WORST MAKEUP EXPERIENCE EVER! My friends and I were really excited to get new makeup, when we got to the store, there was this obnoxious beeping sound that was going off constantly at every counter. We couldn’t figure what it was, and it didn’t stop us from going in the store to look for things. However, after just 5 minutes of trying to think and look on top of the beeping sound, we had to get out of there. When I was checking out, I asked the workers what the sound was, they nonchalantly said it was their “sensors” .We both got lingering headaches for hours after. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT A FREAKING THROBBING MIGRAINE FOR HOURS AFTER

I used to love shopping here the workers are all helpful and kind. They had a pretty good selection for being a smaller store inside JCPenneys.. It’s located near their jewelry department Between the two I have spent lots of money lol. Would recommend this store ♥️

Messy and out of alot of products!

Hanna was super nice and friendly! She made me feel like an actual client and not another customer walking through the door trying to shove products in my face. She tried to color match me with a product I was looking to purchase and it turned out to be the wrong shades. She then suggested another product and it matched my skin tone perfectly!! She also gave me some beauty tips and she was so easy to talk. She was also patient with all my questions. She is an asset to your store and I will be referring others to go see her !

Had to make too many substitutions as most of what I needed was out of stock. Associate had pleasant excuses for the out of stocks and suggested that I go to one of the larger stores. I guess I will not shop there again. Also, picked up the wrong color eye shadow as it was in the wrong slot. I noticed that throughout the store. Now I have to go back to return it.

I went to this location to buy a nice cologne for my boyfriend. The two girls working the store were both very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience and I would definitely go back!

I cannot say enough kind words about makeup artist Lexi! She has extensive knowledge of the products available as well as a kean eye for colors. In addition, she has suburb customer service skills. Not only did she make me feel comfortable as she worked, but she made me look absolutely beautiful. I have never received so many compliments before! My night was so much more special thanks to Lexi and how beautiful her makeup application made me feel. Thank You!!!

Nice assortment of products. Gave it a 4 because nobody offered to help with products and stood there and talked to each other which was unlike before. A lot a choice in makeup, skin products, perfume, and small corner for hair products. (However, JCPenney Salon carries hair care product lines) will go back because of choices.

Walked in the store 3 young ladies were working no one asked if they could help me . After 20 minutes of me wondering around i finally asked if someone could help me. I feel as though these ladies should be trained in all skin tones which they arent. Needless to say i came home with makeup way darker then i am...over the years i have given this store more than enough chances to improve but nothing has changed. I will be trying ulta.

If you want to get your makeup done go to AMBER. She is amazing and really knows what she is doing!

Great buys for cosmetics. They even let you sample stuff

I walked into Sephora and not 1 employee acknowledged my presence or asked if I needed help. A couple of teenage girls came in a couple of minutes later and 2 employees were very eager to offer their assistance. I had to laugh because I was the one with more money to spend. Needless to say Ill continue shopping at Ulta.

The girls are really nice and patient.Theyre an amazing team.

Its tours awesome if youre a woman but only have mens cologne selections

I asked two separate staff members if they could help match me with a new foundation because recently Ive become a lot darker from working outside more. Neither employee knew what they were doing and were trying to match me with shades that were no where near my color. That being said, I walked around this extremely small store for 30 minutes trying to get someone to help me. Needless to say Ill be sticking to ULTA.
