanwhile you can buy the same size balloon at the dollar store for a dollar. She did not fill the balloon completely and could not figure out how to seal the balloon. She said in a rude manner that she didn’t know how long it would stay inflated.

Ive been in the store a few times, not my favorite place to shop. Its great if you want helium balloons but far too crowded with displays for easy maneuvering. Staff have been courteous but not eager to help.

I made a purchase on April 1st. On April 4th I went in to return some of the items with the receipt.They wouldnt take the cups because they were a marked down item....they wouldnt take the decorations because they were package items (they were not in a package and had the tag on them)....and they wouldnt take the ladle because it was plastic (in an unopened bag).The employee pointed to a sign on the counter....that a customer would not see if they had all their items sitting there! Moreover, why not read or at least point to the sign at the time of purchase....especially if there is a sale item!!With all the competition in wholesale stores one would think Party Fair would be more reasonable regarding their return policy!I will NEVER, EVER buy anything in Party Fair again (nor will any of my Facebook friends)!!!!As for anyone who reads this....I am not a grumpy person, etc, etc....just an annoyed (rightfully so) consumer!!!!
